We stopped in to this shop during our recently vacation looking for something to pass an evening. Being game fans, there was certainly a well curated, and diverse collection available for purchase, but it was by no means a large collection. The whole shop was relatively small, so there just wasnt room for more that what was there. They also had some miniature game supplies, and other accessories. Overall though, Id suspect this shop is more for a tight knit gaming community in the area and this is where they meet. For sure had the hallmarks of your typical FNG store.

Chaos owners are great. They are very knowledgeable of games and care about the players and games. They host regular card game, miniature, and RPG events. On top of that, they have one of the best communities around.

I met the store owner and she was very nice. Looking forward to visiting the shop more in the future. Great selection of paints and brushes for miniatures. Carry citadel, vallejo, army painter, turbo dork and reaper brands. Small format store with plenty of games and cards as well!

Went for the paint and take night. Spent about 3 hours there. Time flew by because it was a great experience! The owner was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about everything we asked about. We had a ton of fun! The other people there were all very friendly too! We will be back soon!

They had great service, a feel at home setting, however, they didnt have almost any of the cards I was hoping for, which I dont hold against them because they explained they arent making much profit off of it, but if youre looking for magic that isnt bulk, they gotcha, but if youre looking for any cards from this year.. this isnt the place to go.

They will go out of their way to help you find what your looking for. Always a great stock of everything. If you need it they have it !

Very nice staff, I was a difficult customer and they really took care of me despite the fact I had to return a board game. They dont normally take returns but they were nice enough to allow me to do so as long as I didnt open it. Great store and amazing paint and tool selection. I will be buying my paint from them from now on! Thanks for helping me out guys I owe you.

Nice selection of minis and paints. Lots of tabletop games and accessories. The staff was friendly and helpful when I was there. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Honestly the best place to get your cards. They have the best prices in town and the owners are both super involved with their customers.You can try out board games before you buy them. So at the very least just go and try out some board games youve been curious about.They took the time to teach me magic. Now I am hooked.This place is the best place youve never heard of.

Hands down the best game store in the area. Good selection of mini, tons of different TCG (including obscure ones) and even demo versions of some of their games, all at pretty good prices. To make things better, the owners on multiple occasions have said if youre looking for something and we dont have it, we can order itTop it off, never had a bad experience in the store as even the people you meet here are helpful and friendly which is just a testament to how good the store is.

This is a great visit every time I go in. Service is friendly and attentive and prices are fair for a brick and mortar store. I definitely appreciate the Walmart discount too!

Not helpful.I went to this shop for the second time in forever today mostly out of curiosity. As a social gamer, I enjoy checking out the local game shops, browsing their selection and chatting with the person at the counter about the products they are selling. This was not the case at Chaos Games.When I arrived, I walked into the lobby area to see one person staring at me. I asked if they had some Magic The Gathering cards, and they simply replied with, “you’ll have to use the kiosk.” Ok... so I went to the kiosk in the small corner at the front of the building. I began by searching for “Magic: The Gathering”. After 5 minutes minimum, the kiosk finally loaded an irrelevant selection of miscellaneous products. “Maybe my search was too broad?” So I looked to my left, and saw a card in a pack, Vivien of the Arkbow. I searched this card specifically. Again, 5 minutes passed, twiddling my thumbs and looking at the decorations, finally the kiosk loaded. I thought to myself, “what if I wanted multiple cards?” And laughed to myself about the idea of coming into a shop, to look online, for cards at the shop I’m looking online at.. a bit redundant.Finally the person in the back mumbled, “Guess I’ll see what’s going on up there”. When she came to the front I casually asked, “so if somebody comes in, looking for Magic card singles, this is how they find them in your store?”“Yep”.“Really?”“Yes, most people really like it. It’s really popular in our other shops.”“So if I wanted to look at your selection I can’t.. I have to look online?”“Yep”The cards were right in my eye sight but she refused to let me view them. What a business model. Good luck.

By far, the best game and hobby store in NW Arkansas. Very clean and doesnt have that funky smell and weird skeazy dysfunction a lot of stereotypical game stores have; you wont feel like you need to take a shower or get a hepatitis shot after visiting. The location is small, but the owners make up for it with excellent customer service, a healthy targeted inventory of stuff customers actually want, and a genuine care for their diverse customers. PLUS this is the only game store within literally a couple hundred miles thats as supportive of their painter and hobby customers as they are of their gaming customers. I cant say enough good stuff about this place.

It is a great place for people of all ages to play the games they love. I go there at least once a week and love every second I spend there.

This place is an easily noticed hole in the wall. Until you get inside. The owners are friendly, always present, and keep a large variety of card and table top gaming goods. They are constantly adding new items to their shelves and are always willing to order specific items for you. The people that hang out there are friendly and from all walks of life. If you are looking for a place to pick up some gaming goods, or even just a pressure free place to hangout and game or deck build, this is definetly it. The ONLY downside to this shop is there small size, and it is a very forgivable offense.This is my go to shop for all of my card gaming and tabletop needs and I highly suggest it to any and everyone!

This is the worst local game store Ive ever been to. They have almost no inventory of magic cards. I was told it is because I wanted old cards. I asked what about dockside extortionist and was told the owner didnt even know what the card was. Whatever you do dont go here absolutely a waste of time. Wouldnt be surprised to see this place go under soon.
