Just like any dealership, Grand Subaru is out to make money. I brought my Forrester in because my key fob wasnt working and I believe it needed to be reset, or worst-case I needed a new key. (Yes, I checked and replaced the battery in the key fob.) I had an appointment made for 11am. After filling out the paperwork, it was probably close to 11:30 that my car was actually looked at. After waiting nearly 2 hours with a hungry, crabby toddler, my car was brought back to me with the report that the computer in the back of the car was malfunctioning- it looked like the car was rear-ended at one point and repaired but this computer was never replaced. The car was in fact rear-ended and repaired, and I was aware of that. The service person told me that it would be about $500 + labor to replace this computer which would in turn cause the key to work properly again. I was kind of surprised because the key had previously been working fine... it just some how suddenly stopped working, as did my dome lights too, ironically, as I further told the service person. He assured me that this was definitely due to the computer. I wasnt so sure. I declined the ordering of the computer at that time, and took my car home. After discussing this problem with a friend of mine, he suggested I check the fuses. Sure enough, the fuse that powered the dome light was shot. After replacing that fuse, not only did my car light up, but my key worked as well!You mean to tell me that the service department at Grand Subaru did a full car inspection, didnt notice the dome light that didnt work, and didnt have the presence of mind to even check the fuses? Instead, try to get me to purchase a $500+ computer that I didnt even need? Sure, I feel like an idiot for not thoroughly checking the fuses myself, but I am extremely disappointed that a dealership that operates for a good company like Subaru would try to take advantage of a customer like this. I would have been much more satisfied if they would have charged me the $75 labor charge and replaced the simple fuse, rather than attempt to get me to buy something I didnt need at all. Unacceptable. Subaru can do better than this.
Greg Yanik is Excellent at what he does. He is the best service advisor, very knowledgeable at explaining technical aspects of the car. He does this with very polite and happy attitude and gets your car done quick at a very fair price. The whole service department is fantastic but Greg is the best. Highly Recommend going to him, I have been been getting my cars serviced from last 5+ years and they do a phenomenal job. Sharlene from sales is very nice and helpful as well, she sold me the car and was very honest from day 1 unlike other dealerships.
I took my car in last week for a recall, had to keep it in the shop for a week so they gave me a 2021 Subaru Outback which I was not mad at, they finished my car and did an amazing job with it. If you need any work on your cars I HIGHLY recommend this place, the front desk lady at the service was amazing and super helpful and friendly. My adviser Greg was even nicer. Thank you grabs Subaru.

I’m on my 3rd Subaru and I have 3 Subaru dealers, all 10-15 miles away. Most of my time has spent at dealer East of me, but after a bait and switch buying experience I switched to dealer SW. The atmosphere there was frigid, rigid and autocratic with all employees nervous and covering their xxx. I couldn’t stand the atmosphere after 2 maintenance visits and went back to Dealer East, but over time they lost good employees and became more like dealer SW, where a real smile was a rarity.Contrast this to my first experience today with Grand Avenue. The moment I opened my car door I sensed good working conditions. People seemed happy to work there, happy to help each other as well as help customers. I can see why they are ranked so highly among Subaru dealers. I was thinking of switching from Subaru for my next car but today may have changed my mind. The irony is my experience was not only pleasant, but efficient at every step. (Being pleasant does not take more time!) This is a well managed (and not micro managed) establishment. It may be a few miles further but well worth the drive for me. Kudos to everyone I encountered from the check in folks to the cashiers and everyone in between. Thank you! I’ll be back, for sure.
Can I give this place a big negative? If they gave me a car for free, I probably wouldn’t take it.I was shopping for a new vehicle. I went here based on a recommendation.The price I was given was fantastic. I asked the sales person to confirm price in writing. At 1pm I got an email confirming auto price. At 3pm I got an email confirming trade in. An appointment was made for the next day. I was very excited.At 8pm, 5 hours later, I got an email reneging the price. They upped it by more than $3,000!Sales person blamed it in a chip shortage. Also said that Subaru is no longer part of Costco car program (not true). I just checked Costco car program. Subaru is still a listed partner.She was amazed that I canceled the appointment. Really?Bait and switch!!No apology from sales person or sales manager. The Sales Mgr Nicholas Marcheschi responded via email the same way as their google response. I emailed him immediately. ZERO response to my final email.Buyer beware!!I wouldn’t do any business with this place now or ever.

