Well let me start with customer service the girls were very nice very professional even when I called them and left a message they call me the very next day. I had no problems with the staff they were very nice! but I was just a little bit disappointed on the arrangements which the way it started was I ordered a basket of fruit online and I guess I ordered it a little bit late, which there should have been a way where the website will let me know if I could order this particular fruit basket in the last moment. So the very next day they called me back and explain to me that I couldnt have the fruit basket because it needed to be ordered 48 hours in advance something like that. So she gave me an option of flowers or a planter well of course I picked the planter which is not a problem, but when I arrived at the funeral home I noticed this planter on the table nothing special about it the only reason why I knew it was mine was because I saw my condolences card. Where I would have thought that the plant should have had at least some flowers or something which I wasnt given the option of because the young lady on the phone mentioned it will be very pretty. Please dont get me wrong the plant is very nice but not for the price I payed for which was for $88 dollars and not for the occasion it was for where I saw everybodys flowers where very beautiful. Not happy but what can we do!

This is an incredible flower shop. I love the fact that you tell them the occasion and want you do and dont like and they build a beautiful custom arrangement. And what always helps, incredibly nice. Have gone here twice and is defitenly my new favorite flower shop

Just writing this is bringing me to tears. Pam, the 2 floral arrangements you made for my moms memorial were exquisite. I’ve never in my life seen yellow roses so big and full. The funeral director who handled my husbands funeral recommended you for the flowers and he sure was right! They were exquisite in every detail and Pam was a pleasure to work with. Their work is exquisite! The vases were amazing, better than the original pictures. My favorite was the urn floral ring. The different size roses and different tones of blue hydrangeas really made the entire piece. You listened to all my wants about flowers and greenery and made everything amazing. They are truly artists!

This is my go-to place for all of my feel good floral arrangements. The flowers are always fresh and beautiful. When my boss asked me to find a custom funeral arrangement (the day before!) I knew I had to try here first. Pam was amazing at executing the vision and had it there on time the next day! If you live/work in the area, this place is the best.

My co-worker lost her relative very suddenly, and I used this flower shop to forward a floral arrangement for her. The site was very user-friendly, and my purchase was delivered to her the very next day. She was very pleased with what she received. They confirmed the order and followed up when it was delivered!

I usually by flowers online but this time went to village flowers to help the local community. I paid $80 for dozen roses when I get then online for $30. The roses didnt even opened up they die before. Try to help the local community and got shaft. They wont see my business again. I have gotten better flowers from the guy in standing at Irving park and Manheim

I LOVED working with Pam and the Village Flower Shop for my wedding! From beginning to end they were very understanding with my budget, informative (since I know nothing about flowers), and flexible. I knew the room would look beautiful once set up but nothing like what it turned out to be. When I saw the room for the 1st time I was BLOWN away! The centerpieces were amazing and made the room look gorgeous and were EXACTLY what I wanted and have always invisioned. Everyone raved about the look of the room and how good the flowers smelled all night. They even said they could smell the flowers over the food and loved it. Not only were the flowers, decor, centerpieces, etc amazing but Pam helped my now husband deliver a bouquet of flowers to me that morning while I was getting ready. The arrangment had all the flowers that were being used in our wedding which added a really nice touch. I highly recommend Pam and her team and I know I will use them for future events of mine.
