Great service and sleek-looking pool table! I got extremely fast replies (generally less than 24 hr turnaround on emails) from Vidmas, our main point of contact throughout the process. I got great recommendations about which accessories and features to add to my table and which to leave off. The table arrived and was installed professionally -- Im very happy with the experience, and the table is beautiful!

We had a fantastic experience dealing with Vidmas at Vision. We purchased the Ultra convertible 7 table which is ultra modern and beautiful. Vidmas suggested West Coast Billiards to handle the pick up, delivery and set up. Louis did a great job. The table looks and plays great. The Japanese walnut dining table top is also beautiful. Looking forward to many years of fun. Could not recommend a billiards company more highly.

You get what you paid. This is one of the best quality billiard tables on the market, not to mention the contemporary design that makes them shine in every presence. Therere metal bars in the wood frame that make the structure very much resistant to warping. Mine came with a ball return system, and I definitely recommend it for serious players. I cant stop playing on it after its been set up. Have I mentioned their customer service yet? Its 5-star too!

Long overdue but we wanted to share our wonderful experience purchasing and owning Vision Billiards table. It has been 7 months now since we received our Ultra model convertible pool table and I can not be happier with our Christmas purchase :) Not only we have a really beautiful dining table but also it converts into a professional size pool table that all our guests just love! Even more so, my 2 teenage boys spend more time playing pool at home with their friends now instead of sitting in their rooms playing videogames.We have purchased this table based on the previous reviews and seeing lots of pictures on Vision Billiards Facebook site that we loved. The delivery from Chicago to LA was very smooth; they took care of everything from shipping the table to installation. The communication, the service was top-notch and the table is a piece of art. It looks modern, elegant and streamlined; a perfect dining/pool table combo for someone who is looking for a centerpiece in your dining or living room instead of owning an old-style bulky pool table.Definitely recommend Vision Billiards because of their service and the quality of their pool tables.

We received our table last week and are so pleased; it is beautiful as a pool table and also as a dining table! Customer service was top notch! Vidmas walked us through each and every step of the way and when we had a little trouble with the delivery/install process, he was quick to make things right! Heres to many years of enjoyment!

First, the customer service is amazing and the best ever! We are in love with our table! Wife and I love hosting holidays and neighborhood gatherings, and the table works great for those dinners and entertainment afterwards. We get so many wonderful compliments on it, and many don’t believe it’s a pool table until we take the top off. Customizing the table that we wanted was fun- the table style, to the wood, the stain color, felt color, and other options like lights, hydraulic lifting legs, wood or glass top. Customer service was there the whole time helping us out.

We absolutely love our table. We play pool every night and periodically swap out the dining top with a ping pong table top (which Vidmas included at a very reasonably price). Every time someone sees it for the first time, we keep the dining top on for a while and every time they are shocked when we reveal whats underneath.I did a ton of research, comparing the Vision to the Fusion to other standard tables that can be retrofitted with a dining top. Ordinary pool tables are simply too high, and even though we planned use it as a dining table infrequently, the discomfort was a non-starter. The fusion table was just too small. While its a beautiful table, 7 feet just doesnt cut it. I was skeptical about the Vision table at first given the scarcity of reviews, but after a long discussion with Vidmas, in which I probed all of the spec in depth, I decided this was worth a shot.Had a few minor issues with delivery/shipping but Vidmas resolved and we couldnt be happier. The table plays great and looks amazing. Highly recommend the mahogany paired with powder blue felt and spring for the pro accessories set.

These are absolutely beautiful tables. The pictures really dont do them justice. I got a Nice delivered and installed a week ago and it plays beautifully and looks great. I had initially been looking for a traditional looking table (which they also have) but I am so glad I went with the Nice, its so high end, it makes the game room look like something out of a 5 star hotel.Vision Billiards who are based in Chicago and who are the only wholesalers for these tables in the US are amazing to work with and have top class customer and post sale service. Vidmas (the owner) is extremely knowledgeable about all tables, not just his own and was really helpful through out the process. He was able to get me a great deal on balls (pool and snooker), cues, table tennis tops, dinning top, and even the table itself.I called him about some additional items for the table I wanted to get and he offered to drop them off himself on his way home from work as I live near their office. Thats pretty hard to beat.5 stars for quality and 5 stars for customer service.

Amazing buying experience. I had a lot of questions and the process took a long time on my end, but VisionVision Bil always answered quickly, gave me samples of all my options, and coordinated installation. The table is perfect for us and absolutely gorgeous - a real work of art!

This table is not only gorgeous, but it is a beautiful modern, contemporary dining room table, that seats eight comfortably around a 7 foot table, and one of the most beautiful dining room-pool tables of ever seen or owned. Vidmas from the distributors here in the US in Chicago - was professional and efficient; receive my table within two weeks of purchasing it with half down, where others wanted to make me wait 4 to 6 months and insured the table got to me without damage- all the way to Las Vegas. He had someone install it who did it within four hours and was Uber professional-Craig Shinn, Who is outstanding. My husband and I are totally enjoying our new pool table/dining room table.
