This deli has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I cant even go into detail about my experiences here because I dont have enough room but I will say yesterday was my last and final time ever going there. I will go back to Marianos now even though its a longer drive.

The fruits and vegetables go bad in one day . There products are very highly priceTwice I order a cake from the Baker Department. One for a first Birthday and the other for a Christening. I called the day before just to make sure the cake will be ready at the time of pickup and the cake will be decorated the way instructed.When I went to pickup the cake. No cake was made and they couldnt find the ticket order

Pharmacy has outstanding customer service .The check-out cashier was wearing her face mask improperly. It was only over her mouth NOT her nose . SERIOUSLY??!!...This Jewel store is located at 1127 S. York Rd Bensenville, Illinois 60106.I do not know her name, as for she was not wearing her name tag either. Wow!!! She is an African-American...Just saying for ID purposes. She has been rude with me prior and I reported her to her manager. However, her impersonal and rude conduct continues. I am NOT the only customer that has complained about her unethical conduct.....Please address this issue? Thank you for your time and cooperation.

The store runs a lot of great sales all the time. They have a Starbucks inside with a very nice and quick staff. Shelves are well stocked and carry a good variety of product.

Great variety, but prices are high on a lot of items. If you just shop the sale items you can get pretty good deals.

I visited this Jewel Osco and was extremely surprised with their craft beer selection. I really couldnt believe it. Also was very happy with their Walk In Clinic. It was $112 with no insurance which is better than the other immediate care centers. Overall happy with my visit

Surprise that bakery goods were not priced. No one around to help. When got to check out, muffin cost more than I thought. So I paid for it but next time I wont.

Horrible customer service. Manager was not managerial material...did nothing about my issue. Spoke to a friend today who had a worse expense than I did.She was spoken to rudely because she was taking too long to put her groceries in the cart. When she asked for the manager, the woman she had the issue with, walked up to her and started screaming at her. She said, You want my name, heres my name. Report me!I will not be back!

Very clean. Social distancing practiced. Had to stop by all gender 🚻. Clean as well. Since I arrived prior to 7am, traffic very light. Needed the sticky part for my I-Pass (to adhere to window), and customer service treated me as though I had made a financial purchase. Beautiful smile. But, when I randomly go to this particular Jewels, I always feel as though my time and money spent were appreciated.

Was able to find everything I wanted. They even had one of my wifes favorite beverages; cranberry Mikes hard lemonade. But, it is hard to find some items in the current floor layout.

The store it self is good.But you have a cashier their that really needs a aittuid adjustment.She is a older women skinng with white hair.See ls so smart mouth.I come in there quite often.When it comes time to check out if she is there I will go to a different line.I will not deal with such aggressive behavior from some woman that thinks she can talk to people like they are garbage to her.Maybe someone needs to straighten her out.

For my small wedding, I enlisted the help of Zoi from the Floral Department, and she made the most beautiful bridal bouquet, boutonnieres, and corsages. She was very helpful throughout the whole process, meeting with my fiancee and I ahead of time to discuss our preferred flowers. I was so impressed with her design of my bridal bouquet and I cant say thank you enough to her and her coworkers.

I moved my prescriptions over to this Jewel and the staff is OUTSTANDING. Most now know me by sight, which I greatly appreciate. The personal touch is often lacking at many of the bigger pharmacies.The staff in the store are ALWAYS helpful. Im thrilled that Jewel moved into this location after Dominicks closed. Great bunch of people.

Have probably 10 checkout lines and evertime Ive been only two are open... most of my time spent there is at the checkout

Whoever runs this place needs to get fined big time. The condition of this place as well as the individuals who maintain it should be fired. It saddens me to say this, but this is the last time I will ever visit a Jewel Osco unless things change.

I have been shopping at Jewel in Bensenville once a week since covid started due to the hours of operation,Even at 06:00 in the morning all the employees are helpful and friendly, until yesterday, I had a cashier named Alex he was NOT FRIENDLY and WAS VERY RUDE!!!!! I asked a question when starting to put my stuff on the belt, due to the face covering, I didnt hear Alex correctly, and ask again, his reply was I TOLD YOU THAT AFTER (HE) FINISHED HE WOULD TELL ME THEN, he said this and I stopped putting my stuff on the belt and asked him to call a manager, she came and he said his story, then I said my story and the manager had Alex go somewhere else in the store, and I finish with my order.After getting home and telling my wife what happened, we both agreed that we will not shop at Jewel any longer if we dont get a reply from Jewel about this issue with ALEX at Bensenville store on Friday 11/20/20 @ 07:00, I will be notifying Jewel Corporation on Monday 11/23/20.

This place is not kept in a sanitary condition, given the circumstances of the recent events...one would hope they would maintain or at least be on par with sanitary standards. Garbage produce and whoever runs the plaza has a real serious problem. I seriously hope someone screens this place and shuts it down.

This is a very clean and well stocked store. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store layout is good. On some days the lines can be long, but I have seen the manager bagging groceries to speed things along. The prices are good, and the selections are also. The Deli, floral department, and Bakery are standouts.

They need help at the butcher counter it takes a long time to get waited on I usually have to ask a worker to go in the back and get a butcher! Get a buzzer or bell hooked up so a customer can ring it to let a butcher know someone is waiting!

Very clean store. Huge selection of standard and international foods. Contains a bank, bakery, deli counter, fresh produce, and alcohol. Awesome.

The store itself is a pretty decent environment but besides that there is a cashier lady in her 50s 60s I would say who seems to have a little attitude towards customers by raising her voice for certain things like informing the customers of how much they can purchase of a certain product and then trying to make it seem like its something a customer should of known from the beginning even though the person apologizes and tells her they did not know. I advise Jewel Osco to please examine this employee and make her water down her rude attitude.

The pizza freezers are overloaded and thawing..usually 5 star but you cant add 🍕 on top theres no way anythings actually freezing they need space on top.

Clean store, friendly employees, decent sales, good supply of most items. Biggest detraction is the hot food bar, where menu items are either overcooked, dried out, or swimming in BBQ sauce. Worst hotbar offerings of any Jewel Ive ever been to.

Front end Manager Kevin is not a great leader. How do you ignore someone standing at the customer service desk for 10 minutes. If it wasnt for young man at a cash register to call him I would have stood there more. Worse thing he came down and said it will be in a few before I can be helped. I asked him has a manager is that the proper way of treating customers and he caught an attitude. Makea you think why I was see people stealing from the store every time I go.

Dont buy your chicken meal any more because is sits too long its dried out . Your prices have skyrocketed.the local family owned store prices are lower

I usually shop late at night around from 8 to 10 pm. I used to go through they produce to try to catch some deal that they have earlier that day. I can never find the self items they are on sale in the produce aisle. Is there any way that we can fix that?

It was a Friday afternoon, not too crowded with people but narrow aisles and they were stocking shelves on top of it.... so it felt that the store was small. Good selection but still a few items I could not find. For day in and out shopping this store meets your needs. For over the top items, this is not the place.
