The printing department is completely incompetent I was told to come in a pick up my order that Ive got regularly for years and when I arrive they dont only not have my order they inform that they have lost they master copys that I have personally given them over 3 times from previous times they have lostthem I would not go here under any circumstances the manager was no help whatsoever he just acted as if it was a normal occurrence to lose clients paperwork on a regular basis

Worst customer service. I stood in line at the copy center to mail out my package. Waited for 15 mins and no one acknowledged me instead the lady behind the counter answered the phone and went back to doing what she was doing. Ridiculous.

The last I went to this store me and the manager had a yelling altercation because he would not refund my money on a 5 gallon bottle of water when their machine was out of water. I had to pay for the bottle and he said he could not refund me my money after getting very upset and threatened to call the police on him he then finally decided to refund my money. This is the 3rd time I have had an issue with this store and this will be my lastI kept track and went back and check my books for my business in the last year Ive spent $5,000 at this store I will not spend another dollar at this store or any of the other office Depot stores ever again in my life.

Great for paperwork needs and desk chairs, and the school supplies are cheap

The last that was behind the printing counter was extremely rude. When she realized I was at the counter, she rolled her eyes, grunted and muttered out “can I help you” in a dramatic voice. She ended up telling me she couldn’t/wouldn’t help me and said that there was nothing she could do. All I wanted was to print off a label.

Print Service is horrible. Placed an ordering using their online tool. Order was not printed correctly. Tried explaining that based on the online tool the way it should have printed. Employee just stated what I saw and what they see are two different things. Left unsatisfied. Decided to give them a second chance redid my entire booklet. They where still unable to print correctly. Advised the employee to cancel the booklet portion of my order. Went to pickup the rest of my order and was informed that my ENTIRE order was cancelled. Only explanation is that phone service was bad and they could not understand what I was saying so the just cancelled the order. They did not ask me to repeat my instructions nor did they attempt to call me back and verify what I wanted cancelled. So not only did I waste time driving to the store, I did not get any part of my order.

2 stores, Benton and Little Rock, and not ONE associate spoke to me. At both stores all were gathered at the checkout visiting. Other customers in store were receiving the same attention as me.

Went into get invites and woman was wearing the wrong name tag and said theyd be ready by noon yesterday. Went to go pick them up and only half were done. I then came back later to get them and they were still 2 not done and misspelling on all of them. Very dissatisfied.

My son-in-law owns an automotive mechanical shop and my daughter helps him from time to time in addition to raising their two toddlers. They chose to make an impromptu quick-trip to town today to grab some drive thru lunch and run into Office Depot TOGETHER today just to have some family time while they picked up some pens, receipt books and such. The manager Jeremy was extremely rude to my family today. He followed them around hovering over them as if they were shoplifters or something. when my son-in-law forgot to grab the pens, and they separated while my daughter was still looking around in other parts of the store, Jeremy had another employee hover my daughter while he followed my son in law. They even got behind them in line while they paid for their items at the register. My daughter and her husband had nearly $3,000 between them in their wallet and purse! This young, hard-working, non-welfare, Caucasian couple were treated this way solely due to the fact that my son in law was in his greasy mechanic work-wear and my daughter was in mama mode in baggy shorts and a t-shirt toting two babies! She wasnt expecting to go out today, but her husband wanted to treat them to lunch while the shop was closed and to spend quality time with his family. I have worked retail before, even a year long stint at STAPLES, and we would NEVER treat a customer of any sort like that. That is what cameras, door screeners and security devices are for. I am appalled and I DO shop at office supply stores on a weekly basis due to my own nature of business, but I guarantee Office Depot ha lost MY business and I will be encouraging my daughter and son-in-law to take their business elsewhere as well! I AM APPALLED! These are the hardest working kids I know! ---ONE MAD MAMA

Possibly the best expierence I’ve had in a retail store. Franny worked with us until our prints were perfect and we ended up spending less than half of what Walmart wanted to charge. I’ll be back here for all of my printing needs.

Im pretty happy to have this Office Depot nearby. Its a good long drive to get some of the office supplies that you wouldnt find at the discount giant. Theyre selection is superb and I find the clock going faster as I get caught up in trying to choose which kind of something I want, or as I play with all the new gadgets on display. You want an office chair? Bam - 30 to choose from. Paper clips? Plain, formal, shapes, leopard print, neon and more. Gift cards? Visa, Mastercard, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Best Buy, and 20 more kinds. Makin copies? Makin copies of all kinds from your original, your memory card, your cd and more. Sweetness.

Customer service was great but it took an hour to send 3 faxes,one employee dealing with the entire copy center and only 1 fax machine ..Shouldnt take an hour to fax
