Wanted to leave this place as soon as I walked in. Salespeople were annoying and tried to convince me that I wanted something that I repeatedly told them I didnt want. While looking at granite the saleswoman kept telling me that I was interested in the wrong color and kept encouraging me to not look at the less expensive products. The sales woman refused to give me square foot pricing and told me she would email me pricing per square foot. Never received the email until days later after I asked for it. Then I received a quote with only a money amount on it no details whatsoever as far as how they came to that money amount. There was no scope of work, timelines, or anything else you would expect in a quote -just a letterhead with a dollar amount on it. Most unprofessional quote Ive ever seen. When I called and asked for more information I was told by that sales woman that a single slab order was not significant and she had much larger orders taken after me that she wanted to take care of first. They werent shy about letting me know they dont care much about the homeowner and choose to cater more towards the builder. I will never return to this place.

We just had granite countertops put in yesterday and they look amazing, the guys who installed it and the plumber were super nice I loved working with them, but when dealing with the people in the office that was the worst experience we have had. They were nice at first but as soon as you sign the contract they are very rude, they dont like to help you, and its almost like they either dont want to do their job or they dont know how to they are just there for the money. I would not recommend going here, yes they are cheaper than most places but saving that extra money is not worth it with the very un professional customer service you get and the small selection of granite they offer.

I am extremely happy with the quality of the work and products provided by Tri-City Granite. The entire staff was knowledgeable and professional. They replaced my countertops in my kitchen and two bathrooms. The work was done as scheduled and turned out beautiful. I would highly recommend Tri-City Granite!

Tri-City Granite installed my Shadow Storm marble countertops yesterday and I cannot stop admiring them! Dennis provided our quote and answered all of our questions. Tracy is the sweetest and really made us want to do business with this company. I was able to be a part of the layout process with Casey, which was really neat and a first for me. The installers arrived on time and were very friendly. I love my new kitchen and highly recommend Tri-City Granite.

Excellent and friendly service from Tracy and Dennis! From helping me with slab selection to customized cutting, communication and installation. My counters look great! They probably gave up on me leaving a review since it’s been a year and a half but I didn’t forget. I chose the Taj Mahal quartzite and they look as good as the day they were installed! No issues whatsoever. I would definitely recommend going with Tri-City for any remodels or new construction jobs you may have. I shopped at every local company within 50 miles and they had the best prices on quartzite slabs and installs!

Love, love love our new kitchen countertops!!! Dennis and Tracy are great to work with - friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was timely, and workers did a super great job! There was one issue, but it was remedied the very next day. A great selection to choose from, (so many choices), but Tracy helped us so much with this. Very happy!

They installed 4 bathroom countertops for us and they are beautiful. Tracy was fantastic and helped guide me to the perfect slab for our design. Both Tracy and Dennis were professional, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. The installers did a great job - everything is beautiful and we would highly recommend Tricity Granite!

Tri-city has been amazing! They came out and measured everything and installed earlier than expected. We replaced 2 vanity tops with undermount rectangular sinks. They did everything except the plumbing and the counters look like they should have all along. Incredible difference and Dennis and Tracy have been so pleasant to work with during our process. Well be back for our kitchen remodel!

Customer service has been amazing from purchase to install. Every question I have had they have answered. When the marble for our kitchen was delivered and installed the guys were kind and courteous. I will definitely use Tri-City again as we tackle projects.

AMAZING family business. We are renovating a house so we have worked with a lot of contractors and businesses but this one is above and beyond. Tracy worked with me on our quotes and she was so kind and helpful. She let me ask lots of questions, never made me feel like a burden, and she was super honest and trustworthy. She even held my baby while I walked around and looked at the slabs, and my kids adored her. The people who came to install the countertops and sinks were very polite, cleaned up after themselves, and worked quickly and hard! The plumber was really nice and did an awesome job! I would and will recommend them to anyone. They’ve earned a customer for life with me!

I could not be more happy with Tri-City Granite.I have used them multiple times. I have been happy with them each time I have used them. Currently, I am using them for my master bath, upstairs bath, laundry room and kitchen pieces. My wife was 7 months pregnant and we needed a rush on all of the bath pieces. They were able to install in a little over a week!The people at Tri-City are absolutely fantastic and the prices are very competitive with very nice stone available. I will never go anywhere else.

When we had our home built we picked out the granite from what was available to us through our builder. After closing and getting our house cleaned up from the construction filth left we noticed the granite was extremely rough. The granite is rough and gritty feeling and the edges are rough as well.We contacted the builder who told us tri-city would come out to fix it. They never showed, so we contacted them directly which they told us they would come out to fix the granite. After months of contacting them and hearing the same story they never held up their word to us to fix the granite.So we are stuck with lower than builder quality granite in our home. Tri-city does not honor their word which makes them an untrustworthy company to conduct business with.We do not recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience with Tri City. We had 6 countertops replaced and we are happy with everything. Tracy and Dennis were so easy to work with.

