Very good experience while shopping for a phone case for my daughter. I was looking for a specific case for my daughters i phone 6s. When you begin viewing the MULTIPLE phone cases from the different vendors, one could spend 30 min just trying to find the correct case for the specified phone. One of the Best Buy staff helped immediately and it took me less than 5 min. to find/purchase the correct phone case.Just a great experience, I highly recommend this Best Buy.

Shelves were a bit empty in spots and low on items I was looking at like smart watches for one. It is best buy and they normally have the electronics you want all the time. Courteous greeting at the door and on the floor we were helped promptly. Wouldve spent money had they had one of the items I wanted in store. Thats the reason for the 4 stars.

Very helpful in store. Not so much on the phone. Need to carry more products than just low end line of items. Service was great. Employees helpful and productive. Is nice when they actually know the products. Will definitely return.

I was never offered assistance. After looking around and making my choice of tablet to purchase I waited for help. The help never came, I let the greeter that I was needing help. He said he was going to send help, I went back to wait. No one ever came, although many passed by they never acknowledge me nor offered assistance. I then decided to leave. I called the store to speak to a manager about it, but they denied me to speak to one. Never again will I shop there, because this is not the first time.I will take my business elsewhere.

Best Buy Geek Squad is horrible. We took our PC to them to run diagnostics and they could not find anything wrong with it and charged us $100. We then took it to a local computer repair place and found the issue immediately. The graphics card was bad and this should have been discovered by BB. It was overheating quickly. Not sure they did anything with it considering this. Never again!

Been going here for years. I bought a pair of lg platinum headsets from them with the Best Buy warranty that covers two year replacements. Well, Best Buy decided to stop carrying that model $200. They won’t issue a refund to go buy them elsewhere. The manager here wants you to be certain she is in charge and I can assure you she isn’t about to pick up that phone and call another store to remedy the issue to help you out.No problem, I did the leg work for her. Called up LR and what do ya know? They have it in stock! Bryant manger didn’t even offer to help locate another one. She just kept saying I’ll give you in store credit. How does this replace my headset? They don’t have a comparable headset anymore, I sure wasn’t about to go down to a far less model.I’m seriously disappointed with this stores manager, her attitude and complete lack of help. I hope you don’t need her assistance.

Okay yes its not that big of a best buy like the two in little Rock, but at least there not rude like little rock.No one has put a review on this best buy in 2 years so I thought Id give my review I like this best buy alot I drive to this one than the other two.

Ive only been in the store a couple of times and never had much of a problem getting help, but calling them is a different story. I called yesterday to ask a question and was on hold for 15 minutes without speaking to anyone, just entered all the props to try to get a person. Same thing going on right now. They always seem pretty well staffed when Ive gone in, so I find it hard to believe that no one can answer a phone.

You can never go wrong with best buy. Bought a new 4k tv and live it. plus customer service is always amazing

My go to store for all my electrical needs and desires. I get to see what I want and the deals I get as a club member mean I get a little extra money in my pocket when Im done. Plus, no need to wait for delivery when you can walk right out the store with it!

Nice Best Buy, salespeople are not your normal pushy Best Buy employees. I dont know if this is a management decision or they just have great employees, but I always dread going into a Best Buy because of the how can I help you attitude. Ill ask for help when I need it.

On phone for 20 minutes. I was hung up on 3 times. The brusque lady who answered my call transferred me while I was still speaking, and routed me to the wrong department (which never answered the phone). Finally spoke to a nice person at a national call center, who routed me back to my store, which hung up on me again.I just wanted to know if they had a 12v 8-pin cable on the shelf to connect my power supply to my CPU. Never found out.

While its semi-convenient to have a Best Buy nearby, 85% of the time, the only reason I go there is to physically compare items that Ill ultimately purchase on Amazon. Their PC accessories section is so sparse, and generally not stocked. Theres only a choice of 3-4 webcams, a couple of keyboards and mice, 2 or 3 PC speaker selections.. I dont think they even sell PC games anymore. If youre not in the market for a TV, laptop, or cell phone, theres not really any reason to go to Best Buy.

The staff at the computer/tablet area had absolutely NO knowledge about any of their products. This has happened to me multiple times, and it is always this store. I wont be returning, even if its a convenient location.

Went to buy a Nintendo Switch as a gift, had no idea what I needed, and the staff was very helpful in getting me set up with the essentials, but not trying to oversell me with extras that I didnt need. I appreciate that they were honest in their advice!

