They have a nice selection of current boats and fun (and important) accessories.Their expansive knowledge of their products and their customers interests helped put me into a new kayak that I absolutely love! (Crescent LiteTackle) I hadnt considered expanding out to a new type of kayak until I spoke with them and visited a couple of times. They have a zero-pressure friendly sales method that has made shopping there so easy--just the way it should be.Its a great atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Very patient, informative team. I had visited other kayak shops in the area that were just short of curt. I had alot of questions, the team answered all my questions, I was able to sit in all the kayaks I wanted without grumbling..I bought 2 Feelfree kayaks. I needed comfort and stability, my husband wanted comfort, tracking and maneuverability..we bought a moken 10 and a lure..we are thrilled.

I drove five hours from St Louis to pick up a Vibe Shearwater 125 as Ozark Kayak was the closest place to me that had one. After getting it home and going through it there was no certificate of origin. I need to register it as I put a Bixpy trolling motor on it. I contacted Kegan and was told he had it and would send it out right away. Three weeks went by and nothing. I contacted him again and said he had forgotten to send it and would take care of it. Two more weeks and nothing. Called a third time and talked to a different person and he told me he was pretty sure it was mailed out.He then told ME to get in touch with Vibe and have another one made. After several emails back and forth with Vibe I got a link to put my information in and print off a certificate of origin. Well the dmv would not accept that printed piece of paper. Vibe is now having to make an official certificate of origin. I purchased this kayak ion June 26th and Im still dealing with this. Ozark Kayak sold me the kayak, they should have taken care of this for me. I would never do business with them again.

Drove from Tulsa to get the kayak I wanted. I called first to ask questions and Kegan was very helpful. I was very impressed when I got there. Kegan took the time to install the accessories I purchased. I would highly recommend this place of business. Worth the drive and top notch service.

I have been looking for a fishing kayak for a while and this place had the best selection in stock and the best price. Owner is a super nice guy as well... and he let me pay via PayPal because I was an idiot and forgot my wallet at the house. Will definitely be going back when when Im ready for another boat.

This store does NOT go above and beyond. In fact, its more along the lines of charge the customer, send them out the door without putting together their kayak, then blame the customer when the kayak drive breaks after it slides in, and finally charging the client rather than refunding the entire amount. My boyfriend purchased an $1800 vibe kayak that wasnt even put together, we own 5 kayaks ( not to mention previous ones we no longer have) and have never had problems. When he chose Ozark Kayak with the pre-order of the newest Vibe, he never expected such cheap service. Ozark Kayak is a backwoods dealer who is desultory, misleading, and specious. Truly the WORST experience we have ever had and hopefully the last. We look forward to only purchasing through reliable dealers who stand by their products and customers.

Kegan at Ozark Kayak is amazing to deal with. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to all of the products he offers. Youre not going to find a nicer dealer in the area. He will even take you out to let you demo different kayaks to find the one that suits your needs. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied before and after the sale. The 1 stare review is a complete joke as I have been kayaking for many years and have owned paddle and pedal. You have to hit something (Rock, Tree etc.) extremely hard to mess up a pedal driven kayak. I would recommend this shop over and over. If yourre in the market you need to make sure to check out his shop.

Made the drive from Conway to Bentonville to pick up 2 Kayaks I had ordered. There wasnt a local outfitter near me that carried the 2 brands and models of kayaks I wanted so I went with Ozark Kayak.They hooked me up with a great deal on a demo model of the kayak I wanted and a good price on the kayak I ordered for my wife.We had to wait a bit for Vibe to finally get their shipments out, but it was worth the wait and worth the drive. Ozark Kayak was very helpful and friendly to deal with. I wish they werent so far away from me but I would still do business with them again. Very happy with my purchasea and overall experience.

