The salesman here are not really interested in helping you find what works for you. When you go in looking for trucks (one of the most expensive things on the lot) they give vague answers like if you want to know what your trade in is worth Google it. Really? I didnt have to come here for your help to do that! Better yet, they will call and tell you they want your truck to trade in on an upgrade and when you come in they cant find anything else to get you into. Nor are they willing to tell you what your trade in is worth unless your signing the paperwork on something new (that they cant find for you). Your chances on finding what you want are not here!!
Ben Royal was our salesperson. We had filled out an online form, and Ben called us before the dealership even opened on the day we were coming. We told him we were on our way. Once we arrived, Ben was very responsive, and immediately showed us the truck we wanted to see and let us test drive it without hesitation. After we decided on the truck we wanted, Ben spent the entire time with us, helping us navigate through all the dealing, paperwork, etc. It was comforting to have the same person follow us through the entire process, despite us also working with other individuals: Sales Manager, Finance Manager, etc. Before we left, Ben also took the time to demonstrate all the features of our new truck. Overall, Ben was GREAT! Wed definitely travel back down to Bentonville just to buy another vehicle from Ben.
Got a voucher to look at some used cars, husband drove over from Eureka Springs only to find out there was no sales event and was a complete waste of time. We have bought 3 vehicles from them, a Nissan, jeep, and volt, and we will not be going back. Each time the service has gotten worse, like the bigger they get the less we matter. Now we are looking for our teen daughter and will definitely be going to anywhere but McLarty Daniel.
Highly recommend Lucas Z in the service department. He has helped tremendously and is very knowledgeable. He made sure I was cared for, even after hours with locking lug nuts that couldnt be removed as the vehicle was sold to us without the key from this dealership. Thanks Lucas!
Charging a 3% service charge to use a credit card shouldn’t be passed down to customers. It is a cost of doing business plain and simple.
My truck had broken down and was down for 3 months over various issues and getting parts but Brian in the service department was with me every step of the way keeping me informed on all the updates. And Vanity went out of her way and helped take care of a vehicle for me while I was out of mine. It was a rough experience not having my vehicle for so long but these 2 made it bearable. Ill be using McLarty Daniel in Bentonville again because the service was amazing.
Kristy Williamson is a great sales person. Definitely low pressure with a tremendous work ethic. She worked very hard and diligently to get my wife and into a vehicle that both fit our budget, dependability and great fuel economy. I feel like she probably sacrificed sales just to ensure that we left happy, and we did. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle. Thank you!
Terrible experience. I suppose I was expecting something different from the dealership I purchased my vehicle from, but when returning for the same issue a third time - I should have known better. After failing to resolve the issue on two previous attempts, I should have gone to a more competent location for resolution. After a week my Jeep was returned to me, only to experience the exact same issue within 2 miles of leaving the dealership… despite being told the problem was fixed and it was taken on a “test drive”.I returned the next morning to drop off my vehicle again and for the next 30 DAYS they had the vehicle. I assumed that there was a major issue since I was not contacted for WEEKS and upon returning to pick up my vehicle, the only thing completed was a multi-point inspection.Furthermore, when returning I was asked if I knew what was wrong and being serviced because they weren’t sure and couldn’t find anything in the paperwork.I discovered I was charged service they admitted should have been covered under warranty, but despite readily taking my money, in order to get refunded, I will now need to contact corporate customer service. My vehicle was dirtier than when it was dropped off and the gas tank was nearly empty — also not the condition it was in upon arriving at the dealership.Additionally, the recall notification that was a part of my original request was never completed, despite asking multiple times for this to be resolved. So… if you want a dealership that will waste your time, charge you for service covered under warranty, refuse to refund you, fail to listen to your requests and not value the investment you made when purchasing a vehicle from them, you have found the perfect dealership!
Service is not bad, but marketing people who sell a new car should improve
Ben Royal was amazing as a salesman. No pressure and helped get me into the vehicle I fell in love with. I will definitely come back here and do business with Ben & refer him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.
Ben was more than helpful in guiding me along in the process of potentially buying a new RAM. He wasn’t pushy or overbearing. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Even though I went in a different direction, he was understanding. If I buy another truck in future, it will be from them. Thank you again.
