Terrible service. Went in to get a simple flat fixed and the tech damaged the bead of my wheel badly on my brand new wheels. When I took it back to see what they would do about it, the manager said “How do I know it was us or you that damaged it.” Terrible work and customer service. Would leave 0 stars if google would allow. If you use them, be sure to check all your wheels before pulling off out of the lot or they will discredit you when you find damage later and go back.

There really is no word to describe this service. Awful, does not even come close to beginning their terrible, lazy, incompetent “service” they seem to provide. For someone trying to figure out what is going on with their car, you did nothing but leave it in your shop to charge a battery for a week… just to tell me you have no idea what’s wrong with it... and follow it up with a very large bill. Their lack of integrity is disgusting. If you are unable to diagnose the car then maybe you should let your customer know before charging them through the roof for something you know very well is not working. This business is lazy, and I’m very disappointed I ever had a thought about coming here. The better alternative to this place is looking your answers up on YouTube… they will be more intelligent then these guys will ever be. Sadly there is not an option for a lower rating so one star will have to do. I really hope this helps people who are looking for somewhere truly reliable and honest!

Great customer service. Expertise with vehicles. I needed a new tire plus rotation and balance. Nice Big O tire with better treadwear than my existing 700 specialty tires. I ended up needing an alignment as well. All done in 1 hr 15 min. As I was exiting the building, my car was driving off. The test drive came back in about 4 minutes. Highly recommend Big O!

These guys are absolutely top notch!I busted my tire on the way to an interview and I walked a good ways in 90+ degrees to find a spare. Not only did they help me find an appropriate spare but they also helped me get back over to my car, get it in their shop, AND changed it out for an extremely reasonable price.Steve was excellent with talking me through it all and Wesley was absolutely stellar for changing helping me change it out.I may not have made it to my interview but I did find a business I will use again and some folks who value honest work and taking care of people.If you want what you pay for and THEN SOME, go here. Recently came in for service on my Toyota. I just want to say the experience I had at your store was great. The sales staff helped me with no hiccups. The mechanic out in the shop did a great install, and the alignment I received seemed to make my truck drive better as well. Put deposit down on tires canceled my order right after cause I found same tires that I ordered nearby for about 300 cheaper was told to come in and get my deposit so when I went in to pick up deposit they said they gave m u deposit to someone else for some reason then told me to come back another time ....Ive been in there twice and called twice months apart and there still giving me the run around worst tire shop in nwa! Shop around before you buy from big o rip off.

I was there 1½hrs before they got to my vehicle, then for a hour more while they did my oil change and tire inspection. the ac in the building wasnt working but moses and cameron were very accommodating (set up a fan for us and gave control of the tv remote) they treated me and my 3 kids very well. The mechanic seemed to pay attention to my vehicle and let me know if some important things that needed attention.

This place is a joke. If you have time and money to waste this is the place for you. Big O waste of my time.

I was traveling and had flat tire. Contacted Big Otire and was told to come to see if tire could be fixed. When it could not Moses consulted with my husband about new tires. Replaced tires immediate. All my interactions with Moses Ramirez were positive. He responded to all my questions and treated me respectful.

The place is clean but busy so call ahead of time to make sure you dont have to wait too long. All I got done was oil and the wait was almost an hour, which Im not complaining about. Found a huge screw in my tire when I was about to drive home- called the dealership I bought the car from and they said maybe they can work me in, might be 2-3 hours. Stopped into Big O and they had it fixed and I was on my way in under 45 minutes. Very kind associates and great work.

Recently I came in for a rebuild of my front end components. I thought the truck drove great before, but let me tell you. This thing is smoother than a caddy. The tech that did the work on my truck did a great job. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and honest sales team and mechanic. (Im sorry I dont know the techs name).

Took a little longer than anticipated but thorough job and they took into consideration of checking on all my vehicle history and making sure I knew of how close I am too be in fluid changes etc.

These people are honest. I am a lone mechanic and use service shops to do work to big for one person or computerized maintenance. Today Big O checked out my truck and came up with the diagnosis as I, and then some. My bill? Nothing. But I received good service and good advice. ( I also took my truck to Firestone a few months earlier. They charged $200 for pretending to do a wheel alignment).

Great group here. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Also massive kudos for their crew because I had discovered a cracked wheel while working on the car and came in to have them install the new wheels and their tech noticed the crack as well and took the time to inform me of the damage. The damage was old by the looks so it was something that two previous shops over looked while putting new tires on the damaged wheel.

Made appointment for follow alighnment check after new tire and need pressure sensor replaced. Made appointment thursday to bring in saturday. Got there at 10 am appt time left it gone 2 hrs came back hadnt even started have to take it back next saturday btw gravette residents 20 mile trip on way. Just to say not impressed.....

