Tim the gentleman at the Benton Harbor store, who handled my request initially over the phone, made my purchase quick and easy. I needed a replacement battery for my John Deere lawn tractor. They had a number of choices that were listed as replacement parts for the battery I was replacing and at prices that were well within my budget. I was even able to get the online purchase discount by just showing up in the store. That is the mark of a company that wants your business and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Although they didnt have what I needed, they went out of their way to help me. Very knowledgeable women here.

Quick reliable service at a fair price

UPDATE: B+ replaced the faulty battery, at their own suggestion, and after a couple of days of being reluctant to charge, it kicked in. Now charging is fine and the battery has a reasonable life before emptying.iPad battery replacement: waste of time & money! B+ broke the camera while working on the battery, and fixed it with 3rd-party parts, so goodbye Apple quality. Scheduled same-day repair took a full week after that & another glitch involving parts. The new battery had 12% charge when the iPad was returned to me, and after 36 hours of charging, still hasn’t reached 90%. I used the iPad today for about 3 hours, and it needs charging again, so the “new” battery isn’t at all like an Apple quality. On the upside, employees were polite. They were not proactive about communicating delays: I had to call the store for status updates & schedule changes. They gave me 10% off for the trouble.I have used this store for other services, and this is the first failure...but it’s a big one.

A bit pricey compared to Amazon buy theyve probably got the battery you need and there is no wait. The staff member that helped me was friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. I hardly knew what I was looking for so its worth noting that he was patient with this ignorant customer. Will go there again for sure.

Fast service

Didnt have much of anything in the line LEDs for GM trucks and SUVs. That seems crazy considering the amount of them in the roads. I would have thought they would have had several brands all having a dozen different colors but all they have is plain old white. Very disappointed

Do not buy a car battery here! I bought a $205.00 battery here and it only lasted a year. I took it back and was told that I must have abused it. I asked if it was under warranty and was told abuse is not covered. The battery was used normally and not abused. The warranty covers nothing. Shame on you Benton Harbor Batteries Plus Bulbs!

I went to the website to check inventory on the battery I needed. I like that I can do that. When I got to the website there was a coupon to save 5% if I ordered online and picked up in the store. For the battery I wanted that was about 5 bucks. Yes I would like to save 5 bucks. As I placed the order, the website automatically charged me for a core, the core charge is 10 dollars.When I arrived at the store, the sales associate told me their machine was down and that they could not refund me my core charge. The sales associate told me when his co-worker gets back from lunch that he would call me and get this fixed.As I write this, it is the next day 7/2/19 and I have received no calls.Edit, a week later no call.Also as I write this, the battery has cost me 5% more than if I had walked in with my core off of the street and bought the battery.7/19/19Edit: The owner responded to my review, I contacted Staci and she made it right. I appreciate their desire to take care of the customer.

Revised 12/30/19 - Dropped off the phone to have the back glass replaced. The store manager explained that my phone Samsung Galaxy S6 edge has a problem of the material on the back glass coming off when being repaired. They were very quick and responsive to earn back my business. I will be using them in the future.The back of my phone had been painted because the coating on the back glass was ruined when replacing the battery. I also had to return to the store to pick up the SD card holder that was not put back into my phone. I never recieved a call letting me know my phone was completed.

Recently I was looking for a battery for a utility vehicle. I found none were in stock at the car parts and tractor supply stores. The local OEM of the utility vehicle ordered one but could not give me a delivery date? What is that?My wife suggested Batteries Plus. Went in and I had the exact battery within minutes and its a Duracell no less. I then found out among other things they repair I-phones: cracked screens, batteries and charging ports. They ordered a charging port and will repair it this Friday. Overall the staff was great and followed up and the pricing was good.They also rebuild your cordless battery packs for almost anything and reasonably priced as well. I will take in some dead 14.4 v Ryobi packs as a test. They cannot rebuild Lithium battery packs FYI.Changing the consumer thinking to look at Batteries Plus instead of the Car parts or farm stores first is the challenge they face.I recommend them 100%.

I stopped here to see how much it would cost to have my cell phone repaired trying to decide if I should repair the screen or buy a new phone. The man I spoke with was very polite and explained to me what they do and gave me an estimate of repairs in just a few minutes after he looked up the parts he would need. He said he would need the phone for 2 hours. The work is warrantied. I looked at battery pricing while I was there and realized I could have bought my car battery there and saved $20 for the same battery I bought at the auto parts store down the street. Grrrrr. Nice place. Nice people . Wish I had found them sooner.

Saturday hours say 8am-7pm. Got there at 3:45 and saw the guy locking up, no big deal he’s going on lunch. Waited an hour, still hadn’t come back. Came back at 5:50 and still locked. Find a different location because public business hours don’t apply to this one apparently.

Scheduled an appointment to get an iphone 6 battery replaced at 11:30am on their website with a confirmation. When I arrived at 11:25am the clerk said they had walk ins before me and it would be at least 3-4 hours before they could possibly install the battery. What a waste of time. They should not schedule appointments if they dont plan on doing the service at the scheduled time. Will never use this company again.

Terrible customer service! Went in to ask if a phone could be fixed and the first thing we were asked was what do you want? With a rude pitchy tone. As soon as we left the personnel was on phone conversating.