Grand Subaru exceeded all of our expectations. This was our first time here and we will only come back to them from now on! Every staff member was knowledgeable and friendly. Joe, our Service Advisor, really listened to our concerns with the car. We ended up doing a 60,000 mile service and my car is good as new. They also fixed a rattling noise that two other shops failed to fix. These guys know Subaru’s.

I love my new Subaru Forester but watch out for the loan officer at this location. Stick up queen. I had an appointment for my first oil change 3rd in line waiting for them to open. All the customers were immediately taken to a desk for customer service but not me. I had to wait. ✋ 😩 I was finally taken to a desk but my customer service man was off wondering around. 🤔 so no 5 stars.
I was a first time buyer years ago with a base Subaru Impreza. I had a great experience with my sales person…until I got to Al at financing.Seriously be careful when you get to financing. He sold me a Zurich extended warranty for $2395.00. After further research, I found out that Subaru has Subaru of America gold plan warranties that can be canceled at anytime and you get a prorated refund.I recently sold my Subaru and see I cannot get a prorated refund since he sold me a third party warranty. Why would you not tell me about the Subaru of America extended warranty? Greed?Upon further review, he also sold me a tire warranty contract under Zurich insurance for $699. The Subaru of America gold plan actually includes tire repair and road side service.Honestly my experience here will forever taint my first time experience buying a car.I will never do business here and will use other Subaru dealers. If you get past sales and get to Al at financing…be careful.
I ended up not buying a car here but that’s because I had a deposit on a car at a different dealer and I stayed loyal to another dealer. But I wanted to write this review to let everyone know that Chris Thomas stayed in touch with me, in the mids of me making a deal, in case something doesn’t go through at the other place. I appreciate the professional demeanor and customer care that I received from Chris. I would highly recommend this place over any other dealer in IL because every other dealer in IL was way too expensive, not as responsive and some dealers even somewhat rude.

Ive had my Subaru serviced on at various dealerships over the past 6 years as I have moved around the Midwest. Grand Subaru is easily the best experience Ive had. Most recently, I came in with a few specific concerns for my car. They found the issues immediately, and had a quote for repair ready very quickly. They offered me a loaner, but I chose to wait at the dealership, and they had all the repairs done in a few hours. Joe Bednarek in the service department was a pleasure to work with and kept me informed throughout the whole process.
Im not actually a customer at this particular Subaru location. But while I was here with a friend I seen that they have 1 yellow Camaro, 1 yellow corvette and 1 silver corvette on their street display. I was very disappointed to see that. As an avid Subaru enthusiast that hurt to see. When I know there is a nice STI or 2020 Sport forester and maybe an accent that can go in those spots. Them Chevys should be on the sidelines. The only good thing about it, is I know they traded that junk for new Subarus. All in all I have no complaints about said dealership. But their front display.

Worse Subaru dealer yet. I am in the market for one, I make an offer on their website no one gets back. Few days later I get a text from Chris. At first he quotes me MSRP then offers me $1000 off. I make a counter offer to which I get another text back that its back to MSRP but will offer $500 off maybe. I get the chip shortage and car shortage to which the dealers are getting greedy and trying to rip the customers off. They forget this will not last forever and soon they will be begging for business. I would not be surprised if all the good reviews for this dealership are paid writers or employees trying to boost their ratings. THIS DEALER IS SHADY make sure you get everything in writing if you do any BUSINESS with them