I took my truck into the Bentonville location for a couple issues regarding my front end. Ended up leaving the property with a completely rebuilt front end for my little Toyota as well as some brakes. I wanted to wait to give this review so I could drive the vehicle for a while. No problems have happened since the rebuild. My brakes are working great. I dont know the kids name but the service tech in the shop did one hell of a job for me. Thank you so much big o team!!

I like that with Bentonville Big O Tires every time I walk in I am greeted by name. The whole staff is nothing but friendly and they care about the safety of you and your car! They have not once said you need to fix this when in reality there was never an issue. I always ask to have Danny Nichols work on my car. He is wonderful at what he does and gets it done in a timely fashion so I am not having to wait around for my car. If I have concerns he listens to every word and helps me understand what is going on while he is working on my car. Definitely a great asset to Big O!

Didnt talk about the wear on the front tires. And nothing about alignment. But I told them that need to check the alignment because of the tire wear. And of course the front alignment was out. So not sure I will be back to this location again. But I do believe in second chances.

Well its been 2 weeks now after my brake job. I just wanted to give a massive thank you to dakota up front and donny the mechanic for doing such a great job. Best pricing hands down. Usually good prices on tires. You dont need an alignment when you get tires unless youve hit something or are concerned about alignment.

I am so happy I chose Big O Tires. I unfortunately midway through my busy day ran over a nail which caused my tire to deflate. I was in desperate need of patching and even though this place was busy, they were so kind & found a way to fit me in. It didn’t take long at all and the customer service was so so great. I don’t know much about cars or tires, and the staff was patient and quick to answer any and every answer I had! Really thankful for this place and will definitely be coming back.

Staff greeted me when I arrived and was courteous but not aware of the specials they were advertising! I had to ask for the rebate forms and my quote never included the $130.00+ in labor! Had I known that I would have not purchased one of the other service as the total was more than I wanted to spend! That was kinda dirty and underhanded!! Not to mention I arrived 30 min early and was there for over 2.5 hours for 4 tiresand alignment! I will find a new place to go from now on!!

What a great experience I had with Big O Tires! I was having tire problems and knew I really needed new tires, but didnt think I could afford them. Thankfully the Manager Brandon suggested that I apply for the Big O Card and I was able to get 4 brand new tires. I got 0% interest for a period of time and a $50 gift card back after filling out the appropriate forms. Yay! I couldnt be happier with my tires and my experience that day!! Thank you so much!!

Let me just say WOW WOW WOW! The service I received the moment I walked in was top notch. I initially talked to a man named James. I was talking with him about some services I would to like to have done. A young man named Daniel came in the door and started talking with me. I had some very specific questions in regards to my oil system on my Jeep. Once in the garage Daniel quickly told me his diagnosis. He was very informative. ( I know nothing about cars)He gave me some knowledge about my vehicle and performed all the services very fast. I am highly impressed with the accuracy and professionalism with this location. My boyfriend and I took his ‘91 Toyota Pickup to get new tires put on. Zach went above and beyond and the team at Big O in Bentonville did amazing work. The front end alignment was much more complicated than we imagined it would be. They not only found the multiple problems, but they also worked with us on the pricing. Went in for a tire repair and was told I needed 4 tires. My tires only have 34,000 miles on them. On my last oil change at Kia my tires were still good. Also, they do a 21 point check but they left my hood open and my windshield washer fluid cap off. Realized while going 70 on highway. Not impressed.

Had my car in there 3 times . They didnt put the tires on they had shown my husband they ride rough and had a vibration took it back and all the sudden they told me I had 3 bent rims. They werent bent when I brought it in and if you dont break them down correctly the machine will bend a wheel. Not at all happy and they just want to play the blame game. While I was in the waiting room they told a customer they had a small leak in a brake line and let the customer take the vehicle. Boy what a liability. The only reason I went there was I had a flat a had to have a tire a they were the only ones that had one in stock.. BE CAREFUL IF YOU TAKE YOUR CAR THERE.

Made appointment, arrived on time only to sit 48 minutes. They never even started my vehicle (simple tire mount and balance). While I was waiting I overheard what I beleived to be misleading work needs and overcharging of many customers. I left work undone. I will never return.

I just want to say thank you to these guys. Hands down the nicest and friendliest service. Brought my car in for a wobble in my front end and found out it was a terrible tire. I worked with the manager on a solution and both agreed I needed to replace my tires. I did and the wobble was gone and my family and I feel safe now. Dropped the vehicle off without an appointment. Gave a list of of things to get done. Wasnt expecting to get the vehicle back for at least day. Got a call 3hrs after dropping it off, letting me know my truck was ready.

Darryl and his team took amazing care of me and my truck. Purchased 4 new tires and also added needed service to my truck based on his recommendations. Highly recommend this location, they even stayed open a little later than normal business hours to get me taken care of same day.

