They worked with me on the way it was scheduled. You need a better way of scheduling. This drop and pickup doesnt work for everyone. But, the shop and the workers were great.

The technician that assisted us mislead us with false information related to the likelihood that our small rock chip could expand while trying to repair it. I was told the chances of expansion were like 1 in 1000. Our windshield broke. A representative from their website stated the chances are 50/50. THAT IS QUITE A DIFFERENCE! If Id have ben told the truth I would not have bothered with it and took my chances. Now I have to pay $1000+ out of pocket for a dealer repair. Totally misleading!*In regards to your response ⬇️⬇️ We Were Mislead about the likelihood of a crack. If the chances are very high, as they are, why tell a customer that its 1:1000? Its not. Understand, I could have done NOTHING and had the chip not expanded, wouldnt have cost me anything. If it cracked on its own it would have cost me the same $1000. You guys just made sure the money got spent now. I guess you assume customers just come back and have you replace the windshield so you can get more money. NO! Taking my business elsewhere.

Safelight (Logan) did an excellent job fixing the Huge chip in my windshield. Quick and can barely even notice where it was . Thought I would have to get a new windshield initially.

No person to person contact talk to the voice-mail get hung up on,go to the website get a high price with no source for options or questions..move on..last remote possibility stated drop off the key etc. Thats not reassuring to someone who needs their car asap and lives far away. Sounds like high probability of a trip and time wasted...

They did a great job fixing the chip in the front window. It didnt take very long and the price was reasonable. They also replaced a front window in my truck a few months ago and did a great job on that too.

My windshield was cracked over the hail storm last week. My insurance, Statefarms, sent me to Safelite to get it replaced. My fee was $298 dollars or something like it. All worth it.Service was quick and professional. I waited in the waiting room and listened how other guests were served and some were walkins over small issues and were swiftly taken care of.There was a mistake made with my window frame being loose. I took my car back the next day to get it fixed and it was with no hassle. The mechanic thanked me for just bringing in the car and not making an appointment.I thought that was strange, but apparently some people think they have to make an appointment even if the issue had to be fixed immediately. So just keep in mind that when a mistake happened just bring it back over and the mechanics will let you know what is needed or fix when they can.

Had to go three different times cause the kept ordering the wrong windshield

The issue being: the trim for the windshield wasnt properly reinstalled. This caused my windshield wipers to catch on the trim and break it.Edit: due to the lack of response regarding the issue, Ive reduced my review to 1 star.

Ad said open til 2p on Sunday. Got there at 1p. Place was closed. That evening small crack spread across windshield. $800+ replacement. Would have paid double for some other place than Safelite.

I had my pass. rear window busted by a rock while I was traveling, and these guys got me hooked up the next day at the hotel I was staying at in Branson! They got me on the road with a temporary fix, and set me up an appointment the very next day and notified my by phone. I feel like they went out of their way to help me and we are very grateful! I appreciate you guys very much!

You can’t even talk to a person when you call the phone number… I just wanted to see if they had my back glass in stock. But I guess you have to do everything online. Very annoying, I hope the automation saved the money to where they can lower their prices. I’m sure it put an employee in a jobless state.

Ill preface this review by saying I take IMMACULATE care of my vehicle that only has 10k miles on it, and it is (was) spotless. Got a chip in my windshield, and had Safelite repair it. The windshield came out as well as I expected, however, I did not expect for my paint to get adhesive smudges, mar marks, and a chip on the edge of the hood by the area they were working. It was raining, so I didnt catch it before I left, and honestly, theres nothing they can do that will undo the damage. Clay bar got the adhesive smudges off, and I can use a buffer to polish out the mar marks. I guess Ill live with the chip, and shame on me for letting them work on it without me watching the entire time. Very disappointed with their carelessness with my vehicle.

Safelite managed to turn a small chip into 2 foot long crack. “You signed the waiver, we aren’t liable. Guess you are part of the 2% that this happens to. We will happily replace the entire windshield for $1941” - Safelite Manager

Appointment was from 12 - 5pm and the technician arrived around 3:00pm. Very professional and polite. He let me know when he was on his way and after he was done. Work very well done. He explained to me the process and made me feel comfortable with the provided service. 100% recommended.

To start off called for a quote and was on hold for 15 minutes before anyone answered. while I was waiting on hold I got a quote online and filled out the questionnaire. they gave me a quote for about $385. that was fine with me but before scheduling I still wanted to talk to someone. finally someone answered and informed me that it could be repaired at no cost through my insurance since the damage was smaller than 6 inches in diameter. I thought excellent and booked an appointment. took off work which cost me a $400 job and took it in. get there and he says no we cant repair that it has to be replaced and I cant do it for the quoted price either due to the lane departure needing recalibration which was not on the quote questionnaire and quotes me $800!! Called another glass company and getting replaced for $400 and if the lane departure needs recalibration its $150 at the dealership or less if done during an oil change appointment. Im a lifetime resident of Benton county and a business owner. This is flat out bad business and horrible/rude customer service. I will never use them again!! My advice is to check around, do some research, use someone else, save yourself some misery and money.

Great people - the best on the business. They fixed some nicks on the front windshield on my wife’s Porsche.Ask for Stephen great tech has a lot of experience.They are real folks not after the dollar like other shops around Bentonville.

Appointment time was from 8am-12 and technician finally arrived at 11:35am. The chip on windshield was 16 hours old and less than size of dime. After the tech started work it cracked to a foot long. Cost now is $250 to replace. Was told to contact local manager Monday for better pricing. Talked to Manager Buddy and best he could do is $189 even though local competitors are at $95 for windshield and $150 installed. Was told price difference was due to companies superior technology and industry leading service. Same service that was unable to repair chip. I asked if they could repair for the their cost of the windshield $129 to which they answered no. Bottom line they dont stand behind their techs repairs. I understand the chip could have spread on any tech I also understand the tech could have caused it. Im willing to pay for the cost of replacement just not a profit or service.