Brought my car in 6 times for a oil leak. I lost so much time and they have not fixed it right they keep using cleaning methods instead of looking for the leak. They say its the warranty companys decision. Im never going back. They used to be good.
I couldnt recommend Grand Subaru and Lou Scapellato, internet sales manager, more highly.I bought an Outback remotely and had it shipped to the East Coast, which saved thousands versus buying locally. Lou sourced the exact car I wanted within days. It arrived exactly as pictured and described. And when I encountered extensive delays registering the car in my home state, Lou found a way to overnight temporary plates.I would absolutely repeat the experience. Thanks, Lou!
This dealer restored my faith in buying from car dealers. After several bad experiences looking at cars elsewhere, Lou in sales earned our business and trust. My wife came in to buy a car, and Lou was very upfront and easy to deal with. The whole process was relatively painless from start to finish. He let us know up front that the car just arrived as a trade, and didnt have its inspection yet. We drove the car to our local mechanic who diagnosed a bad wheel bearing on it. They got it right into service after confirming the issue and fixed it before selling it to us. Weve had the car a week now and all is good. No issues at all with the dealer or car. Pricing was on point too.

This is the worst dealer I worked with. I’m looking for a new Outback and I contacted their sales rep. I got an email back stating that they have two incoming outback’s this month, I was ok so what’s the price and options…I got the prices and both were 5k over the MSRP. I called him on it and he wrote: with the lots being empty we have to compensate for the loss of business. Wait what…I told him not to contact me again but he did few hours later saying he can sell them to me for 2k over the MSRP. Next day I got an email from the sales manager saying sorry that we couldn’t earn your business, but when I wrote back to him saying what went wrong and I was Disgusted with their business model, I never got an email back. Shady dealer, very shady.
I received a quote and pricing that fits Bate & Switch description. I received a price for three vehicles shortly after 7:00 am. I replied accepting the lowest price before 8:00 am. I was at the dealer ship 15 minutes before they opened for business. Once on site they stated they could not access their own email. after some time they stated that the lowest priced vehicle quoted was promised to another buyer. Clearly no one had made an offer on the vehicle prior to my arrival, they stated that they should not have quoted the car as it was promised to another person. I asked them to honor their quote. with an identical trim package as the car quoted. they stated they would do so. We waited over a week and they came back with a supposedly with same package. It was not the same package. They made the vehicle ready for us including removing vehicle sticker. We will now be buying parts for the car do to part of the down grade being needed. I drove out of our way to go to Grand, I received a matching quote from our local dealer, but thought it would only be fair to give sale to the dealer ship who provided the quote.I received a quote from Grand a couple of years earlier, and took that quote to our local dealer and was able to negotiate a need equal dealer. I worked with them this time. Because I thought it was the fair thing to do. It seams they went out of their way to take advantage. Beware of Bate and switch practice if you purchase your car from Grand.

Made an appointment a week in advance, emailed a guy named Andrew who was updating me about the car. He scheduled me with a guy named Will who was going to help me check out a car. I even called the day before to confirm my appointment and that the car was still in the lot and was emailed the DAY OF to confirm my appointment. Upon arrival, I was told that the car I wanted was sold. Very unprofessional. Don’t shop here. No, I don’t want a cup of coffee in replacement.

Purchased a vehicle with the added maintenance security plan and has been trying to cancel it for over the past week. Finally got a hold of someone in finance and was told that I am not able to cancel it even though there are cancellation rights. Contacted Subaru itself and was told that I am able to cancel. The guy in finance did not want to help and was felt rush. Still can’t get a hold of someone who can actually help me and it’s been frustrating because I wanted to recommended this dealership, but please if you can, try to go somewhere else.
Bought a car from them 2 weeks ago. The car is now dead in my driveway not able to be driven. Have tried contacting the dealership multiples times and have never been called back. They messed up my contract for the financing and didn’t catch the mistake for a whole week, had to pay another $500 out of pocket because of their mistakes. I am now unable to drive my car I purchased 2 weeks ago and have heard absolutely nothing from the dealership.
The negotiation process via Internet sales was good. However the delivery experience was not. The vehicle had 265 miles on it and they passed it off as brand new. It was dirty and not ready for delivery, although an appointment was made in advance. One week into ownership, the gate doesnt close properly and the eye-sight is acting up. Not sure if this is a reflection on Subaru or the dealer prep process. The sales manager I dealt with appears to be a rookie manager, and needs some serious training in customer relations.