I went to McLarty Daniel today looking to trade in my new Tacoma that Ive had so much trouble with other dealerships trying to trade in. A young gentleman by the name of Caleb Matthews met me in the parking lot had an incredible attitude and was able to get me into exactly what I was looking for when all the other dealerships told me no I appreciate the dedication and information that he was able to give me and his team members went above and beyond to get me into the truck I wanted I would recommend McLarty Daniel Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram to anybody in the future thank you
Harley Jobe is Awesome. Please ask for him for the best experience here for sure!!! Thank you for all the help Harley and everyone there.
Absolutely the worst Service Dept employees anywhere I have experienced. Tried to take back a battery today that I recently purchased for my truck. Told the Service Dept needed to test battery, it would take a few hours and cost $7. I agreed. Employee wants my truck VIN number. Dont have it with me, only brought battery in. He then says I need to bring my truck in too. Wait a minute, battery wont hold charge so how am I suppose to bring truck in? He tells me to tow it in! So if I understand correctly a warranty cant be checked without all these important details. Poor customer relations. Wont be doing future business with them.
The service department is out of this world Mr. Christian is the best he is the service manager at the Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealership and he is stellar and one of a kind he is knowledgeable and various product lines. This dealership is wholeheartedly the best dealership you could possibly imagine to get your vehicle service at so go today to mclarty Daniels Jeep Dodge ram and every vehicle service today even if its not a Jeep dodger ram
I’m so frustrated. I arrived for an oil change and a transmission fluid change. They said it would be about 2 hours. I asked for a courtesy vehicle and he said that there wasn’t really one available. About 1.5 hours later, they came out and said it would be a bit longer than they expected, maybe another hour. I asked again about a courtesy vehicle and again one was not available. I ended up sitting in their waiting area for over 5 hours with 3 children! We were there so long that I had to order a pizza for my kids to eat. To make it worse, my youngest peed his pants. I was so frustrated that I just wanted my keys and get out of there! My only day off wasted at this place. They are so awful!
Good service. Make sure you carry cash or debit card. They started charging 3% if you use credit card.
We purchased a vehicle from a Mclarty Daniel Ford that had locking lug nuts. We had tire issues almost immediately after buying. There was no key for the lug nuts and the service department at Mclarty Daniel Ford could not remove them. We went to 2 other tire shops trying to get this worked out. We ended up during to Mclarty Daniel Dodge. Not only were they able to remove the locking lug nuts, they replaced them in a timely manner, and for no charge. Extremely grateful for their service.
Great sales purchase experience, Ben Royal and Patrick Madden were helpful and patient throughout our whole process.
Service went as planned. Toby Meyers is an excellent service advisor and takes care of you.
For Ivan Pene. Súper straight forward guy. Honest.
During a routine oil change, I mentioned that my stereo/navigation unit kept randomly shutting down and that the volume button would stop working. Within minutes the advisor was able to tell me that there was a communication error (according to his tablet) and that it would take a couple of hours to update the system. I decided to schedule it for a later time.Next appointment, I get there and they tell me that they have to diagnose it. I told them that they already diagnosed it during my last visit and I was there for the update. They tell me they didn’t diagnose it and that’s what they are doing today. An hour later (it was a Friday) I get a call from an advisor who tells me, “We are going to have to keep your vehicle through the weekend. I said Ok, what was determined to be wrong with it? He then told me that they hadnt even diagnosed it yet. That they were working on other tickets and wasnt able to get to mine yet. Again, I had an appointment! After I hung up and thought about it, I called back to let them know that I didnt want to leave my vehicle there all weekend. The advisor said he would call me back between 4:30pm and 5:45pm to let me know if they were able to diagnose it. No call... so I called them at 5:50pm and was told that it still hadnt been diagnosed. I picked up my vehicle and rescheduled the appointment.Next appointment, I was told that I needed a new radio and that they would have to order it and would call me when it came in. (Yay! Finally a diagnosis!)3 weeks later, I haven’t heard anything so I call to get a status on my new radio. What am I told? They haven’t even ordered it yet!!!! Are you kidding me??This is by far the WORST service department I have ever dealt with. Completely incompetent and a total waste of time, every time!STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Find one that actually cares about their customers and values your vehicle investment as much as you do.
