My experience with Euro-Tech has been excellent. George my salesman was through with his presentation. The installers Victor, Jared and Peter were professional and efficient. Kurt also stop by to check things out but my real hero was George he stop by at the end to make sure everything was done right and he also get me to purchase a new front door. Great experience overall - we met up, planned the project, and everything went according to the timeline. The sales representatives engage in high pressure sales tactics to close the deal. The price offered during the time of sale is no good after the sales representative leave. Product pricing begins high and drops until the sale is made, making you feel like you are the winner.I contracted a new roof with the company, but I wasnt provided an installation date. After more than a month of waiting for the installation date, I phoned the company to find out what was going on. This became a frustrsting debacle. The office staff answering the phone couldnt answer my question, and no one else returned my calls. During my final phone call, I was told that my new roof installation was canceled by my sales representative Jennifer M.I contacted my sales representative, and she told me that if I wanted to move forward with the roof installation, I needed to pay an additional $4,000.To this day, they have not installed a new roof, nor have they refunded my 10% deposit, and no one from this company has reached out to me.

Installed windows gutters and flashing around my house. The windows and gutters were improperly installed and it started leaking in my house around the gutters and windows It rained in my house and they havent been back out to honor the work or lifetime guarantee. They tried to blame it on my siding saying it was faulty. Ive been here 14 years it has never leaked. Ive ve spoken with the owner Tony, Service manager nico, the sales man Jeff and its been 1 month and they havent fixed the Windows that I spent around 20,000 on. Not to mention they are expensive and sub contract the work. They were also supposed to replace the cap on the parapet wall and used aluminum fascia and soffit to replace the parapet coping cap.

Everything went well with our roof and Dan came out to see the job an if we were happy with it

Euro-tech did our windows and siding. Overall we are satisfied with the quality of the work and the quality of the products we received. Our house really does look great.The Eurotech workers were careful to make sure we didnt end up with any nails in our tires--which we didnt. They were also pretty flexible modifying some of the jobs to our liking. All of the edges are clean and sharp. Everything came together really nicely. The laborers were professional, kind and accommodating. I have no doubts in the weatherproofing and the competence of the installers.However some of the disappointments were in the fact that we found the foam insulation smeared on the glass of one of our new windows, drips of paint from a post they were gracious enough to paint yet dripped onto our new siding, and they caulked some of our older windows, which used to open, shut. We paid a lot for the products and services and would have appreciated a little more attention to detail. Finally, we have no idea where our house address numbers ended up.

*CONSUMER BEWARE* Once they have your money, you can bet youll never see them again. Theres a lifetime warranty on their windows, but I doubt theyll make any repairs needed in the future.7 months ago my windows were installed and at that time I got in writing that two of my window cappings needed to be replaced, I was guaranteed that they would be replaced. One was discolored and the other was dented and dinged. One was replaced and the other was not because apparently their installer the professional couldnt find the dented one after two trips to my house (I guess it was too much for him to knock on my door so I could show him). I have spoken with so many people at this business about this issue and still it has not been replaced. I get the run around that their installer is busy. Give me a break its been 7 months. You should see how quick they replaced 21 windows in my house, I am sure one piece of capping would take 5 mins. And if hes too busy, send someone else. They value their independent contractors above their customers, because they dont want to step on his toes by sending someone else into his territory, while allowing him not to complete his job in a satisfactory manner.Everyone is so nice and professional, but its just lip service. I dread the day my windows need any repairs because Im certain Euro Tech will no fulfill their lifetime warranty.Give your money to another business thats willing to hold their independent contacts accountable and values their customers. I know I will when I am ready to replace my doors.

They finished all of our windows throughout the house(5bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and 1 of the bathrooms)and the sliding door within 2 days working about 6hrs each day. They cleaned up their mess and worked non stop. Kurt K. came by to check in and show us how to operate the windows which was very helpful.

Euro tech installed my windows on two floors of my house almost twenty years ago and the windows have held up remarkably. They are fixing a few small repairs & installing the remaining windows in my house. Thanks to Phil in sales and Kurt from quality control for their hard work, dedication & professionalism.