This dealership and their team is one of a kind in the automotive world! After a horrible experience with another Subaru closer to our house, we found Grand Subaru and connected with Jeff Schade. When I was shopping online it was 4th of July weekend and the dealership was closed on Monday the 5th. Which speaks volumes by itself, they care about their employees! In his email response back to me it had his cell number. I texted him about coming in first thing in the morning on Tuesday and he responded! My husband went in and met with Jeff and he wasnt pressured and felt rushed like most dealerships treat you. Jeff treated my husband like a friend hes known for years We went in with a preapproval with capital one and they were actually able to get us a better rate with Subaru/Chase. At that time the payments were higher than what our budget called for. Jeff and his team worked hard to get the monthly payment down over the next 24 hours. We ended up deciding to wait a little longer to purchase a new car but we will be buying from them in the next few months for sure! They offered us TOP dollar for our trade and their prices beat any other Subaru in the chicagoland area! Thanks again Jeff for all your work! We will be back soon!
If it wasnt for Greg in Service, I would have a different opinion. He is probably the best service person I have ever dealt with anywhere! Grand Subaru is very lucky to have such a positive and outgoing employee!

Fact: I have been calling them for the last week for 5 times to cancel my Gold Plus warranty. However, they havent called me back.Fact: There were scratch on the car when we purchased it and they promised to mail me some paint. After three weeks, there is no paint arriving.Feelings : I have a feeling they may never call me back after leaving 5 messages and I think I will never get the paint. It has been a very very frustrated experience with them. Dont get fooled by the overall reviews online. Go to bbb and you will see a different side of them.

Best Subaru Dealership in the whole Chicago land area. Super cool people, will work on the final number over the phone, very courteous and friendly. I bought a new STI and one of the salesmen Gabriel really made the car buy experience worthwhile. By far the best dealership experience ever. They want to sell you the car and wont do a lot of back and forth like the other dealerships usually do, and specially unlike the napleton old school culture of making the customer sit in the dealership for extensive amount of time. These guys were quick, since I had the numbers finalized with them over the phone. The sales rep mentioned that this dealership is much more lenient with mods done to the car which to me was a cheery on top of the cake.Car buying experience can be very overwhelming for most people but these folks at Grand Subaru takes away that stress. I was able to get so many of my questions answered by the Sales rep at this dealership which no one was able to answer them for me at the other dealerships.

