I came in with a SIM card issue, Jorge and Jose were so helpful and explained what could be wrong until we got to the source of the problem. They were very upbeat and attentive, so the process went by much quicker! They gave me all the information I needed to avoid the issue again as well. Overall they did a really great job solving the problem, and the atmosphere in the store was positive and assuring the whole time.
Came in with the intent to upgrade my phone and it was a great experience. Carla and Nina helped and they were both a pleasure to work with. I got the phone I wanted to upgrade to and couldnt be happier. They also helped answer all questions I had with the upgrade and they know what theyre doing. I look forward to coming here again for any other phone or internet needs in the future!

Best service we received in a Long time. They were busy but the manager kept on letting us know what is happening. We browsed phones and watches. When it was our turn the fella Marcin was great took his time and even stayed past his shift. At the end he was able to discover that my wife needs a smart watch and I purchased a phone. A+

Your T-Mobile store in Bensenville is fantastic. Samir and Marvin were helpful. I had been in the store on previous occasions and I have always received excellent service. I an someone who is not very text savvy. Salir took his time and patiently explained data plans and how to use my phone. I cant say enough how much I appreciate his help and his excellent customer service skills. I am a very happy customer.

The service was awful. I understood and saw they were busy and was told it would be a few minutes. After waiting about a half hour and nobody asking what I even needed, I left because store was going to close in ten minutes and knew what I needed would take longer than ten minutes. Horrendous service.

Not the best. Two monitors and both are in Spanish and most of the signs are in Spanish, I think they should have every other on in English and Spanish. I have no idea what the signs say, am I missing a deal or what. I like the T mobile on Lake st. Way better So I have to travel a ways to go to a good T mobile while I live right by the one in Bensenville.

The store itself is neat just as any other T-Mobile, as long as there is not a line of more than three people you should be out within an hour.For some reason they blast music on those sound pods on full blast Im pretty sure, it was so loud that I could not hear what the guy that was helping me was saying. I tried turning it down not to be mean against their music, I just literally could not hear what he was saying to me. 2 minutes later he looked at me straight in the eye and turned on the music even louder than it was before. Sorry if I offended you with the music but I was trying to hear what the hell I was supposed to do with my phone.Overall not a bad store was in and out within. 30-35 minutes

I was a longtime customer of Verizon. I walked in and Lina attended me. She was amazing very friendly and informative and was able to answer all 101 questions I had. The over all staff there was great as well.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Not that the employees arent nice or dont work hard... But the setup is super inefficient. I walked there, set foot in the store and started my stop watch. Counted 12 people in the store! 4 Clerks or whatever, and 8 customers including myself. In the 1 hours and 20 minutes I was in the store me and 2 other people were checked out (resolved, Taken care of, able to leave with our goods). Over 10 people walked in and left because service was so slow. All I needed was to buy a new sim card... Crazy.

What an awesome experience I had today!Gaby is just an amazing person. She help me with all my needs on both of my iPhones. I went in just to switch a SIM card and she went beyond on helping me with something so simple, I knew my was mess up but with gaby seeing and noticing the problem I had with my phone she politely told me not to worry and she will fix my issue. She also completed the problems I had with my other phone . I will be coming to this location for any other issue.This location is just friendly, greets anyone that walk in. And always smile. I sure did notice thatGreat place !!

Ive had a lot of bad experiences at this store, seems like they always have new employees and every time I go in theres someone training which makes everything a lot slower and painful. In one occasion they tried to sell me an open-box iPad that had been used and returned by another customer, they didnt tell me it was an open box and they tried to sell it to me as an open item. When I confronted them about it they told me it was normal for some of their iPads to come without the plastic wrap, I pointed out signs of wear and minor scratches and they still claimed it was new. Bad bad experience. On the bright side, everyone seems to be polite and respectful
Worst experience ever!!! Very loud Mexican music or trumpets or whatever that was played in the store, it was very had to hear my own thoughts!! When asked to turn the music down the manager said that she is unable to do so and the boss knows about it. LOL. After 15 minutes waiting to be helped (because they were to busy listening to music) and making unhappy faces, suddenly she was able to turn the music down.
Poor customer service
I visited one of T-Mobile branches in Chicago suburbs and I was looking to get more info on the plans and prices they offer like any other customer. A month later I recieve an invoice under my name and my address with the amount of 260.00 USD.They simply activated one of the services i was inquiring about without my permission nor my knowledge.Of course i had to go through all the trouble of wasting my time over the phone with T-Mobile, the fraud department and the EOS and that lasted for days and days. I even visited one of the branches just to make sure nothing was under my name. When i requested an official apology letter and a statement to verify that nothing will affect my credit score the agent over the phone simply said he cant do that!
Came in about 10:15 09/06 talk to guy name Edwin. He was rude seems like he didn’t want to help me I even asked him to call T-Mobile so we can find out about the card didn’t want to do that absolutely did not want to help me. I’ve been with T-Mobile for about seven years now and never had an experience like I had one in the store with this guy definitely not a peoples person he need to be working in the back doing stock not working with people.

Great employees not to well informed on finishing the deal like leaving out a plan you wanted and leaving the one you didnt want still on your bill.
Everytime either I or my husband go into this store the staff is so slow we have to go to another store or we wait longer than thirty minutes.