Professional and the windows are wonderful! The tollway noise near my home is now at a minimum and the ease of locking and cleaning the windows is great. The installation crew worked straight through the day with only a 20 minute break for lunch and got all 12 of my windows installed in one day. Their prices are very competitive. I had four other quotes and their windows were the best constructed and the best price.

First we had a bay window installed and a few years later which was a month ago we had a new back door installed. They cleaned up after and Dan came back to check on the service to see if we were satisfied.

We had someone come out for an estimate for a leak in our bow window area. At first, we were told wed have to replace the entire roof. Then we were told we could extend our gutters out and then finally we were told that replacing our bow window into a more flattened window would solve the problem. We were respectful and listened to the gentleman give his entire presentation. When we told him that we would need to discuss it further and get back to him at a later date, his entire demeanor changed immediately as if he was put off that we wouldnt commit to making a decision right then and there. After telling him that we didnt want to be put on the spot of making a decision right away, he continued to pressure us and ask loaded questions. It was not a good look at all and made the situation rather awkward and uncomfortable. I understand youre trying to make a sale, but as we told the gentleman you were the first we consulted about this. We need to explore our options and do what we think is best, especially if youre asking us to spend several thousand dollars. I was told when I made the appointment that the estimate would be free and with no obligation. Well, you got the free part right. The no obligation part needs some work. We dont respond well to being pressured into a making a decision on the spot. The only reason were not giving a lower rating is because we didnt actually use your service. Thanks for your time.

EuroTech calls me to schedule a window replacement estimate. I was asked if there was someone else (male) to be there during their visit. I asked why they ask that question to a woman homeowner? The supervisor actually said that since she is married, having a man there is recommended for decisions. I couldn’t believe that in 2021, this woman actually believes that having a man there would be necessary. I am the owner and making all decisions, with great success. EuroTech must be reminded that their current mindset verges on discrimination. Have confidence in your own decisions, ladies. Stop perpetuating this archaic mindset.

It all started with the phenomenal sales man... the installation was quick... the installation time given was 6-8 hours... they were here maybe 6.Then we had a small crack in the window and the gentleman Niko F. Replaced the window was very helpful and made sure that he stayed in contact with us regarding if he would be early or late. You don’t get to see too many real people when it comes to business. Biko was honest and down to earth and I appreciated that about him!

Heartbroken! 😢 Beyond disappointed and sadly nothing can be done to rectify the situation. I want my old window and $3600 back! From start to finish this whole process has been a nightmare. The 3 hour sales pitch gleemed of promises like 100% satisfaction and lifetime warranties. I do not recall one time our salesman saying anything about not having a finished product after installation. (Yes, I know now that its in the small print). 😕 I also know for a fact that our salesman said nothing about the actual windows being much smaller than our old window. The Vice President I spoke to today said vinal windows have more trim. Didnt make me feel better. I also wasnt told that the windows would still get condensation on them. The Vice President told me I need a fan and to check the humidity in my house. 😣 Plus they use these grey plastic tabs (not even brown to match the window).....it looks so cheap! The installer had to come out a second time to fix the poor job he did in the first place. Rough edges, screens didnt fit, calk on the siding, sawdust everywhere, holes where nails were (maybe thats part of the finishing work we are required to do). I keep hearing theyre the best windows out there! Well for $3640 they should be. They are NOT! PLEASE go somewhere else! I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I signed the dotted line. I felt pressured and honestly I was sold. I believed everything they told me. Lies! We were scammed. Taken for ride! I had a choice to take my family of seven on vacation or get a window.... so sad that I chose this window. I cant get my money back. Whats done is done. Euro-Tech took $100 of my total bill and gave me a can of stain. Thanks I guess! 😢Edit: In response to Freds comments I am posting the second round of pictutes after the installer was out a second time! First 9 photos are from the initial install. The last nine were taken last night (4/17) and this morning (4/18).

I had my home and garage sided with new soffits and gutters and downspouts the siding has been falling off my home as soon as they left . I had them come out four times to fix it but ether a new peice falls off or the peices they already fixed the quality of work is bad . Now I call and dont get a call back.

Had a nice follow up today from a rep checking that everything is still going okay on the roof. Its been 8 years and it is still in great shape. I remember being amazed how many guys came out to do the job and they got it done in one day. I didnt think it was possible since it is pretty big, but they did and it still looks perfect. Going to have them give me a quote on a new entry door now.