Absolutely a fantastic place. I am new to kayaks and after shopping for weeks still without much knowledge on them. The owner was the most helpful by far out of every place a was checking out. Great people to buy from real good deal on new kayaks

After the customer service I witnessed I can only believe that most of these reviews are from friends and family. Friend of mine bought a 2k kayak and the drive broke, I was there for the first launch, in the first minute of being on a lake the drive broke. He Immediately sent pictures of the drive that broke and the owner said that the drive, which pops in and out of the kayak for landing and transport, was installed improperly. It literally drops into the kayak, how you can “install” it improperly is beyond me. Then when he returned the kayak they inspected the drive and said he must have hit something, yet there was no marks on the fins or drive. They did refund his money, after a heated exchange, minus a $200 “restocking” fee. If you pay 2k for a kayak you expect it to work properly and not break. The “restocking fee” is a joke. My friends kayak was a vibe shearwater 125. I have a Jackson bite fd, and now my friend does too. Don’t buy from Ozark Kayak and definitely don’t buy the Vibe shearwater 125 whatever you do.

I had a pre-ordered vibe shearwater 125 from this shop. I called 2 hours before I was going to arrive at the shop and was assured that it would be ready. I arrived and it wasnt unpacked or put together. So I assembled the rudders hand control and seat stand. I get it to the lake and pedaled it for 15ft and the drive stopped working. The drive had somehow dropped below the drive pod and got wedged in so that it couldnt come out and a fin was broke. I immediately contacted the shop and was told that it was my fault. I was told the drive was installed improperly and/or I hit something. They stuck to this viewpoint even though I provided pictures showing there wasnt a mark on it. I was very disappointed that the shops first response was to blame it on the customer. Even after they saw it in person they still blamed me. To their credit they gave me a full refund. However, they had a 10% restocking fee. Which was quite frustrating since this broke through no fault of my own but an obvious manufacturers defect. I cannot recommend this shop or the shearwater.

My adventure started in early 2019 when I got interested in kayak fishing. I was down at Beaver Lake with a friend and we ventured over. Keegan spent over an hour with us on a rainy day talking about all of the kayaks we had read about and more. I didn’t buy that trip but something Keegan said struck me, he mentioned that if we didn’t buy from him to be careful about shipping and ensure the kayak was undamaged before accepting. I knew I’d end up buying from someone who was willing to spend all that time with me and still provide a tip on the buying experience. It took a while for me to make a decision and for him to get a kayak in that wasn’t damaged as well 😆. All that time he responded to countless messages I sent asking about about hauling the kayak, paddle options, PFDs, etc. Even after the sale he provided me great advice about kayak saddles for my crossbars. It’s well worth the drive to buy from him.

Very nice family owned/run facility as in friendly and nice selection of kayaks to choose from and test before purchase. Being a small business, there can be some wait time to get what you need. They do try their best and have taken extra steps to take care of us when there have been certain issues. I do recommend you come here and visit with them before you decide on another location or internet mainly because purchasing a kayak should not be a hasty decision and after sale care is important too.

Ive been shopping for a kayak and looked at many reviews. I really could have saved myself some time by stopping by here first. Hands down some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time. Do yourself a favor if youre looking for a kayak and go to Ozark Kayak. The knowledge the staff carries about their merchandise is hard to beat! Through a 20 minute conversation I was able to see the pros and cons of the two models I was looking at. I didnt buy today but will be rushing over tomorrow after work to pick one up. The pricing is great/fair but the customer service is what makes the difference to me.

Drove all the way from KC area because there were no Vibe dealers close to me. I couldnt decide between the SG 110 and the SG 130, Keegan was very helpful in this decision. I was able to try both kayaks out in the stream behind the shop and ended up going with the Sea Ghost 110. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone looking for a new kayak.

After seeing the the high rating on google of this business, I decided to check this place out. I had spent the previous 2 months looking at canoes. That’s what I thought I wanted. He quickly got me in the Crescent Light Tackle. I loved it. I bought it. I was also was going to buy some accessories, however the guy gave me the advice to wait, use the kayak, and see what I would need. Fantastic advice. I have paddles over 115 miles in the last 30 days. Been on large lakes, fast moving rivers, lumbering creeks, and a few class II’s. Fished for cats, smallmouth, crappie, and white bass. I have yet to turn it over, or even get close. Ozark Kayak in Bentonville absolutely got it right. So see the guy!!!