I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee. With the pandemic, I was hesitant about going to the dealership and taking the time to find a vehicle. I looked on their web site and identified the vehicle I wanted and then spoke to Phil over the phone. He brought the car to my home for me to view while taking my current vehicle back for a trade-in estimate. We came to an amicable deal and I never had to step foot in the dealership. It gave me great comfort that Phil would offer this white glove service to me. I would happily buy from Phil again. Thanks, Phil.
Was great at taking my truck same day, as I was out of state visiting an hour away from them. Diagnosed problem and fixed next day. Drove back to Oklahoma with no issues.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If i cn give below 0 rate i will. So disappointed at service department. I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND. Waited 2+ hours to get my car a key pab remote. I called yesterday before i came today to check if they do key pab and the guy from service dept said YES, he said they have stock and i need to bring the vehicle to reprogram it. So i came early today, i told everything to LUCAS, i need a key pab so my car wont alarm. I waited 2+ hrs. Then what they did was gave me a DUPLICATE KEY! I told him i dnt need a key coz i hve extra at home. Then he told me they cant do the key pab coz my car was too old!!. Why they didnt tell me ahead!! Wasted my time, gas and all he said was THEY CANT. He cant even say sorry or anything!! But still I thank him. I will share my experience to my friends and relatives so that they beware, and share it too. VERY BAD/TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
Would rate zero stars if possible. The dealership wanted to charge me over $1200 for a $16 part. Will not ever go back and will not recommend their services.
Terrible service Called and made an appointment Once I got to the shop they said I did not have an appointment. Was unwilling to help pretty much was told to go away.
Utter garbage. I brought my 2019 Dodge Ram in KNOWING that the latch to my RamBox was broken. An entire day and $180 later, the only thing I come away with is the Service desk telling me that the latch is broken...? My air conditioning was all changed around, the radio station was changed, and the ring on my key chain was stolen! Seriously?! Why was anyone even in the truck to change all of that? Did anyone actually try to fix the RamBox? Or did someone try to open it, realize they couldnt, and finally determine that it was broken? Easily the biggest waste of money I have ever incurred.

Have used service advisor Daniel Tapia multiple times now he is very professional knowledgeable and Informative about services!!
I had been thinking about trading in my vehicle for awhile for something with a lot more utility and comfort. I was drawn in by a truck the moment I saw it, and I thought to myself I just had to have it. I had the pleasure of working with Joseph over the course of the process. They were very courteous, concise, and patient with me. They respected my time and answered all of my questions. When everything was said and done, I managed to receive significantly more on my trade, as well as saved a lot of money on what I consider a very luxurious truck. Thanks again Joseph for helping me drive away with the nicest Ram Big Horn in NWA.
I have taken my truck to Mclarty Daniel Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram for service twice now and both times the estimate and what I ended up actually paying was not even close. The first time it was to have the led bed lights installed and the quote and actuall cost was almost $200 difference. They did work with me some and lower the cost some. This time it was oil change and fuel filters and I was quoted $430 plus tax but the bill was $100 more. I guess I need to find a new dealership or is the old term stealership more accurate?
We called and had them order a new key. Toby told us he would call when it came in. He never did. We called him several times and finally got hold of him. Made an appointment to get the key programmed. When we arrived Toby told us it would be 15-20 minutes to complete. We waited in the waiting area for over an hour with no word from anyone. My husband went up to the desk and asked why it was taking so much longer. Toby was arrogant and told us he’d been to busy to come tell us that the “kid” had messed up on programming it and they were locked out of being able to program it. Toby said it could be anywhere from another 30 minutes to an hour and a half wait to be able to get unlocked and be able to program the key. After telling the service manager Cliff that we were unhappy with the poor communication he told us, “There’s nothing I could say to make you happy”. And we would just have to wait till it unlocked. No idea of how long it would take. I asked him to google how long it would take. He came back a few minutes later and told us it could take up to 12 hours. At this point we had been waiting at the dealership service department for 3 hours. We had to leave the dealership without our vehicle and come back the next day for something that we were originally told was a 15 to 20 minute job. MD Bentonville service department is incompetent, dismissive and had no respect for our time. Both Toby and the Service manager Cliff sarcastically and insincerely apologized. We have nothing but Chrysler vehicles, so do my parents, so do my husband’s parents, so do both of our kids. We will go out of town when we need service on our vehicles in the future. We will never go to another MD dealership to get service or to buy a vehicle.
Always great service here highly recommend. And Kristy Williamson is amazing highly recommend her.
