This is the best florist. We had a wedding bouquet that did not come out quite as we would have hoped. The owner of Small Town Wedding stayed open late to help us fix the bouquet. She was wonderful! And the bouquet is gorgeous! And her price was very reasonable. I am ever so grateful!

The girl with purple hair is rude as hell. Had an attitude anytime I had a question. It felt sort of prejudice honestly. Have been here probably 10 times from coloma and they’re always closed due to hornets. If you need hair dye just go to walmart. Not worth your time.

With Covid going around, I am still super nervous to venture to a salon or my girlfriends house to get my hair done. That said, I tried going from Brown to blonde, and turned ORANGE!!!! I went to Sallys today. I was at first taken aback. Instead of females like me....there was a gentleman. I was embarrassed. I showed him my hair, and he was very professional and showed the products and supplies I needed. He was confident. He knew the solution!! Put my mind at ease, and my hair is BEAUTIFUL!!!!! I will definitely be back to Sallys in Benton Harbor!!! Super clean, organized, and Miss Carrot top here felt comfortable in there, desperately seeking help.

I guess this store just isn’t open anymore? No one at the corporate office has any information, but I have tried two days in a row now and no one answers the phone and the door is locked. I placed an order online for in-store pick up and was basically just told by corporate that they will just refund me and I’m welcome to shop elsewhere. I think Sally just lost a customer.

The staff is always nice and helpful. They have helped with items for hair color, bleaching, trimmer replacement, and hair care.

Sunday June 13th 2021.Store hours show 11 a.m. open I was there at 11:45am and then came back at12:05 p.m. and no one was there. Have they closed permanently?

My experience was very supportive and the store manager was awesome, knows the hair business, you should be proud to have a awesome person representing your company.

The ONLY store I entered today where I was NOT treated like a customer. Instead I was treated like a criminal and a leper because I wasnt wearing an unnecessary and ineffective face mask. I will never go back.

Thanks for watching me stare at the flat irons for 10 minutes without acknowledging me and for the second employee who literally made eye contact with me, walked by and then I heard her ask for her break. Left and will purchase at TJMaxx.

Checked online to verify hours of operation. It said until 9pm. I showed up and found a hand written sign on the window, 10a-7pm. Frustrating when as a professional company they cannot keep listing accurate or maintained. 1 star because of it.