They are awesome! My granite had been in my bathroom for a couple of weeks during a renovation. I noticed SEVERAL scratches that the contractors had made and was so sad. I called tri city and told them and Tracie came out during a very busy schedule and filled in my scratches and sealed my granite for free! It was very nice.

Can only describe the install process as amazing. The color and material choices are infinite. They can handle the whole thing--counters, sink, plumbing, backsplash--or do as much or as little as you like. The office staff are super nice, and it feels good to buy local rather than thru one of the big retailers. Time from material choice to install is about six weeks, and theyre pretty good about cleaning up after themselves. Expect to put down 1/2 up front, and the other half after install. They left about an hour ago, and if anything changes, Ill edit my review, but I expect to be happy with my granite for years to come.

We are extremely happy with our Athens Grey master bath countertop and Montclair kitchen countertops.I was indecisive about what to select from all their choices but Tracy helped me make the right selection.

The granite I received from them was top quality. The service is always great and Im always greeted with a smile when I walk into their business. Highly suggested.

They installed beautiful hardened marble countertops in my kitchen. Its been almost 10 months and there are already multiple nicks in it including a chunk from the edge. It has been properly sealed as well, yet some places are changing in color. I placed multiple phone calls to them. Every time I am told Dennis will call you back yet he never does. For months. Finally got through to him today and he says they never go out to Fayetteville anymore and when I asked if he could come see it anyways he basically repeated the same thing. They have treated me as unimportant to them after the money was made and obviously do not stand by their products. Terrible customer service, will never go to them again.

Warning - crooks and liars! Installed a broken piece of granite, claimed it was fine when installed and that it must have been my fault, it wasn’t. Called for 4 weeks to get someone out, owners won’t return my calls. Will be reaching out to BBB to file a complaint.

They are very friendly people, but the service and product are lacking. One of their selling points was that we could come in and pick our slabs and make any cut outs of spots we didnt like. When it came down to it they told us all the slabs were the same and that they were already being polished so it was too late. Then once we scheduled them (which admittedly was a long process), they were a week late which caused a backlog in our other subs.The product was less than what we were hoping for. We had a large island that had to have a seam down the middle, which may not have been their fault if the slab was not big enough (which they didnt disclose until the week of the install). However the slab along the wall should have probably been one slab, but they cut the template wrong and now we have two seams at the back of our rangetop. Along with the seams, the edges along the rangetop are rough cut. Every granite slab Ive seen in houses always has a finished edge along every side, yet they left it visibly rough. While they were cheaper than their competitors, there was a lot to be desired in our transaction.

NOT a service industry operation. This company is just in the business to make money. Our experience was poor, to say the least. It took a month for our granite to arrive and the initial install was absolutely horrendous. The owner came and finally agreed to fix everything for us but he was rude and dismissive during every interaction. At the end of the day we paid extra for tile work due to poor templating that created significant gaps between the countertops and the wall. We paid to have existing granite re-fabricated for the powder and guest baths and they threw away about 30sq ft of our granite rather than returning it to us. They caused damage to multiple areas of our home including our kitchen cabinets and our bathroom mirror. We also found out after install that we were actually sold marble and not granite at all!

AFTER SHOPPING ALL OVER N.W. ARKANSAS I FOUND TRI-CITY. BEST SELECTION, PRICE AND SERVICE. THEY QUOTED ME HALF THE COST OF A SUPPLIER IN SPRINGDALE AND I THOUGHT THEY MADE A MISTAKE. BUT THEY INSTALLED IT ALL AT THE QUOTED PRICE.. NO ONER ELSE WAS CLOSE.

Please beware of doing business with this company!The installation was ok, but soon after the stone developed significant signs of rust. Over a period of one month after we purchased it it developed significant signs of rust on all parts of the countertop. We asked them to replace the countertops and they have not. They first blamed us for the problem, and the owner was very disrespectful to me and my wife. After we brought in a third-party expert (which they recommended and paid for) to see the stone, the expert said the rust was a result of improper sealing of the stone (Tri-Citys responsibility). Once Tri-City finally admitted that the stone needed to be replaced, they have simply refused to do so. Worse than that, they have asked us to come to their store and have visited our home to measure multiple times, and have given us the run-around for over 6 months. They have no intentions of replacing, yet they keep telling us they will.We have been involved with them trying to resolve this issue since October of 2016. As of now, nothing on their part. We paid for a product and received a defective stone. We held up our end of the deal, we paid in a timely fashion. However, we did not receive what we paid for. We received a faulty product from this vendor. All we want is what we paid for. We have been treated very poorly and unfairly by this business, and we are not the only ones. A quick browse on the internet for reviews show that others have experienced the same thing. This has been one of the most frustrating and unpleasant experiences dealing with a business of any sort. I would highly caution anyone about doing business with this vendor. Again, all we want is the product we paid for. Nothing else.

Paid for two full slabs of quartz and was not given back the leftover 2/3 slab of quartz that I paid for as promised. Contacted them after job was done and they would not remedy situation. Horrible customer service. Do not buy from this company.

This company is awful. Throughout my experience, the owners were very rude and dishonest.The installation of our counter tops was a horrible experience.In my opinion, they should not be in the service industry.