Good scheduling and explained all of the details of our service work.
Came in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Was told it would take about an hour. 3 hours later I finally got to leave... Will not be using this dealership again.
I actually purchased my jeep from an individual but bring it to the dealership for service. Mike and the rest of the team are always friendly and helpful. And because of the service dept I actually recommended my parents purchase a vehicle here. They offer coffee, popcorn & free WiFi while you wait.
Cliff and his team in the service department will go above and beyond for you. They want you to know you will always be taken care of.
Can’t get your parts when they say they will have it and overcharge repairs and won’t listen to you when you want a warranty for everything underneath the hood and will pay for and won’t take care of you after sell
Sadly, the negative reviews I read here are accurate. The entire company comes off as incompetent to me. Several times over the past few years Ive ordered parts, or had repairs needed that required parts to be ordered. Every time I was told they would let me know when the part came in. Every time they NEVER called me to let me know that the part had arrived. One time (before I knew I couldnt count on them to notify me) the part I had ordered sat SO long in their local warehouse area, the part was SENT BACK to wherever they ordered it from. I want to like this dealership, but theyre making it very hard.
If you ever use McLarty Daniel, I highly suggest you speak with Ben Royal, he was our sales agent. He had the car ready for us to test drive when we came in, he helped us over night with pre-qualification papers, and got us out the door within reason. He also help us set up Bluetooth in our vehicle. He explained everything in detail, before signing paper work. We loved our experience and will come back to visit Ben Royal.
It 8s really hit or miss here. I have had good experiences and bad ones. My last one wasnt the best and I didnt even talk numbers with the dealership because of it. They were a bit pushy this time and seem to switch stories on me a lot. I usually buy higher end vehicles but the 2 I wanted were being driven buy mangers wife and someone else. Wanted me to buy new vehicle with 1500 miles on it. Not my idea to buy new that has been someone elses drive around. Other times not to bad here. So I wouldnt not recommend checking them out just be prepared. They are your typical dealership...
We had a vibration in the front end of our Pacifica while traveling. I scheduled a 7:00am appointment with McLarty Daniel Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Bentonville. It turned out that this was a fake appointment time just to get me in the door as we shall see. Anyway, I was there at 6:50am and first in line. They said they would check it out and let me know what the problem was. They offered to give me a ride back to my nearby motel if I could wait in the waiting room for a few minutes. After a half hour of waiting, I told them I’d walk back to my motel: about a 20 minute walk. At 8:39am I texted their employee Lucas to ask if they had identified the problem yet. At 10:23am he finally responded to say “not yet.” At 10:37am Lucas called to say that I needed all four tires balanced, even though the vibration just came from the right front. He told me the van would be done at 1:00. At 1:23pm, having heard nothing, I texted Lucas and asked for an update with no response. Starting at 1:40pm, I called three times. First time, no one answered in service. The second time, a McLarty Daniel person transferred me to a non-working number. The third time they gave me to a different service person who said I needed a new tire and they couldn’t get one until the next day. Seriously, a Chrysler dealer doesn’t stock tires for a two year old Chrysler Pacifica? A Chrysler dealer who can’t even get one until the next day? I asked why no one had bothered to tell me this, but he didn’t know. I told them to get my van out of there and I’d be there to get it. I did the twenty minute walk back in about 18 minutes and finally got to talk to Lucas. He claimed that he had just found out about the tire while they were balancing the tires and while I was talking to the other service person. That meant that, at 1:40pm, they were just starting to work on my van: 6 hours and 40 minutes after my ‘appointment’. Even though I told them I had to leave for Florida early the next morning, they couldn’t even come up with a tire that was close. Then they couldn’t produce my van saying it was still being worked on in the shop and they had to “put it back together.” Put what back together? They made me pay for balancing all four tires AFTER I told them to stop, including the defective tire that couldn’t be balanced. I had told them over 20 minutes before to stop and move my van out so I could pick it up. They ignored my direction and charged me $148 for nothing. I had to pay in full before I could get my van back that was just as damaged as when I had dropped it off. Instead of spending time with my great-granddaughter, I spent the day in my motel room waiting for McLarty Daniel service to screw me out of $148. I thought Chrysler was trying to put an end to this kind of dealership misbehavior. P.S., it took me 15 minutes on the internet and phone to find a matching tire and an hour to get it mounted, balanced and installed but I guess that’s too much work for the fine folks at McLarty Daniel.