When you try to get more info about a special vehicle from out of state, most dealer personnel wont make the extra effort to answer your specific concerns or take a needed photo. Jorge, however, is an exceptional sales consultant who responded to my inquiry within the hour--on Thanksgiving Day no less! Then, in the midst of his busy schedule on Black Friday, he went out of his way to send me extra photos, and all this for a 15 yr old vehicle. It was because Jorge demonstrated that he cared about my interests that I was willing to drive the 3 1/2 hrs to test drive the vehicle. Now I happily own it, and during the purchase we talked about mutual interests completely unrelated to cars and I now have a new friend. Thank you, Jorge, I hope other out of state buyers contact you and get to experience your dedicated service!
Beware this location asked you to write a good review before leaving the dealership with your car for money off. Kiril Velkov sold me a car with incorrect information and it ended up breaking on me a few months later. He was very pushy and aggressive while trying to complete the sale. Also beware don’t bring your children he was constantly checking out my 13 year old daughter and made questionable comments to her when he thought they were in the car alone together after a test drive
Easy and painless experience. Take the time to reach out to Grands before accepting another offer anywhere. They found the exact car we wanted, got it to the dealership, and had us driving it home quickly and easily. I will buy here again if I get the chance. I am a proud owner of my first Subie, thanks to Kiril Velkov! My fiance and I have been planning on adding another Subie to the garage (he currently owns an Impreza wagon!) and when we saw the 2021 Outback Premium online, we knew we HAD to have it! We contacted Grand Subaru and was connected with Kiril, who advised the vehicle was in transit to their location and assisted with ensuring we had a deposit on the vehicle.To our surprise, the Outback arrived earlier than we anticipated! We were advised sometime in June, but it arrived to Grand Subaru before Memorial Day! We scheduled our appointment for the early evening on Friday, May 28th.Upon arrival, albeit we were later than we anticipated, we were immediately greeted by Drew, who directed us to the refreshment area while advising Kiril of our arrival. Kiril was quickly available and greeted us with a warm welcome and smile, never mentioning our late arrival.After a quick test drive, we were ready to talk details! Kiril was extremely patient with us, listening to all of our concerns and helping us with the various options available to us. Never once were we pressured during the process, which left Kiril talking to his manager and finance a few times.Kiril advised us of all the additional options available with the Outback and it was a true ala carte experience. After firming up the deal, we arrived in Finance and signed all the papers!Kiril never rushed us and took the time to sit in the vehicle and show the info-tainment center of our new Outback. He was able to explain all of the interior controls and answered all of our questions.At the end of the deal, we were there after hours, and again, never once felt like an inconvenience for keeping Kiril later than expected.Weve had the Outback just over a week now and I am so proud to be a part of the Subaru family! It is a wonderful car, one that will last for many years, and the experience at Grand Subaru was the best to date. Really great car buying experience; Cameron in sales offered me the best price I found from multiple local dealerships through email, I came and drove away in a new Crosstrek in about an hour even though I showed up late for my appointment. Also would like to shout-out Linda in financing, I purchased an extended warranty with her but ended up having second thoughts after I had already driven to the East Coast for the holidays. She cancelled it for me, no questions asked, while keeping the other terms of my contract even though we had agreed on a lower interest rate based on getting the warranty. Would not hesitate to recommend them anyone looking to get a new Subaru!

This past Saturday we leased our third vehicle (Outback limited, Outback premium, and Forester Sport) from Nealy Anderson and even got my parents to get two vehicles from her too. Grand has a large inventory and great staff. During the peak of the COVID restrictions the service department even came out my house, dropped off a loaner, took my vehicle in for service and brought my vehicle back to my house. Grand really tries to make it easy for the customer. Nealy makes the car shopping experience very easy and is very responsive to customers needs.
If I could just make one suggestion. Please fix the door that is adjacent to the service waiting room. It constantly causes a loud thudding noise and is really bothersome.Outside of that one complaint the service area is clean, the customer service is outstanding, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!
Our salesman, Kiril, was very helpful. We drove from Michigan to Chicago (300+ miles one-way) to buy a used Toyota Prius sight unseen. I was a little nervous about it, because I have never purchased a car this way before. Seeing the car and driving it for the first time, I have to say was just as Kiril had described it. He was very honest and open about every aspect of the vehicle. I will update in a few weeks, if my opinion changes...but, so far, I am very satisfied.

