Is this pharmacy a joke?!?! Worst service in Arkansas. Always slow. Always screwing up prescriptions. Always having Trouble connecting to insurances. No communication with each other. Just sat here an hour waiting for a script apparently filled last night and told to wait while they fill it. I’ve never been here once and it just went smooth and quickly. Will be switching my scripts back to Bella vista location. This staff is just slow and bone headed
They told me it would only take 20 minutes... Waited 3 and a half hours until closing for ONE PRESCRIPTION... Whenever they give you an estimate of time, dont even bother listening to them... Will be going to other places to fill my prescriptions from now on.
I’m sorry. My wife has used Walgreens her whole life. We are changing today. This is the slowest place ever. 3 different days she tried to pick up her prescriptions. 20 minutes waiting for one car to move. Never again!
I mean…they’re close and the company has an app! The pharmacists are pretty rude. I’ve been getting prescriptions filled here for a couple of years since moving to NWA and today is the last straw. They’re rarely organized, almost always require a phone call and then a two hour wait from what seems like a power-tripping pharmacist.Newsflash: people need their medication and if you’re not happy where you work, go elsewhere. That’s what I’m doing-Filling my scripts elsewhere from now on because you’re rude and the runaround isn’t worth my time, darling.I wouldn’t waste my time though. There are other places that will fill medications faster and with a smile. This place? -not so much. It’s basically a phone game to get prescriptions and they’re not about solving any problems. The app (in)conveniently never works, pharmacy employees seem unmotivated, and when you call to get a refill-they’re always behind so it’ll take a few hours. Never a time frame, no apology for the mistakes, no solution other than to just wait a few more hours. Oh, and don’t expect it to be ready in a few hours. That’s just what they tell everyone…. Be prepared to call back in a few hours and possibly even the next day to check up.Sweetie, I don’t have a few more hours. I have things I need to do and your lack of care shows that I need to go elsewhere and to stop gifting you with my most valuable asset-time.I’ve picked up prescriptions here for almost four years and getting the past two or three refills has felt like a ridiculous circus performance. If you want power-tripping Pharmacy, this is definitely your kind of place. If you’d like fast, reliable service, I (seriously) suggest anywhere else but here.
Very disappointed. There were two ladies up front in the register area, doing what I can only assume was fixing a picture of this guy. Which is fine if they didn’t have 3 people in line that they were ignoring. Stood there for 5 minutes waiting while the line grew. Had to literally ask for them to check us out because they weren’t paying attention to any of the customers. Never happened at this location before, but none the less. Do better, excuse my language but that was bullsh*t. They could have easily stopped working on the guys picture for a second to check us out, then go back to doing what they were doing.
My mom went there today to pick up medications and was told that it was ready by text message and then when there a pharmacy tech jumped out from behind the counter and got “smart” with her about it. They ended up waiting 30 minutes and she wasn’t the only one. Other customers were there with her and had the same issue. They were prioritizing COVID patients over others that needed medications for other medical issues. She has now switched pharmacies and Walgreens needs to learn how to prioritize things or hire another pharmacist to have two so one can deal with regular customers needing meds and the other one can focus on COVID.
Terribly slow drive-thru. Arrived 15 mins early from my appointment for Drive-Thru Covid test and there were 3 cars in front of me. One got tired of waiting and left, and it was about 40 minutes before the other two moved. After taking my test, I called back two days later because I hadnt received my results. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I was told by a tired sounding pharmacy tech they would email it to whatever email you gave when you signed up for the test I dont have it. Terrible service and no reason they should be this slow.
Good location its like behind my house i can just walk over there
Do NOT get your scripts filled at this location. The manager Caleb is one of the most agrresively rude managers I have ever met. The staff is lazy and are more concerned with being on their phone than helping anyone. My husband had surgery and 7 days later needed his pain meds refilled. The script was exactly for 7 days at a time. He called that friday at 0800 am and was told by a staffer that all 3 scripts were ready. We went to the store at 11 and I was told it would be 20 more minutes before the pain meds would be done. This is the 7th day and the pharmacy had recvd the script on wed. After waiting in the car with the hubs for another 15 minutes we drove to drive thru where again I was told it would be another 20 minutes. By this time the 0800 dose of meds had worn off and hubs was feeling the pain. I explained he was out and the lady actually said if he was going by the dosing instructions he would still have some. The script was exactly 7 days so no he didnt have enough to get thru an entire day after the 7. Reported this situation to corporate and who calls me but Caleb himself. He accuses me of lying and says the hubs called a staffer a bitch. The hubs doesnt cuss ever. He was in pain and yelled just fill it. Understandable right?? Ive read several complaints on here about Caleb and Kevin. Folks if youve had an encounter like this please post it on every forum. This kind of bullying abuse needs to be stopped.