Once again the experience of buying another vehicle from this dealership was easy with no stress.
I bought my first Jeep 3 yrs ago and loved it. I had been thinking about trading in my 2013 Jeep for a newer model but wasnt sure I could find a newer model that would fit my budget. After looking at and test driving several Jeeps, there was one that stood out and was exactly what I was looking for.I want to thank Brian Hausback for his patience (I am stubborn when I am looking at purchasing a new car) and hard work in finding the right Jeep for me. I also want to thank the Finance team for being able to get me in a 2018 Jeep Sahara sport that fit my budget.
If you love your car or even slightly like your car, don’t use their service department. If you do, plan on 3 times the time you would expect for the repair. Also have all warranty information ready, they will try to tell you it’s not covered. JUST AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!
These guys have always been upbeat and professional, great customer service and communication. Kiddos even entertained w the tv and play area.
I am giving this dealership a 5 star rating for what was a bad experience... bear with me...I decided to bring my truck in for a set of tires and possible alignment. Approximately 1 year before this, I had a really bad experience here but decided to give their service department another shot. I only chose to do so because the deal on the tires was the best I could find and I figured... its only tires.Needless to say, when I got my truck there were a couple grease stains in the headliner and my truck is in immaculate shape.A few mishandlings happened when trying to get it corrected and an attempt was made by their detail shop with unsatisfactory results. I drove away having to wait until the service manager could contact me the following week to resolve the issues. When I got on the highway, I noticed a pretty rough vibration.I reached back to the dealership and spoke with Ken, their General Manager and this is when the experience took a turn. Ken was forthright and very eager to make things right. He asked if I would give them another chance and against my gut, I agreed. I brought my truck back, was met by Ken the GM personally, and was assured that all my concerns would be addressed on my vehicle as well as with the shortcomings internally. I left my truck with them for the day and was updated regularly by their consumer relations guy Cole (who was a fantastic help and very understanding). Not only did they correct the problem with the vibration (alignment issue), but they sent my truck out to a local detailer to remove the stain. Not only did they square those things up, but they had my truck fully detailed, and filled my tank with diesel.I did not have any expectations for the detail and the tank of gas but it showed a lot of class, and I am grateful for the willingness to make things right. Not enough businesses go out of their way to make right on mistakes nowadays and it says a lot to me about the culture they have created there and shows that they value their customers. While it may have been an inconvenience, I appreciate the experience I ended with and am thankful there are businesses like this that still respect their patrons enough to go that extra mile. The McLarty Daniel owners should be very proud and comforted by the image that Ken and Cole are creating there. I know they have definitely earned my trust and repeat business!
From the minute we arrived for our Ram 1500 service appointment we were greeted and treated by friendly staff. Terren O’Dell was our service advisor and he kept us up to date on our service. Great communication from him on our Rams condition and what needed services should be performed, along with a detailed print out.Very clean and comfortable waiting area. It was raining and they had our truck inside for pickup when our service was completed. I asked about updating carfax for our service record and Terren said he would take care of it.Highly recommend this dealership and Terren O’Dell.
I couldn’t be happier with my new vehicle! Thank you Ben Royal for all of your time and help!Ben took the time to show me around me new car and help me know and understand all of the features and even helped me connect my phone to the Bluetooth. I felt like a valued customer from start to end.I will be recommending this place from now on!!
When you see there employee driving in a vehicle and not pay attention to what they are doing. Just there phone. Makes it look like they have been drinking.
Great salesman Ben Royal. The best of the best. Great caring, hard working to get the deal done. Our familys four car thur this dealership. Would never use a different one. They always help to do what is best for the family. Its not the sale. It helps the family. Get over to the dealership and ask for Ben. Hes got your back
If you are looking to buy a vehicle go to Ben Royal he is the best salesman you will find in Northwest Arkansas. He will treat you like an equal!
