I have been with Cricket for over a decade and have been very satisfied with it. This location is awful. The staff has little to no knowledge about the products they are selling, show no concern for the customer, and genuinely need extensive training in both product knowledge and customer service skills. Their attitude, as stated by the manager is, all we do is sell phones, if it doesnt work that is your priblem, buy a new phone, or another phone for back up. NEVER go here. Drive 2 miles down to the Cricket store on 8th St in Rogers. This store is staffed with friendly, knowledgeable staff. I drove there after having one of the worst customer experiences of my life, to having one of the best. They fixed my phone in under 30 seconds, made sure I knew what to do in the future, and were very professional.
THAT PLACE IS VERY FRIENDLY. I BEEN WITH CRICKET VERY CENTS IT BE OPEN . VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICES. IF I HAVE PROBLEM THEY FIX VERY QUICKLY.
Employees without the basic knowledge of services.Employees that dont mention the fees until after they are about to be paid for. Lots of oh sorry, I forgot to mention that statements that result in surprising fees.Commercials that make it embarrassing to admit to being part of Cricket.The service is the same as I was getting with Sprint, which was terrible, but its much cheaper, so theres the three stars.