Caleb at the Pharmacy was texting on his phone the whole time I was waiting for him to fill my script. I refilled using the automated system a day ago and it told me that it would be ready today after 12pm. At around 4pm, I called the automated system to check if its ready, since I didnt get any notifications, and it says theres an issue with insurance. Spent 35 minutes waiting on the phone, nobody answered. So I went to the store around 4:45pm. Sure, theres 3 or 4 people waiting for the vaccine, but they were promptly done at around 5pm, the pharmacy was not busy, only 3 people working yes, but. Nobody greeted me at the pharmacy, I had to say hey bud and Caleb says one sec, while hes playing on his phone. A few minutes later, he says they cant fill my script today, and my options were to drive 30 minutes to either Bella Vista, or another 30 min to Springdale, and they all close at 6. Obviously I wouldnt know if Id give the run-around when I arrive any of those locations. Anyways, Caleb took his sweet time and sure he worked the drivethru once or twice, but the rest of the time hes texting on his phone. Theres other negative reviews about Caleb from others. No wonder its empty, I guess most people realized what Caleb is like and just moved on to a competitor pharmacy. The other staff are nice though. Overall, took me an hour to get my script in store. They were not busy. I dont think he belongs there, not as the pharmacy manager. I encourage everyone whos had a negative experience with Caleb to file complaint to the state pharmacy board and also the regional manager of Walgreens. Nothing personal, just my assessment of Calebs job performance.
The 2nd and last time we will be using this pharmacy. Husband was released at 530 am from ER, I came to the pharmacy at 11 am for his meds and was told itd still be an hour and a half wait while hes in a world of pain. And why does zofran cost $90 here but $18 at Walmart and $20-something at the 24 hour CVS just down the road? Total rip off.
The wait is always super long (for vaccines) just thought I would warn some people 😁
Clean store. Well stocked. Friendly associates.
Always an issue with the pharmacy. It’s like they don’t store any insurance info on file. Prescriptions get filled, always says “issue with insurance please call”, we call in and it gets processed correctly.
Good selection of medicine. Will pay more for sure than walmart or target.
Super friendly staff and pharmacist. I like how theres a direct path to the pharmacy instead of having to navigate through an obstacle course at most pharmacies. Great place to pick up last minute sundries and great easy in and out location.
Scheduled flu shot for 11:50 on lunch break and was told it’s a 45 minute wait because waiters are ahead.
I have to brag on the young, brunette pharmacist! I got to the store a few mins after the pharmacy closed on a Sunday and she helped me when she didnt have to. Genuinely nice and helpful!!
Refreshing experience! Everyone was very polite and helpful!
The staff does tend to get rude sometimes especially the manager but you do end up getting what you need.
Terrible service
Not very crowded. Very easy to get around. Has almost everything one needs.
Much better makeup selection then the other local Walgreens
One of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a pharmacy. The staff is horribly rude and very incompetent. They argue with you over every little detail and refuse to listen to you about your insurance. They also make large mistakes when filling prescriptions. Caleb, the pharmacy manager, might actually be the worst person Ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Please NEVER use this place. They WILL mess everything up and always over charge you even if you have insurnace!!
Good staff . helpful. thanks to the pharmacist I dont need to go to the hospital. saved $$$. thx
Bad customer service! Very rude when I needed some special request for a photo and ruined it. The photo was broken when I had them but was too lazy to go back. Paid anyway..
Always refill really quickly. Never crowded. Helpful.
Quick service and nice staff
Kevin the manager is equally as ignorant a the clerk Jay. I wish i knew the gm for this location because they need a stern talking . I highly reccomend you let both of these inconsiderate people go.
Great pharmacy has lots of selection to buy stuff
Super friendly staff, pharmacist, and loved the modern interior.
Very helpful staff, knowledgeable and courteous. Always willing to help you, even from the moment you walk in the door. So much closer to home. Thank you staff members of walgreens located at 14th Street and Walton. Bentonville, AR.
Dropped my much needed pain prescription off on Thursday, couldnt pick it up until Sunday. Pharmacy was closed, for some reason, friday and saturday and no other staff could give my paper prescription back to me, so I could fill it elsewhere.
The people who work here are very nice!
Ive dropped off perscriptions i really needed and they didnt bother to tell me their system was down. I ended up having to go back 5 hrs later and pick up my written perscriptions and take them somewhere else. I am giving them 3 stars still bc i seem to not have to many problems if i call in refills in the morning to be picked up when i get off work. That doesnt always work. Very nice staff though
It is ok, but not perfect
Got what you look for
Super friendly employees!!!! Very clean!!!!
I like it