12/2017 Went to look at a tRam 1500 Ecodiesel and sales wouldnt give me the time of day so 4/18 bought a truck at Lewis. Getting service done in Fayettville isnt convenient since I live in Garfield. So there was a recall for my EGR and my tucks failed in late July early Aug. 2020 and it was in “limp mode” so I went to MD at they were close. Parts not available so my truck was there 2 weeks. Took me several days to get a loaner which was less than stellar. Finally truck is fixed and last Saturday 9/5/2020 check engine light comes on. Take my truck to get the code read and they said my “engine coolant bypass valve” is bad. They said they have it in stock and verify it’s covered under the ext. warranty. Schedule it to be fixed 9/8. Told them it would be after 1000 before I could drop it off since I get off in Siloam at 0900. Service adviser said no problem. I called theDay of the appt about 0800 to see how long it should take and the advisor says a couple hours. Yesterday I drop my truck off at 1100 with the same advisor. He says they will get it taken care of. About 1430 I text to see if its close as my husband leaves for work at 1500 and could drop me off, no response until 1530 and he says they are trying to find the part that I was assured was in stock. Come to find out they gave my part to another customer that brought their truck in at 0700 and the reasoning was that they were there first and they didnt know that truck would have the same problem. They also said they could have the part the next day. I had a damn appt today just for this the other customer did not! Why did nobody notify me for hours that the part was not there?? Why should I have to wait? I planned my whole day around this which can be very tricky with my work schedule and the kids. This is one of the worst experiences I have had with customer service anywhere!!! So I have kids and animals at home and need a vehicle. I went and got my truck and have scheduled it back at Lewis where I know it will get done correctly with no BS. Please dont patronize me with you, “ give us a chance to earn your service back.” Three stikes your out!!! Oh hey diesel folks...Lewis does oil changes for $109 right now not $170 like MD. They also do packages for around $300 for 3 oil changes! MD charged my Director like $225-250 for one... shameful! I also was going to put up screenshots but I guess that’s not possible here...
Harley has always helped me with everything I need. I would recommend him to everyone. Awesome customer service. He will go above and beyond to help you anyway he can.
Went to check out a truck I saw online. A young man named Jose Carabantes. This buying experience was very laid back and easy. Jose and the team took great care of me during the purchasing process and in the subsequent visits to complete a few small things that were needed on truck. Jose kept me in the loop with consistent and timely communications. I never once had to wait for anything. He went above and beyond to make sure that I wasnt inconvenienced at any time. I truly appreciate when people not only meet, but exceed the expected level of service. If youre heading to this dealership, ask for Jose.
Super helpful and friendly...Took a little time, but for a last minute appointment it was pretty quick!
Ben Royal and staff made the buying experience quick, pleasant and easy. Very helpful and accommodating. This is our family’s 4th vehicle with them and we will continue giving them our business in the future.
I wanted to give a shout out to Ben Royal. He did a amazing job helping me get into my new car. You were nice and patient with me. Keep up the good work.
Ben Royal is the best! Listens to all your wants and needs and finds a vehicle you love within your budget
Bought a Ford truck for my son, worked with Ben Royal, great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Ben and his group.
I have bought lots of different vehicles from all over several states. This is one of the best dealerships by far. Non pushy and right there for your questions. Great knowledge to make a smooth transaction. Corey was my salesman. He is a freshy, but it was like he has been there for years. Loved his positive attitude and great conversation. He was very patient with me. I know im pretty pushy and defensive when making big purchases. He stayed right there like a champ. Then I moved on to Patrick the finance person who was just as helpful and kind as Corey. I love my new Gladiator. I chose this dealership over a few others because of Corey and how he beat out the others. Thank you Corey and Patrick for a great experience..
Brooklyn, you are a breath of fresh air and a ray of sunshine! Never did I think shopping for a new car could be so much fun and enlightening. You are such an intelligent and caring young woman and I am beyond words in describing how thankful I am to have had you by my side during this time. You are so professional, yet personable all the same! Please let me extend my gratitude and pledge my loyalty to you. As long as you are in the car business, no one other than the likes of you deserves the right to accompany me while shopping for a new car!
Best car buying experience Ive EVER had! Thank you, Brian Hausback, for going above and beyond to help me get exactly what I was looking for at a very fair price. You made it easy to do business!
Ben Royal was our dealer for my jeep! Great service. Friendly. They tested us like family!
We didnt know what to expect but we had the greatest time with Steven T. He was really personable and conversational with us during the whole process and we felt at ease. He is very knowledge regarding cars, especially Dodge, which I would say is his specialty. If you want a recommendation I would recommend Steven hands down. We will definitely return here for another purchase down the line. Thanks again Steve!
