I love horizon in Bend Oregon! The gentleman that worked there are always above and beyond in customer service. It doesn’t matter how dumb the question I need to ask is they always are so helpful in finding absolutely everything I need and always staring me in the right direction. It’s almost as fun as shopping for clothes!

Truly the worst customer service experienced in decades. Very disappointed. Felt like we inconvenienced them just by walking in the door.

Customer service is atrocious, out of 6-8 men standing around theres one with an ounce of basic service skill. Been updating my landscape for three years now and getting various parts each year but I will be purchasing online from now on.

Asked about a specific part ( need a few hundred to start project, thousands eventually) 2 Lazy counter guys wouldn’t even look the part up, kept saying he had to order by the case, I said great, I’ll take a few cases. Asked when orders arrived, he tried giving me a long excuse to the point I just left and am writing this in their parking lot!Those 2 employees should stay home every day, they dang sure are not essential!!! Wouldn’t waste your time with this company!

I have gone to Horizon for several years for my personal irrigation needs and business clients while helping them with maintenance. Today I wanted to go to Horizon to review some new equipment and supplies and they were more than helpful. Each staff person explained how the equipment worked, help me select their best products for my needs and were all cheerful. I highly recommend this store. The only hard part, is reading their small sign. Thank you Horizon! You are on my A List!

There was 150 motorcycles in the parking lot today as we were taking teddy bears to the kids at the Hospital, the owner was very rude and did his best to make us move our bikes, hey bonehead we own homes and have jobs our toys are Harley Davidson M/C, do you know what they cost. Smart would have been to hand out a discount to all those potential customers in your lot but since your shinning personality came though I will never buy anything there and tell everyone I know not to.

Very helpful & great prices. Skip Lowes etc for sprinkler supplies - these guys have better selection & advice.
