This place is top notch! Quality, honesty, & knowledge is the best way to describe this shop! They do things right even if it takes a little longer. They take pride in their work. If you want a shop that isnt going to sell you random parts you dont need and who will honor their work then this is your place!

Never told me there was a diagnostic charge till after they did it. Wanted 1700 to fix my car when I told them I couldn’t afford to fix it at that time charged me 200$ for the diagnostic. Very disappointed!

Highly recommend this shop! Been here a couple times now for basic maintenance and new parts/labor and everyone is always very polite, professional and helpful. Great prices for quality work, and they always seem willing to work with people. You won’t be disappointed.

I used them for the first time. Prices were really good and reasonable. The employees customer service was polite. My vehicle was taken care same day with very fast service.

100 percent mark up from retail on parts seemed excessive. I would expect up to 50 percent but 200.00 for a 100.00 part was too much. Add in that my car now reeks of smoke and I can say with some certainty that unless I absolutely have to, I wont be back.

First place I will go for any work needed to all of my vehicles. Chris the owner, and the guys working here were very honest, and helpful with any questions and or issues with my vehicle, even if it didnt benefit their shop. Wont take my cars anywhere else, I trust them and appreciate the work they did for me.

Called in the a.m. to get to see if they could reattach the bumper valance on my Mustang (It had gotten pulled loose when I got caught up on a concrete parking block). Stopped in after lunch and in 15 minutes they had it reattached and ready to go. Asked them what I owed them and he told me - dont worry about it. Stop in for an oil change or something sometime. Pleasant surprise! Giving them a shot at a truck repair next week.Update: Dont want to jinx it, but the truck repair seems to have finally been fixed after two attempts by other shops in Springdale. Finding electrical issues can be a pain-in-the.....and they found it and so far its been good to go.Thanks!

Knowledgeable and friendly shop. I took my truck in to get something fixed and when I hopped into my truck to leave, the tech that worked on my truck came running out to let me know that the tensioner pulley was about to break and wanted to make sure I knew about it before I left. Great customer service!

Most honest shop in town. Me and my husband have brought our cars in for years and always have had quality work! The owner is so personable and giving! Personally donated to the volunteer Stella fire department some equipment & every year participates in our auction to raise funds benefiting the fire department! Highly recommend! You won’t regret it!

This shop is by far the most reliable & honest shop I have been to in town. The shop is on the smaller side but the knowledge the owner Chris has makes going there so worth it. Not to mention they have always provided fair prices & quality work. I highly recommend! SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES!!

The guys at fast auto are super helpful and work with you on all your vehicle needs. I took my car in to get the oil changed and breaks looked at and they were super honest with me as far as breaks went and only did what absolutely needed to be done to my vehicle. They did this knowing i was on a budget and not to over price me on things. All in all they are super reasonably priced, genuine and honest at this establishment.

I can always count on them for great quality service. They are honest and are not out to make you spend a fortune. They are willing to work with you and provide the best service. I recommend them to anyone who is having car trouble! One of my favorite local businesses!!!

We (my daughter and I) have been bringing our cars to Fast Auto for service and tires for a few years now. We have never been disappointed with any of their service and as a matter of fact I have another car which I will take to them to do some work on it. I trust Fast Auto to take care of my cars needs.

Came in unannounced with AC problems in my truck, they got me scheduled in real fast and had me out and fixed in no time. Charged less than other companies and explained way more. Great team of guys

Since moving here to NWA we have taken our vehicle here frequently. The management and staff at Fast Auto are fair and honest. I had a problem with my 4WD and tires. I explained the problem and they did not hesitate to rectify the problem. They went above and beyond my expectation. I appreciate their integrity and willingness to make the situation right. We will continue use them as long as our cars need service. I have been meaning to leave this review a long time ago. Much gratitude!

Ive not had a bad experience here.

Really wanted to love this place. Called ahead to see if they had my tires they said they could have them by the afternoon. come 4pm dont hear back from them so I stop by on my way home. They say they wont be in until the morning, so i tell them I will come by then. I drop it off at 830 am they say it will be done around lunch. I do not get a call back until 330pm saying its ready. I show up my mirror is bent in and mud all in the floorboard of my car. The prices were fair, they were straight forward, and even replaced some lugnuts that expanded too big to get a socket on. However their customer service left much to be desired. Dont expect a valet service as well. YMMV

DO NOT USE !!!!! They lie about what needs fixed ! I went here based on the reviews plus they work on police vehicles, So I thought they would be good people, They are not !

Ive tried a couple of the bigger shops in town in the past and wasnt pleased with their performance, so I decided to take my Jeep to these guys and give them a shot. I had an idea about what was wrong, but wasnt sure. They easily couldve taken advantage of me, but they did a few minor repairs and had me back on the road in just a couple days. Ive had trouble with other shops not doing everything I asked them to in the past, but these guys made sure to check my Jeep top to bottom. I had noticed that my AC wasnt blowing as hard as it should, but I didnt think to mention it. Chris called me and said that they had found an issue with it and said they could repair it. Im very happy with the service I received, and they will be getting all of my business from now on.