Overall my experience at this dealership was wonderful, Ashley in sales was more than helpful she worked with me to get a very good price on my Subaru! I am so thankful at her approach, she was warm and very friendly. I would however like to warn people of Al Hassan, a member of their finance team, he accidentally included an extended warranty in my contract. After researching a bit, this man has attempted this among other deceptive business practices, to other people. Please, read the documents you are signing. I also recommend taking those documents somewhere quiet, they intentionally try and chat you up to distract you from reading, those contracts are thorough and explain everything! A common misleading practice is to extend your loan term and sneak in the warranty so that your payments stay the same...most people are content when they see the final numbers and dont stop to add everything up. Be careful out there.
This is the only place I visit as the service is exceptional and they treat you with respect and not as a number. We got our SUV Touring model there two years ago and ever since then this is the only place we visit for oil changes and everything else. The salesman Matt is there to exceed your expectations and the girls at the front desk are awesome. Highly recommend.
Having a background in customer service for 30 years, dealing with Grand Subaru was the best experience with customer service that I have ever had. The entire staff was very courteous, helpful and informative.I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or newer vehicle.
Purchased my 2015 STI Launch Edition off the showroom floor in July of 2014... six years later, no major issues, just routine checks and maintenance. While every visit has been a great customer service experience, my last few visits have been on a World Class Customer Service level experience. I absolutely love this place! When I come in, people make it a priority to remember my name (the people I’ve met before). Everyone is friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make you smile. Today I had a mishap with my face mask at the service desk. Without hesitation, Sandra, the service desk clerk, quickly offered me help. She gave me a mask offered me quick fixes for my mask. She even offered her assistance in fixing my mask. This is a little thing, but it made me feel special and I appreciate that.
Buying a new car can be a stressful experience especially in these uncertain times. However, buying a car at Grand Subaru was a painless and stress free experience. Andrew did a masterful job of guiding me through the car buying process with both kindness and consideration. He took the time to fully explain everything to me in great detail and answered all questions I had. The positive experience did not stop at Andrew. The financing department also did a fantastic job and they were able to get me the new car of my dreams at a monthly payment that fit comfortably within my budget. Fast, courteous service with convenient appointment times made the service visit an excellent experience. Use of a new no-chargeloaner is always offered to us along with options for a ride to our subsequent destination if desired. Our vehicle was ready ahead of the scheduled completion time. Upon picking up our car we presented with a surprisingly complete analysis of our cars condition without any pressure to schedule any additional services. Also, our car had been washed and the interior had been thoroughly cleaned. Though we did not need to use it, we noticed that the waiting room was very large, clean, and included an elaborate coffee drink machine and an assortment of free snacks including fresh fruit.

I would give zero stars if allowed. Was told 1 hour service and finally was leaving after 2 hours and 30 min. Car was done and nobody came and told me as I was waiting in the Service Dept waiting room. Is this how you treat a customer that has purchased 2 cars from you? GO ANYWHERE ELSE for Service.
Great experience with Grand and Will Monica. Bought my 2017 Forester from Will. The experience was good enough that he was my first call when I bought my 20.No BS, multi step haggling involved and the rest of the staff treated me very well during the process. No hard upsell on anything and no attempt to get me to finance rather than paying cash as I have experienced elsewhere.My future business is theirs.
The service was professional and done in a timely manner. The prices are not cheap but they do a quality job. They shift the customer over to several service representatives, which is a little confusing. Better to stay with one person throughout the servicing visit at the dealership. But overall a good experience, with a customer being able to feel confidence in the quality of the work done. Emphasis should be on providing customer with an assurance of quality so that the longevity of the vehicle can be maintained--I felt that they addressed this issue fairly well.
I purchased a vehicle through grand Subaru as well as An extended warranty & bumper to bumper. (Over 3k in cost ) the car continuously has issues, all That should be covered. Dealer was very quick to price out all the prices for the work yet fail to mention it is all work that should be covered through my warranties. I tried to explain to the manager all the work should be covered & he refused to agree & even look into. I was even forced to pay a fee for them looking at my car. I then went out of my way to get ahold of The extended warranty company and they reimbursed All of the work to me. Which then proving the dealer was trying to sell me out on all the work even though I bought the most exclusive extended warranty & bumper to bumper. Very frustrating experience. Although there was one service advisor with outstanding performance, Joe Bernard . He was the one advisor who did help me and reached out to my extended warranty to get some work done, every other advisor as well as the service manager gave me the Worst experience. Very frustrating financially & emotionally.
I went in there early August 2020 to lease a Crosstrek which is an hour away from my place of residence. I researched dealers all over the area, but settled on Grand after 3 personal referrals told me Grand was the place. There I met a salesperson finally after playing tag. I had moved from the city and desperately needed a car to live here in the suburbs. The salesperson was super disorganized with zero communication on leasing terms, details of financing, and the whole ordeal was extremely secretive- even though in previous e-mails I did ask questions in regards to these topics. The dealership took a deposit on the car, made another deposit even when the deal was agreed upon. Then the dealership made excuses and never indicated what was the issue. Needless to say make sure you do not go here and get bamboozled. Such a waste of time and I cancelled on potential work to obtain this vehicle.*Talked to Kellie in the finance department who called me rude. Im being direct in my intentions with my phone call and making sure communication is clear.

