Online tracking site didn’t have provide information and Tyson helped me track my package and locate which Fedex facility it is held at. Great customer service!

I have used this location to ship items, print posters and mount posters as well and everything has been top notch. Really glad they have such an awesome team working at this location. The guy that helped me was very nice and helpful.

They have helped me in a pinch on more than one occasion, promptly, professionally and with a smile :) Printing? No problem! Email them with instructions if needed and stop in for quicker service if it isn’t slammed at the time. I’ve had credit card sized documents printed and laminated (I.e. vehicle insurance card), and it didn’t come out how I was hoping. She re-did it for free and made sure I was pleased with it before I paid. Small job, but I keep going when needed because of the service.

I had a piece of dental equipment dropped off here to be shipped. They used an OVERSIZED box, so I got charged an extra surcharge. PLUS my equipment was damaged. Do not recommend using them to pack magazines.

As a small business owner I rely on great services from those we work with. I cannot say enough about how professional and courteous Laura at Fed Ex has been. Easy to work with and great communication. She makes this Fed Ex print center look great. I would suggest a raise and a promotion for her all day long....

This was the absolute worst experience Ive ever had at a Fed Ex location. I show up to ship my package which is a little big and they tell me they are completely out of boxes. I ask if I can buy some of the boxes in their rack but apparently those arent for customers. How in the world do you not remember to stock extra boxes during the Christmas season!? I have to run across town to buy boxes. Once back at their shop they refused to make a box to ship my package. So I had to try and build a box out of two boxes which Ive never done before. Thats not my job description its the employees of that stores job. I had to buy two roles of their tape as well. While back in the corner of their shop trying to build my box every 5 minutes one of the employees would walk by to the bathroom and laugh at me and my attempt to make a box. But all they did was laugh and not offer any advice on how to do it. After I thought I was done they told me it wasnt good enough and to keep at it. Again no advice on whats wrong just that I didnt do it right. Then they refused to insure the package saying I refused to let them see how the piece was packaged. I replied with you saw me packing it as you walked by but I guess that doesnt count.Not only was I embarrassed but humiliated by the employees and their treatment of me. I ship similar packages out of Missoula all the time with no problems or the level of disrespect I received out of this location. I recommend finding any other means possible before shipping with these people.

I went in the other night and they were extremely busy. I noticed later that 2 of my prints had unintentional shadows- no big deal. Went back in to re-print and Teresa was extremely kind and helpful in getting the prints looking their best, and was nice enough to knock off the charge for the bad prints (just make sure you bring ALL the bad prints in as proof). 10/10 service as always!

I walked in. I was the only customer in the store. I found what I needed pretty easily. Then stood directly in front of 2 employees who ignored my entire existence for what had to have been over a minute. It looked like 1 of the 2 employees was the manager. Then a polite 3rd employee rang me up

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I needed help with the copy machine. The lady didn’t know what she was doing, so she just walked away and helped another person... so I stood there for 10 minutes waiting while she continued to avoid me helping everyone else who came in the door.

Went in to scan a document. Scanner wouldnt work. Waited for help (while computer meter was running) only to have employee tell me it was a known issue, although no signs had been posted, and they dont pay me enough to fix it. He then insisted i still pay for time spent on the computer. Frustrating and poor service.

We called TWICE AND WENT INSIDE THEY SAID that they did not have the package and it’s at a different fed ex location we went their only to lean they suck and we went their for no reason and it was held at the Oregon street Location

Painful. Ive dropped my prepaid FedEx envelopes here many times. Today it took 15 minutes to ship three prepaid envelopes. Theres a line behind me and there was a line in front of me and one of the two associates went to lunch. I would steer clear of this place.
