Ive been dealing with this business for over 20 years. Very fair people and owners. Excellent service and items are what they present. I will continue to purchase from them. I always visit them at there showroom in Rosemont. In fact theres about 50 suppliers there showing off their items about every 6 weeks. I highly recommend visiting. the TMC

I would not recommend this business to anyone. They have shady business practices and terrible management. Ill share the horrible experience we had with them. If you need more verification, Id be happy to share all our email correspondences with this company that verify exactly what Im about to describe.We purchased 80 units of hair curling irons from this company across 3 separate orders. We made our purchasing decision based on the picture of the item featured on their website. After we placed our orders, the merchant changed the picture of the item on their website to a different product without ever notifying us. When we realized we received the wrong product, we brought it to their attention and they acknowledged the fact that they changed the picture on their website. They claimed that the only thing that changed was the product packaging. That was blatantly false. The product that was shown on their website was black/maroon. The products we received were pink/purple and featured a digital temperature display. The colors and features were completely different. It was definitely not the same product.The merchant refused to provide us a refund or even acknowledge that this was their fault even though they admitted that they changed the picture after we placed our original order. Weve disputed the charges with our credit card company as this was a blatant act of false advertising. Were still waiting for the dispute to be resolved but this has been a huge inconvenience for our business. I would not recommend doing business with this company!!