I went in to get a tire patched and no one was up front. I stood there for several minutes along with another customer waiting for someone to help us. A guy from the shop came through the area but didnt ask if we needed assistance. I then knocked on a door I perceived to be an office. Someone then finally came out to help us. They got my vehicle in fairly quickly. I then talked to another service writer about getting a new tire because he said the tire was unrepairable. He had no customer service ability. He was short about everything and didnt explain the differences in tires that they had. He just told me the prices and asked which I wanted. When I went to pay, I got the same treatment from the service writer. No politeness or courtesy; just a lets get this over with attitude. After leaving the shop I noticed he had added on an extended coverage charge that I never agreed to. The only reason Im giving them two stars is the fact that they got it done quickly. The rest of the experience was dreadful. I wont be going back.

Went in to have new tires installed, which went very well. I am completely satisfied with that. 30 minutes after the vehicle was taken in one of the service members came to me to inform me that the vehicle needed complete repair of the steering mechanism. The cost would be around $3500 for the repairs. When I expressed displeasure with this the mood of the service member changed from happy to be of service to me, to lets get this over with.When it came time to settle the payment for the tire installation, the price I was told to pay was much higher than quoted. I looked on the computer screen at the bill and noticed a charge for an alignment and a protection plan. I was told that an alignment was impossible due to the problems with the steering. When I pointed that out to the service member, his response was Oh, thats right and removed the charge. I was also never informed about a protection plan, it was just added to the bill. The service member said it was just part of the tire installation. I asked if it was included in the cost of the tires and he said Ah, no and removed it from the bill.I have since taken the vehicle to my own personal mechanic, whom I trust explicitly, and was informed that NONE of the recommended repairs from your shop were necessary. My mechanic was not informed of what I was told by your shop.I have no way of knowing if this is standard operating procedure with your store or this was an isolated incident, but my experience there was enough to not return.

My wife and I came into the Bentonville location for some new tires on our SUV.Let me say AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! Daryl was a solid, straight forward gentleman. The installer Daniel did a very professional job, and did so in a very speedy fashion. I will return for future maintenance, and recommend to EVERYONE!.

This place has always done me good. Best price on tires for my vehicle Ive found. Waits tend to be a little long,but they are usually pretty busy. Free coffee, bottled water, and wifi while you wait though.

Original new tire install did not include valve stems as ad stated. They diagnosed tie rod ends needed replaced. Another tire shop, muffler shop, and mechanic (3 differemt places) disagreed. I let it ride with no feedback. Just went back for free tire rotation and balance. I ask for new valve stems to be installed as did not get done with new tire install. Didnt happen! Tire rotation was a simple front to back, and back to front rotation (non directional tread). Very poor place to buy tires! Wouldnt trust there other services either.Just as well go to Wal-Mart or any other discount tire store.

The whole team working there that day, were very helpful and informative. They were able to answer every question I had, and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes, (shopping, paperwork, and all) they also had good attitudes. When you are about to spend that much it puts a downer on your day but they made the experience better.

Went for an oil change and was told the brake pads were dangerously low and the belt was cracked and needed replaced. Used scare tactics to try to upsale. Brake pads were fine, replaced belt myself and there were no cracks. Dishonest upsalers.

Drove an hour one way to get my tires balanced after their south fayetteville store failed twice only to be told they cant do it till tomorrow its 2:55 at this moment... not the store chain they once were. Do yourself a favor and go else where.

I use Big O for all 4 of my cars. Some cars are old and some are new. They are quick and reliable. The tires are great and good prices.

Had good experience and service with the team. Good guys that seemed like they were really looking out for my family and I especially since we’re loyal Big O customers but are from another state. I wish though that the times were updated on google. We had a flat tire on Saturday and google showed they closed at 6pm. After putting on our spare and driving over, to our surprise they closed at 3 pm. If google can update these times to be more accurate that would really helpful.

While there the technician is super friendly & helpful, explained the problem, fixed it for FREE & even gave my husband a tool for free to fix the issue if it happens again. This is my favorite Big O Tire to come to. The guys are always so helpful and friendly. The store is clean and well maintained. Most of all, I trust their work. If I ever have questions, they answer them. The one time I had a small issue, they got me right back in at my convenience and at a location that was closer to where I was! They were able to fix it in about 5 minutes. It was great!I am getting ready to go back in for my routine oil change and tire rotation after a couple road trips and my car is so excited!