We had Euro-Tech install windows yesterday and couldnt be happier with our experience.We had 2 of their installation professionals arrive on time. They were extremely professional and had positive personalities; we felt extremely comfortable talking with them as they worked. They removed both of our old, outdated box bay windows and installed the new split bay windows with ease. They layed sheets down on our wood floors to prevent damange and additional messes in the house as they worked. After the windows were installed they thoroughly cleaned up both inside and out. It only took about 4 hours from the time they arrived until they left.We absolutely love the windows already. They really changed the look of our living,for the better. I can feel the difference of efficiency of these windows compared to our outdated ones. Prior to these new windows, I could feel the cold air radiating from our old ones; this is no longer the case with the newly installed windows. After an estimate was done at our home we declined their services, way to expensive for our budget. The senior manager Ashley called me to find out if we were going to choose them. When I said no, she began an unprofessional rant over talking me about needing to speak with my husband and not me because I didn’t see their quality products. Rudeness gets you nowhere.

I set an apt for a front door estimate. No one showed up and no one called. I called the office to find out all estimators were overbooked and no one was coming. My wife and I both took off work for this apt. No response needed as I will be taking my business elsewhere.

High pressure salesman. Give you a price and then changes it at the last minute if you do not make the deal. They say they want informed consumers, but they do not. They have no interest in you have an understanding what others offer, they just want you to buy their windows now. The salesman said it was the norm in the industry, but maybe it would be better to break the norms. Take care of your customers, and offer the best price with the chance to compare.

We had a large picture window with a seal failure in our home when we bought it several years ago. Euro-Tech stands behind their products and sent Tom, Niko, and Arturo to install the new glass. The service is immaculate starting with Adam who set us up and explained everything. Martin came in as a One man show and got everything taken care of.Lastly Kurt quality control QC came by to check everything out and was so personable and professional.

The installers (Martins’ crew) were meticulous. The owner Tony was hands on. Also the sliding door with the blinds inside is great quality and more cost efficient than the other places we looked. Kurt followed up with the warranty info and even came by a week later to make sure we were happy.

At first I thought the quality and service was great. Them as soon as they did a follow up to make sure our service was good, we have never been able to contact them again. Our windows no long lock, and no one will return our call to service them. We have called from several different numbers to attempt to contact them, and no one is ever available and we are just sent to voicemail that no one returns.

I have had euro tech windows for 15 plus years, this company is fantastic, best money i ever spent. My home looks so picture perfect with the etched glass windows we purchased, not to mention the increase in home value.We have had a few leaks in the gas between the glass panels over the years, two torn screens, and recently one patio door gas leak, not bad for fifteen years. As the lifetime warranty states all replacements were installed in a few weeks after calling for service.Very friendly contact people, and the installer Nick was absolutely fabulous. He was out the other day to replace our patio door, the new door had a scratch on the frame, he said no worries we will get another out to you as soon as possible. he put the scratched door in anyway, because the problem was with the glass on the old one, and said ill be back in a few weeks with a new door. This place really stands behind there product. Nick also noticed our patio door screen wasnt opening smoothly as it should while installing the new door and adjusted it while he was here, he also took the time to give a visual check of other windows to see if they needed attention. I was nervous about having contractors come to my home as I hear so many bad contractor stories. When the install team came they were competent, clean and courteous. Im pleased with the windows and installation. It was a postive epirience and I would use them again. - Colin W.

My family in countryside used Eurotech for full roofing and windows. Eurotech improperly did the roofing and we have had to call several times because not even a week after the work was done a storm came through the roof. They sent someone out after A YEAR and now they are putting my family aside to respond at a time they see convenient.

They did a really good job and it was really quick, and Kurt from QC stopped in to check things out. The only thing is we are missing the storm door for the back door. Other than that it everything was good.

Poor customer service even admitted they arent the greatest reaching out to customers. Our original salesman left the company(I can see why) and they never called to tell us that or to see if we still wanted the windows. Just a bad all around experience.

Tony has been very helpful in dealing with many issues we encountered with our HOA. The sales rep Jeff, was a great individual, got straight to the point, and I left the meeting happy and excited for my new windows. Adam and his crew flew through the install, hitting the ground running as soon as the truck pulled up.