Grand Subaru is an excellent dealership to buy a NEW Subaru or a Certified Preowned Subaru. A long time Subaru owner, I was not only looking to buy the right CAR, I was also committed to knowing that a highly-rated service department was there if/when I needed it, and to make sure I took care of my cool new Crosstrek. The location is so close to where I live, and the selection of Crosstreks was perfect. My salesperson Domenica was JUST the right balance of informative, personable and had excellent questions and suggestions that were helpful in making the final buying decision.
If I could give zero stars I would. They claim they give the best prices but I went to another dealership and got a price for the same equipped vehicle it was $1000 cheaper. Also when I went there the salesperson was handling like 3 other people at the same time while there were about 5 people waiting for customers. When I tried to negotiate the price a sales manager interjected and very unprofessionaly told me they dont play games here and that I was being unreasonable. Honestly I would save your time by not going to this dealership. It appears they take advantage of people who dont really know the car buying process and rip them off.
Andrew made my experience great! He was on time for our appointment and had the cars ready for me to test drive! Im looking forward to buying a Subaru!!
If I could give them a zero star review I would. Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Less than 6,000 miles after I bought my Subaru from them it is in the shop with at least $3000 in issues and climbing. Do not recommend!
Just bought a 2013 Honda Civic, took it for a once over before buying 65K miles and nothing wrong or needing fixing and the car costed $9995. Afiza was great and the Finance manager Al was too and found me a very low APR with my co-signer with GAP coverage. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Afiza is a great salesperson and the company is great too. easy to see why they have a great customer satisfaction rating😁
After a total loss accident in my 2017 mitsubishi outlander sport, i reached out to friends on social media to see what kind of car they recommended. over 60% said subaru forester or outback. i contacted the grand subaru dealership about pricing for a couple different models and started perusing online. they were very quick to respond with assistance and very patient with my million questions. i ended up liking a car they didnt have in stock, but they were able to get it to the dealership in no time! the process at the dealership was incredibly smooth & didnt take nearly as long as previous car buying experiences ive had elsewhere. Even after the purchase, Jeff took the time to familiarize me with my new Outback & all of its features. Linda was the sweetest & so easy to talk to in Finance as well! Everyone there was the absolute nicest & their customer service experience was flawless! Jeff was an amazing help the entire car buying/browsing process and I would recommend him & his Grand Subaru team to anyone. I have already recommended to many family & friends. 5 stars across the board, honestly. I will definitely be back.

Grand Subaru in Bennsenville is transparent about everything, work with your budget, hear what you want and help you get what you want, guide you through everything from the moment you enter the store to entering the car to signing the paperwork. This was my first time buying a car and Andrew from Grand Subaru made the process straight forward and calm. Lisa was our business manager who broke all that legalese down in a simple clear way, amazing. Will go here again and would recommend to a friend! Ask for Andrew Jennings, but seriously everyone we encountered was so helpful!
Excellent service all around here. We needed a new transmission for our Forester. Conrad, the service advisor I dealt with, was exceedingly competent and communicative. He did a terrific job keeping me in the loop on the repair process and facilitating a loaner car. Everybody else I interacted with was respectful, polite and efficient. The repair work on our Forester was perfect. Highly recommend this place for all your automotive needs.
Theres nothing better than a dealership with awesome cars and great people to help you out! One of my first thought about car buying, in general, is if the sales rep tries to ram a car down my throat, Im leaving right away! That did not happen, rather, I was kindly greeted and assisted by the sales staff in a very professional manner, but down to earth! I wanted a WRX and thats where our conversation stayed, I wasnt brushed off, I wasnt given a counter offer for a car I did not want!! To be treated like a customer and to be listened to, Grand Subaru does it right!
Working with Lou was a pleasant experience which is not always the case at car dealerships!!He is knowledgeable but not pushy. We felt he was looking out for our best interests. The same was true for Al - in the financing department! My husband and I would highly recommend Grand Subaru!