Love the car we got
Our experience was excellent. Ben is a super friendly guy and we never once felt any pressure from him to buy or that we were wasting his time.
By far the BEST experience I have ever had with a dealership. Tim was an amazing sales rep! 100% would recommend for your next buy. Best people all around ever. Thank you for an amazing car and experience!
Last week I went to the McCarty Daniel Jeep dealership to look for a good used vehicle. I have to tell you that I wasn’t an easy customer to deal with, but the staff was so professional and courteous, especially Malia and Harley. After telling Malia what I was looking for in a vehicle, Harley showed up with a vehicle that had everything on it that I had ask for, and I was allowed to drive it home. After two days of trying to decide on my options, Malia went above what we expected and was very straight forward, and got us the deal that we had ask for. I am proud to say that I now own a good used vehicle from McCarty Daniel due to your extremely helpful and courteous staff. I extend my gratitude to the professionalism of Malia and Harley for their expertise on getting me in the vehicle of my choice and look forward to dealing with them again.
I had a great experience at McLarty in Bentonville. They were not only friendly but really informative and flexible with working out a good deal for me. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new car, and make sure to look for Brandon he was able to get me the exact price I wanted.
These people are Liars and thieves! Theyve got quite the scam going on here!!!
Great service! I really appreciate the text and email confirmations, and I even received a courtesy phone call the day before. All the guys were great and very helpful. My service agent Brad was exceptionally pleasant. He was very easy going and polite. Eventhough I dropped my vehicle off, the service was done in a very reasonable amount of time. Thanks again!
Very friendly folks, wonderful sales staff, service department has been most accommodating and efficient. Tim and Ryan have made this major investment a whole lot less intimidating. Many Thanks!
Excellent experience! Brandon Brown was the salesperson who sold us our vehicle. He was extremely professional and made the process easy and stress-free!
Toby Myers in the Service Center has a bad attitude. Acted like I didnt know what I was talking about. I told him exactly what I needed he was like huh what do you mean. Horrible attitude. Unfriendly. Stay clear from him women because he treats you like youre stupid and only men know what they are talking about. Instead of explaining things to me and making me feel comfortable he puts this manly demeanor on. I hate this place.
I have bought many vehicles, and this dealership is by far the best I have ever seen. It is a clean, positive, and customer based environment. I will definitely be back for not only service but any vehicle purchase in the future. Thank you MD!
Ben Royal went above and beyond to find us exactly what we asked for. All went smooth and fast.
They had the car I wanted at the price I wanted. It was a simple deal to make. Harley was great to work with. He really knew his stuff.
Amazing car buying experience! Ben Royal treated us with such respect and professionalism. He worked his six off for us, going above and beyond to meet our needs and wants. I purchased a used Jeep Renegade and absolutely love it! I’ve been eyeballing it for a week and Ben has been in contact, texting (I’m on the cusp of Gen X and Millenial) and BUSY! He made this experience convenient. He is ‘salt-of-the-earth’ people and that is hard to come by these days. I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. If you are wanting a haggle free, no stress, good time, go check him out, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed! And of course, we cannot forget Patrick Madden for his attention to detail and having our back as well. We will definitely return for future purchases and hope to work with Ben again.
We were there to trade in our Jeep Patriot and they are so accommodating especially Sean Potter. Special shout out cuz he drove us to Springdale and took almost all of his day for us. A special shout out also to Patrick Madden who relentlessly fought with the bank to get us what we wanted and he did. So all in all they did a very good job. Kudos guys
I sent a text to a salesman that I spoke to before. I asked him to meet my wife and I and show us a truck. We didnt like it enough to buy it so he suggested another one that fit our needs. We bought it and really like it. Process was super smooth.
I had a very pleasant experience. Came for an oil change, and it was very fast and timely. The gentleman attending me was very nice. While, waiting I went to the lot to look at cars with my sister. Ran into a very nice salesman, his name was Shawn. He is very caring towards customers, and made time fly just talking to him waiting for my oil change. If you are wondering aimlessly looking for what car to buy, Shawn is definitely the salesman to go to. #giveShawnapromotion
Parts department had a long wait. Many employees did not wear masks. Parts clerk was friendly. Had the part I needed in stock and on the counter waiting for me after my phone call about it. Mc Larty obviously did not really read this review or they would had made their employees wear masks like they are supposed to do.
