Our Subaru broke down on the expressway on the way to a friends wedding in Schaumburg. We had the car towed to Grand Subaru and they loaned a newer Subaru while our car was being serviced. The next day Grand called with an estimate of the cost and completion date of the work, which proved to be very accurate. I was very happy with the service, the loaner vehicle and the result. This is a very good dealership and I would definately use them again if the need arises.
Absolutely horrible service I requested a tow and it didn’t even show up till 4 hours I ordered the tow at 3:42 PM and it didn’t show up till 7 PM $91 for absolutely nothing and they refused to give me my money back instead giving me $120 in giftcards not cash gift card luckily I was able to file a dispute with my bank and got credited the amount

90K maintenance/inspection on my impreza was pricey. Then, they told me I needed another $1400 worth work. Thankfully, I knew to question these items and said no. My local mechanic and Firestone confirmed my suspicion that this work was unnecessary. They also told me that i needed to replace two lights (at >$30/tiny little $2 bulb). I opted to do this myself only to find out that these were reflectors not lights. Gouging or incompetence? Either way, lll be going elsewhere when I purchase a new Subaru next year.
Fast and friendly service. Social distance practices are apparent. Affordable services especially considering trained factory mechanics are working on your car. Would recommend!
Jenelle is such a pro at what she does,when we got there she took care of my Wife and me very diligently everything went in a breeze. Service is always good,and best of all we got to see our dear friend Chris,the sales manager such a great person.Like I said its a pleasure getting our cars serviced there.
Very helpful and quick service without having an appointment
Normally, they are really good, but this time around the mechanic that worked on our car was very sloppy. They had to fix my driver side mirror and when I got the car back, the mirror was jammed and the inside button that you use to adjust the mirror was crooked. I went back, they fixed it but then the one click down or up on my window did not work. I had to go back there again and they said that happens when they disconnect the battery and that they just have to program it again. If you know this happens why wouldnt you set this up before you give back your client their vehicle.

Slow, expensive, and unreliable service. I had to give them my information twice over the phone. They did *not* call when the part came in as promised. I made an appointment, but it took about 4 hours to replace one tire and alignment.