Best Buy has fallen from its early days. Uppity associates, prices are not competitive... A far cry from what the company used to be.

Was hoping to get my Note 8 preorder in on Saturday the 16th and it hadnt even been shipped yet. They went out of their way to have an employee bring one from their Little Rock store the next day so I could have my phone. I dont have many days off at work and this really helped me out. Love this store and love Best Buy!

Didnt have the lifetime warranty earphones I bought when I needed to replace them. Didnt offer a substitution unless I wanted to pay for a new lifetime warranty.. Was told to check back periodically to see if some happened to come in on a truck.

I am a regular customer, and I needed a quick charge for my laptop to submit an assignment for college. The geek squad allowed me to plug in and charge it just enough for me to submit the assignment and they didnt make me buy a whole new charger just cuz I left the one I had back at school. Great customer service; they know how to keep their customers coming back.

Poor customer service, service desk not helpful and no desire to help. Avoid this location if you have other options. Better yet, go online for a better experience. :)

Go here often. Customer service has definitely improved over the past year. I remember during Christmas season 2015 they had surveyors asking customers about the previous customer service. It was so dismal. Such an improvement now and makes it even better going in. One of the guys in the yellow shirts in particular is awesome. So knowledgable, and always willing to talk with customers and assist. I forget his name. The prices are always nice but ever so often they have a gem prices nicely. Love their Bluray selection.

Its a small Best buy so they dont have as much as the bigger City ones. But it is good.

Great store for most electronics the only reason I give this a four star is because sometimes when I ask a workout for help or advice they never seem to know what Im talking about but over all its nice.

What I love about Best buy is that the employees go out of their way to give you reliable product information and can answer questions that you dont know the answer to. Very helpful and great customer service!

This place used to be where I went for all my electronics, but the service has gone downhill and there arent enough employees sometimes. but now that they are going out of business at this location, its kind of worthless to go inside at all. I blame the decline on internet sales.

If I could give nefnegat stars I would. I bought an unlocked phone and went to use it. It didnt even work. I go to return it to get my money back they only give me part of it. I spent 152.59 and only got 117.59 back. I repeated that the phone doesnt work. The manager got and attiuatt with me and said she has to charge a restocking fee. They cant sell it at all if the phone doesnt work. I have not been on the phone with corporate for over an hour because the store manager wouldnt do what she needed to do. She told me to call corporate and deal with them. Im never shopping at best buy again. No wonder this location is closing horrible customer service.

I am very disappointed in this store. I used to frequent it because the service I received was good as well as the prices but now it has completely gone downhill. We were refused a renewal on my geek squad coverage for a tablet. We took my brother in law there to get a new phone for his birthday and saw the LG G4 on display with the 2 year contract price as $1. He chose that phone and wanted it when the man helping us said they no longer carried the phone. When we asked him why it was still in display if it was no longer offered, he came back with an attitude saying Because we were told to. No apologies at all for the inconvenience....nothing but rude people and FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!

I had a great experience tonight with this Best Buy. Bought a tv. The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable without being pushy or arrogant.

Good selection, clueless staff. Just needed a 24 lcd monitor. There were 10-15 different models of monitors below the shelf, most of which were not on display. Of course, they werent priced, and I had to carry them one at a time to the Geek Squad counter to find out how much they cost.

The millennials working here are incompetent yet know-it-alls.. Told me everything about everything except what I wanted to know.. exceptionally good at avoiding actually helping you..

Geek squad tells me that it is 100 dollars to copy stuff off a hard drive. I ask where are the sata to sub cables....I can do it myself the tech shows me while trying to scare me into eating myles money with them..... its harder than you think..... you can really ruin your drive....yada yada...........

CRAP! Got a new phone today, they said it would work when I left the store. It does not work at all. I called to ask for help over the phone. NO ONE ANSWERED! Ive let it ring for hours and no one has picked up. I am seriously ticked aobut having to go back up there.Ok, so I was mad when I wrote that. The guy who actually did the phone in the store was nice enough but it not working is not making me a happy camper.

They were vey helpful with note 8 accessories and security accessories.

Customer service is nonexistent . . . and if you flag someone down they are clueless and they have very little in stock. I could shop on Amazon and get my purchases more promptly.

Worst store ever we asked for help from 2 associates nobody helped at all. they both said they would call for help but nobody came. Mind you the store was empty only like 4 or 5 costumers and about 10 associates standing around talking . I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone ever very poor costumer service
