Purchase a axle back from my vehicle which took about two weeks to get here and one week to ship ( website stated 1-3 days to ship, fine no problem stuff happens. Also in my order was the resonator which stated on the website ( in stock 1-3 days to ship ) about a week after my order they tell me they don’t have it in stock and will take 1-3 weeks to get here. FINE no problem, I follow up again this week mind you this has been going on since June 26 and they tell me they don’t know when they’re going to be getting it at this point could be another 4 weeks. Absolutely ridiculous when you’re paying top dollar for shipping and for the product. Never ordering from them again.
Received the exhaust in about a week. Just had this installed on my Jeep by my mechanic, once it started he was speechless, said he has never heard anything like this. Sounds great! Thank you for this amazing exhaust!
I live in the UK and have seen this exhaust on YouTube so many times and just loved the sound on the Jeep SRT so just had to have one, However with there being no authorised retailer over here decided to get in touch directly. From the first point of contact with the sales team they were so helpful and replied straight away with answers to all my questions so decided to place an order. Shipping was a great price and was given a tracking number within days. 2 weeks later the Exhaust was on my car along with a permanent smile on my face. Great product but, the worst customer service I have ever had. I ordered my exhaust in May 2017. It was promised to be done by end of July, then August then mid October. Here we are late November, it was promised to ship a week and a half ago still nothing. I called them a couple of times and they said to email them to get an update. Still no response. 7 months now and no product. If you have problems getting orders fulfilled, heres a simple piece of advice DONT TAKE ANY MORE ORDERS or hire more people. Dont lie to the customers to cover yourself. I called today to get an answer why they dont have an answer for me they man who picked up the phone mid sentence put me on hold because he didnt want to talk to me. Thanks guy, thats very helpful of you.As a veteran of this country it disgusts me that you would treat a customer like this whos trying to get info on a $4,000 item that has no guarantee its ever going to arrive.Unbelievable.
I bought a used 2013 MB 550 SL with a Meisterschaft exhaust. I have never been an exhaust guy before owning this car. Everyone who hears the car wants to know whats in it. I love the sound. Its not too harsh on the interior of the car either but with the top down it sounds FANTASTIC!

Received my GTHAUS exhaust right on time and the craftsmanship is, truly, one of a kind. I own an Infiniti (2017) Q60 and the novelty of my JDM’s “low growl” exhaust has been taken to the next level. There is no droning inside, leaving a quiet ride. Outside of the vehicle though, you can’t miss the sound; idling and driving.The customer service from Rob has gone above and beyond my expectations. He has guided me from exhaust education right into installation questions I had. Even now, I can reach out to him for any advice and guidance.I’ll be a lifetime customer.
Ordered trackhawk exhaust for customer, exhaust took 3 months to receive which was expected. tips did not arrive with the rest of the exhaust and there was no contact to explain there was an issue. 8 months later the electronic cutout is already malfunctioning. now we have to inconvenience the customer twice more to take the motor out and send it in then reinstall when fixed. for the price the quality isnt even close. i will never order or install this brand again due to the hassle, poor quality and issue after the fact.

Sadly the same scenario as other customers here. Buy an Exhaust told its in stock. by the time the money transfer goes through (one weekend) the exhaust is no longer in stock. Told it would be a 4-6 week build. 8 weeks later and no one can give me an update, and they do not reply to emails. Im not even sure Im getting the exhaust i paid for...terrible customer service and a good waste of time.

Ordered an exhaust in September 2017 and was told the delivery would be mid-November. No communication from them in November, so I contacted them for update. They told me production was delayed and the exhaust would ship December 22, 2017. No communication from them in December, so called them again. Was told the exhaust was in production, but with Xmas it might run into shipping delays so I would probably hear from them with shipping update in January 2018. No word from them in January, so called them and was told they had to check with factory and would call me back later in the day. Nobody called me back, so I called them the next day, Jan 5th. They told me the exhaust is in production and that it would ship in February 2018. It takes a full month to complete manufacturing? I trust nothing this company says. Requested to cancel the order on Friday, January 5th while on the phone with Tim from their sales dept. He agreed to cancel the order. Hadnt received a refund by Tuesday, January 9th, so I again called their customer service department and was told the cancellation is being processed by their accounting department and that I should receive a refund in 48-72 hours. Today is Friday, January 12th and refund has not been received. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
