Staff was very helpful over the phone and by email concerning my order. I would definitely recommend this store for their customer service and their wide selection of baby gear. Look forward to visiting the store in person next time I’m in NW arkansas.

We have had great experiences at this shop. We were in the market for a convertible car seat and had been in the shop a week ago which was a few weeks after they were on sale. However, at that time we had not yet made our decision we that the Britax was what we wanted. Fast forward to today, we decided the Britax was the car seat we for sure wanted. We called and they honored the sale that ended almost 3 weeks ago! Now that’s great local customer service!

I found this store while looking for the dmv. Since I inevitably had to wait for my number Iwalked over to see what Oh baby had to offer and I was pleasantly impressed with their selection of clothing as well as the second area that had really nice furniture for great prices. I ended up with a night stand and chair desk combo as well as some clothing items for my 2 year old son all for under $40 the gentleman that was running the store whose name I forget was very helpful and carried everything to my car. I will definitely be back

We love this store i have a 4 year old granddaughter who absolutely loves the bow room. The clothes are great priced and quality and unique.

Over all love the store, customer service, and products. Some products are cheaper at Wal-Mart though.