A very down-to-earth, professional establishment & crew. Did not try to sell me anything I didnt want or need. Handled all of my needs over the phone before I even stepped foot in the door. Gave me the price of a set of 4 new tires before they knew whether I was paying cash or going to use one of their credit options. Then they took care of my credit option over the phone so I knew how much I was approved for. My credit line was well beyond what I needed for the set of tires & they still didnt try to sell me anything other than what I wanted/needed. I can not stress that enough. Service beyond the initial sale is exactly what I was looking for (lifetime free rotation, lifetime free rebalance, lifetime free flat repairs) & if they cant repair the tires in the first 3 years they replace the tire(s) free of charge

I cant speak for everyone in this place but Darryl the inside manager and Danny the installer were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I ran into a few hiccups with my install due to me not bringing the correct parts. They both were unbelievably helpful, polite and worked expeditiously to resolve the issues. They never got frustrated even though they were extremely busy, very impressed, thank you.

I had mixed emotions on taking in my vehicle as I wasnt going to purchase anything and I havent bought anything from this location. The service was great, and the service writer was very helpful.

Slow service. Inaccurate quotes. I was told 1 price for a simple balance of tires but when job was to be done the price went up 4 times the amount. Dont waste your time with these folks. Go somewhere else for sure.

These guys are great! I visited Big O Tires Bentonville concerning an alignment on my truck. I met with Kevin Rains explained to him the challenges from 3 other alignment shops and their failure to properly align my truck. I provided him the specs that I wanted it aligned to, he then turned it over to Tech Kevin Blessing who nailed it!!! Tech Kevin achieved the alignment that I had requested and my truck drives better than ever... I appreciate you guys working with me and doing exactly what I asked for...

I Have been bringing my care to Big 0 for several years now and have always had excellent service. They are always good about explaining things to me and I trust them with my car.

Excellent Customer Service. Kevin was very thorough in explaining to me so I could understand what repairs needed to be addressed on my vehicle. Sometimes auto repair places make us women feel stupid when we dont understand what theyre telling us. Kevin actually took me out to the shop so I could actually see what he was talking about. That helped tremendously. So far Ive had great experiences with 3 different Big O Tire locations.

Everyone seems knowledgeable and polite at the Bentonville location, but the reason I continue to purchase tires and accessories, is Darryl Barker. That guy is awesome! He goes above and beyond with everything he does. I can only hope that he stays at this location for long time.

I purchased tires here over a year ago, so I come back for free tire rotation and alignment checks while I get a reasonably priced oil change. I came in this morning, was checked in quickly and was seated in the waiting area, when a second salesman showed up and began chatting with the salesman who hadchecked me in. That is when I was subjected to cursing and lude talk. The first salesman, who was standing on the sales floor (which is walled off from the waiting area) yelled an apology at me! This is a place of business. Not their college apartment. When my oil change was done, I found they had parked my car as far from door as possible. I can walk, no problem, but it was raining and cold, and there were several open spots closer to the door. When I got to my car, I found they hadn’t used a floor mat, and there was a giant greasy boot print on my carpet. They somehow managed to also change the time on my clock. This is the kind of customer service you get here. One star for price and efficiency. Zero stars for customer service.

We have used Big O for a long time. They always did a great job. Until today. We scheduled our service and told them everything we needed looked at or done. They called to say they were done. Only they didn’t take care of anything. We then asked to have the service done. They finally did some of it. We arrived to pick up our vehicle and they forgot to take care of a tpms sensor that we asked to have done. That we were about to pay for. Then they broke another one on a tire they claimed to have rotated. However they never rotated it. Never coming back.

Took my 1970 International pickup in for a new set tires and was surprised that they had 15 tires on hand. They quoted me a fair price and stated that the work would be finished in an hour. However, when torquing down my driver side rear wheel, the wheel studs spun. The salesman said I needed three new studs for them to finish the work. The next day the salesman called and explained that all five wheel studs had to be replaced along with the lug nuts. It would require my truck to stay another day in their shop as they tried to locate the parts. In the end, my truck remained in their shop for six days while they worked at replacing the wheel studs and updated me of how the costs for the repairs grew. When I finally got the opportunity to pick up my truck, I was very apprehensive of how much the cost would be for the repairs. But to my surprise the mechanics and the salesmen didnt charge me for the additional repairs because of the time/difficulty it took them to finish those repairs. I was only charged for the cost of the new set of tires. The staff at the Bentonville location went above and beyond my expectations and gained a new loyal customer. Thank you for all your hard work and flexibility for keeping a customer happy/satisfied.

Very punctual, honest and accommodating. They offered to drive me home when my repairs were going to take an extended time (it was my choice to do the additional work) and they picked me up and brought me back to the store when my car was ready.

Great customer service! Its so nice to go into a clean store, be helped, get what you need and out in a timely manner. This is the second vehicle Ive taken in to have tires put on. Getting in to have them rotated and balanced is super convenient. I will NEVER go back to firestone again! Big O is everything Firestone will never be. Great job, keep up the good work!