McLarty Daniel is a joke. Service is a joke. They ALWAYS try to upsell. EVERYTHING at a McLarty Daniel lot is a scam- sales, finance, career opportunities, service. They feed lines of BULL and straight up LIE to your face. I will never do business with them again. If i could give negative stars they would get -10. I would not recommend them to anyone ever. Worst auto dealership experience of my life.
I would not do business with McLarty Daniel, they make you pay for the work they do to your vehicle when you take it in for a recall!!!! That is crazy, they also told my wife it would be $129 to rotate the tires.I know people are getting stimulus checks but this is crazy!!!
3rd vehicle Ive bought here always treated well and tajen great care of
Ask for Jose, not pushy and will answer all your questions. We went in for one truck we were interested in and on our 2nd visit he showed us another similar truck to have a comparison. We actually liked it better and ended up purchasing it later on. Overall very chill dealership in my experience. Prices are as advertised, we didnt experience any shenanigans like we did with some dealerships in Tulsa. They work with your budget. Id give them a shot if you need a vehicle.
Ryan the service adviser is one of the best there is. Every time me or my wife take our vehicles in to be serviced Ryan goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied. Ryan is very knowledgeable on different services that are needed and will always try to find you the best deal on price. 100% recomend there services they offer at the dealership you wont find a better or more friendly place to have your vehicle serviced.
We just purchased a 2020 Jeep Rubicon and the experience from start to finish was incredible. Our interaction with the staff as a whole, was great but our direct dealings with Phil (our salesman) and Caleb (the sales manager) were truly exceptional. They were great to work with, my husband (bless his heart) can be a tough sell but they humored him and without hesitation answered many calls, many questions and eased any concerns he may have had (first time Jeep buyer here). We opted to have the Jeep lifted as well as purchasing after market wheels and tires including other misc additions (Phil and Caleb assisted with all of these selections as well). The additions we made forced an immediate relationship with the service dept. our experience with the service department, more specifically, Ryan Stewart, was excellent! We are firm believers that the service department is the backbone of a dealership as this is where the buyers relationship continues, they did not disappoint! We highly recommend new Jeep and existing Jeep owners request the expertise of these fine gentleman as we are beyond satisfied with their knowledge and superb customer service. Thank you McClarty Daniel Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!
Ben Royal and Matthew Fann were very professional salesmen when I bought my new Charger. They were very attentive to my needs and were quite considerate of what I was looking for. The Charger I bought is a great fit and the service I received was well above standard. My next Dodge will be through McLartyDaniel.
Have purchased two vehicles (new Jeep, used Ram) from this dealership.Do all of my service work with them. Never any issues. Ryan in service did a great job, kept me posted on progress, honored coupon. Thank you
We have bought our last few cars at McLarty Daniel Jeep. Caleb has always been amazing to work with. Since hes been promoted we worked with Ben this time and had another great experience. We gave Ben our parameters and left with a car a few hours later. He found what we needed and had us in and out quickly. We will definitely be going back to Ben next time we need a car.
The sales experience was great. Fast and I got what I wanted at the price I wanted. Keep in mind I had done my research. As for the vehicle I bought... well that’s a different story. My vehicle was sold with 6 recalls on it which should have been taken care of before they sold it. It also had a bad wheel bearing, which isn’t a big deal but they should have caught it. The Heat doesn’t work, under warranty so not a big deal. Also my back up camera was unplugged. I had to locate and plug in.. took 5 minutes. So overall the service and inspection process at McLarty is not where it needs to be. I just don’t understand why these big companies allow this to go on.. NO INTEGRITY! Zero!As a business owner myself, who serves the public this is unacceptable to me and needs resolved.I will not be going there in the future for any of my business purchases anymore! Very disappointed in them.
Just bought a new 2016 F150. Joseph Reed helped me out big time and made the process as smooth/ easy as possible! Great salesman and an even better man! Highly Recommend
Joseph Reed is the best. Wow great salesman highly recommend. Also has a sweet haircut. He even referred me to his barber. All around great guy. Thanks again Joseph
Brooklyn was fantastic. Throughout my search for a Jeep for my wife she continuously remembered us and listened to our concerns and needs. After our purchase she stayed in touch to make sure we were satisfied and addressed our service questions. She was always upfront and honest with us and even delivered our new Jeep to our home.
