I want to take a moment to thank Aaron for such excellent customer service and dedication to his customers. I am an owner/ operator of a small business in Bend and my truck is my livelihood. I had damaged my wire rope on my truck on a Saturday and on the Christmas weekend and was dead in the water when it came to doing any kind of business. I am a 24/7 business, so I cannot afford to be out of commission for very long. I called Bend Rigging and left a voice mail in hopes I could get my equipment back up and running. Shortly after leaving the voicemail Aaron called me back and said he was able to help me out. Within a half hour he had my equipment repaired and I was back on the road. He definitely saved the day!