Place is a joke i thought i just needed a seal for my rear windshield on my truck since there wasnt a seal so they said they would have to replace the whole glass to put a new seal in. come to find out, that truck is designed without a seal. def wont be using this company ever again

I called Safelite for a quote. They kept saying they will call me back next day. I called every other day to follow up. Still no quote. They finally gave me quote after I complain that it been 7 days and nobody called me back. This quote they gave me was more expensive than the dealership.

Made an appointment with Safelite to repair chips in my windshield from rocks hitting my car on the highway. My insurance covers it completely. The guy refused to repair them, saying it looked like they already had been repaired and they didnt really need it. Told him it happened two days ago and absolutely had not been repaired in the past. Still refused to do it. I am completely baffled and pissed off. Looking for another company to repair my windshield since the people here are clearly morons.

Booked an online appointment got 20% off! Arrived a little early, they immediately fixed my cracked windshield. I was out within 30 minutes, great service, friendly, highly recommend.

I have always lived in areas that put gravel on roads and then get chips in my windshield. I have used Safelite AutoGlass repair several times and it always works great for me. Fast and cheaper than replacing the windshield. Great customer service at the Bentonville AR location too.

Set up the service online with my VIN#. They quote me a great price and I schedule. Spoke to them on the phone a day or two before and we move the appt earlier because my replacement will take longer. I have an hour drive because they can only do it in their service facility. When I get there they do not have my windshield, they want to reschedule and DOUBLE the price. Complete bait and switch.

I set an appointment and showed up on time... there was already 2 people waiting to get their cars in (walk-ins I believe) and I signed the bill, handed over my keys and left. I figured with the hour wait for the glue to dry, that I would be over 2 hours with the others sitting there with a new front windshield... but to my surprise, and hour and 30 minutes later they called and said my car was ready! No surprises, no fuss... I showed up and paid and got the no car washes or slamming doors for 24 hours speech and I left happy with my windshield looking brand new. Very happy experience and I recommend everyone to go there!

I dont particularly enjoy having to get glass replaced on any of my vehicles; however, in the past several years Ive had to have it done 3 different times. Ugh! I have used the Bentonville Safelite shop each time and they have always done a super job. The last occasion a couple days ago a tree branch damaged the front windshield on my work truck. Some of the metal was bent and there was some missing trim at top of the window. Ive been around for awhile, work with my hands professionally, and know when someone cares about what they do. Furthermore, this was not a simple windshield replacement job, and the Auto Technician, JJ Davidson, spent the needed time (a couple plus hours) to ensure the job was done with care and craftsmanship. I hugely appreciate that. Thank you JJ! It is also evident the shop manager Daniel Freeman is highly in tune with his customers and managing his store to provide quality service. Initially, I was going to pay extra and use the mobile service; however, when I found out the mobile service came from of a different shop in the NWA area, I nixed that idea. I wanted to use the Bentonville store based on my past experiences. Wise decision on my part. This shop and its personnel are nothing short of Awesomeness!

These guys repaired a botched windshield replacement job from Novus. They did an excellent job cleaning up the mess the previous installer had made. They were very friendly and kept in good contact. Will definitely use them again!

God job and fairly quick.

Their technician tore the gasket on my windshield when he repaired their shoddy workmanship from the initial install. Rather than ordering a new one immediately he told me to call in a new request when I had time and they would repair it. Well life happens and a few years past before I called in. Their executive service team assured me they would get it fixed immediately. The technician showed up, indicated that it was more than 30 days and they wouldnt repair it. The manager backed this up. This company will lie and deceive you. Do not trust them! Do not waste your money at this company. Shoddy work, crappy customer service.

I have had the windshield in my 06 Dodge 2500 replaced by this company and it still leaks! The rear slider replaced, the 1st time they forgot to put sealer on the topand it flooded my rear seats. The water stains in the seats are a nice touch...NOT. So back to the shop. Second time, they may have got it right but they tried to say it was my fault.....that didnt go as they hoped it would. No offer to clean the upholstery or a sorry.....nothing! During the 3rd replacement of the windshield they told me the problem was because it was so humid....HUH? Never had a problem with it till they touched it. So if it is raining it gets parked in the shop andwe have to use the wifes vehicle. I am still waiting for a return phone call fromthe manager to tell me where to take my truck to get the water stains out. Its been 6 months!!!! I had a small chip, like less than a nickle size. I called my insurance and they said your covered, they said I could either take it and pay for it out of pocket and be reimbursed or have the company file a claim. So I took it to safelight and paid, I have never had a chip repaired but thought it sounded pricey when the guy said $129. When I submitted the claim to my insurance they reimbursed $60, when I called to ask why they said that is the normal cost and what they pay. I then called 3 other glass repair companies, 1 in bentonville, 1 in rogers, and 1 in springdale and there was not a single one over $65. So I called Safelight and asked why they are so expensive, I was told that there is a different price for claims with insurance companies than with cash, I spoke with a supervisor and he said that they could not reverse the payment and reprocess the claim to go through insurance. For less than $100 more I could have a completely new windshield with no chip at all. I am very disappointed in the service that I received from this company and will never use or recommend them to anyone.

Very disappointed with their service. Waited all day. 5+ hours for them to show up on for them to tell me they cant replace my windshield because of some rust? I have never heard of rust stopping a windshield replacement. Now my windshield leaks because of the shoddy repair they did putting the trim back on.
