Other than having THE BEST MANAGERS IN ANY STORE in NW AR... for real!! HARPS also has; Fabulous mid-range priced products. And the BEST EVER 🍅🥕🥔 PRODUCE SELECTIONS!! HARPS has a whole lot of GREAT 🍫🍬🍫 chocolate options too!!ALL of the staff are really KIND, COURTEOUS PEOPLE who are ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP. And... because its a fancier store... youll have a staff member take your purchases directly to your car!!! THAT IS FANCY!!😊

In my first stop into this store, an employee stocking the freezer section asked if I needed help finding anything, I told him that I was just browsing because it was my first time there. Minutes later he brought his manager, Don, over to me who welcomed me, gifted us with their famous Martha Harp rolls, and told me if we were ever looking for something and couldnt find it to let him know and he would try to get it in. The customer service shown was truly above and beyond. I will definitely be making this a regular stop for our shopping!

It was ok. The layout of the store is a bit odd. Prices are comparable to Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market.

Instacart has done horribly for delivery but the store itself is great. Great selection of veggies. Wish they offered a Philly roll with the sushi. The meat and sides offered at the back are pretty great.

Had a chocolate chip cookie decorated for my Daughters birthday. It was the prettiest cookie that weve ever seen.. I didnt get the young ladies name but it was on Wednesday the 3rd of February 2021... this young lady went above and beyond anything that we couldve imagined!!

The pharmacy is great, the store part not so great

This grocery store and ALL its employees understand what customer service means. They will do whatever it takes to help their customers. If they dont have a particular brand or product and are advised of that they will get the product or brand in the store to test its sales to customers. Their fresh meat / seafood is the best.

This is the nicest Harps in the whole area. I wish that I could shop here every time. Maybe magically transport myself from Fayetteville and Springdale. When Im in Fayetteville and Springdale I tried to use the one on Sunset because Ive noticed that they stock that one really well. May have to do that its next to the corporate office.

Harps is my favorite place to shop. It is smaller than Walmart so it doesnt take forever and usually the produce is better (more variety and/or fresher). Although you may finder higher prices on certain items like dry cereals, there are also items you cant find at competitors such as local breads and cheeses, cotton candy grapes and others.I always receive assistance when I need it in a timely manner and has sanitizer at entrances, wipes, dividers at checkout and seems to be well looked after.

I received both my covid vaccinations at the Harps Pharmacy in Siloam Springs. There were no long lines and very little waiting. Everything was very organized and well done. Very happy with my service there.

Helpful employees and good quality produce

Have ordered party trays and cakes and the staff ate all very friendly and accommodating. The cakes are very moist and delicious. Ive ordered the deli/cheese tray and the sandwich trays. All very well put together.

Service at Harps is exceptional. I was able to find what I needed and leave quickly. Excellent meats. Nice produce. Fairly extensive selection of baked goods. I never have to wait long to check out, as they will call more cashiers to the front.

Clean, well organized, spacious, and every employee is extremely friendly. My only issue is some lack of certain products(wildberry skittles and 16oz Pepsi, where are you?!). I love the feeling this location gives me, doesnt remind me of the old style Harps buildings at all. Much more modern and cozy. I come in for things on my breaks at work and always have a very quick and pleasant time browsing the shelves.

Employees at the deli in bentonville are rude. My disabled husband had to squat down to catch his breath (his oxygen machine quit) and they came around the deli counter like he was stealing something and asked him what he was doing in a judgemental rude voice!!! And just stood there glaring at him like he was the most disgusting thing ever! I was furious.. got him up and we left!!! That was the first and last time we will ever go back there!!!!

The variety of produce here is great! Unique veggies and fruits.. priced accordingly but what can I expect. There even have a mini tomato bar. Where you can build your own contain of assorted baby tomatoes. Cool little things like that. Very clean. Kind of cold. But clean :)

The customer service is the best whether you are checking out or shopping in the store. The shelves are stocked and the store is clean. Who could hask for more?

We love Harps. Here in Wal-Mart land it is so nice to have a GREAT option! The gentle giant who works in produce is so nice and helpful. He will do his best to find you what you want.

This particular Harps Food Store maintains a very high quality of fresh vegetables, fruits, meats and Deli. As well as. some of the best seafood. In all Harps is a great store, and would seem to be their local flagship Store. the quality of the store has been high every time Ive stopped by.

Harps Marketplace is double the size of a regular Harps store. And it feels so much like Whole Foods and The Fresh Market. And I decided to go there throughout the entire year, because they have a good selection of items. And I noticed that their spice department is double the size of the spice department from a regular Harps store, which makes it very exciting, because whether I have a home cooked meal or a restaurant meal, I always add spices to my food. And I’m glad that Harps Marketplace is on the list of places where I can use the ibotta app to get cash back on groceries.

Outstanding they were the only ones with mincemeat, when at Walmart with the a manager he checked his store then all the other Walmarts and said they were all out. thank you Harps

Watch expiration dates here. Had expired products on the shelves on multiple occasions.

Great store, always clean and well organized. The meat and seafood departments are well stocked and staffed. Extra points for the adjoining gas station, always about the best price in town matching the big guys and offering ethanol free premium. Prices tend to the high side of average and as another review mentioned the once terrific fried chicken is now very hit or miss.

I feel like when I shop at Harps I should not have to put my groceries in the cart while checking out, I feel like that is the cashiers job not mine! If I want to put my groceries in the cart I will go to Walmart and use self checkout! When I shop at Harps in Bella Vista the cashiers are very friendly and polite and they put my groceries in the cart for me. Bentonville was not a good experience!

Employee attention and pleasantries towards even the friendliest customers are severely lacking, but that’s a top down issue; in both of my local stores management doesn’t make the effort either.Like the produce, and the selection of higher end grocery aisle offerings. The improvements to the meat department are also impressive. The gas discount is a big plus too. The lack of a 5th Star is solely a reflection of seeing the store filled with apathetic, yet stock owning, employees.

Found almost everything we needed

This place is awesome! Honestly, the nicest harps Ive ever been in. I would highly recommend this store if you need fresh lobster, or any other quality meats. Their bakery department is nice, and they make some pretty cool creations. If your in the area and have time this is worth the stop. It reminds me a lot of a bigger fresh market.

Went here today on my lunch break to grab a few things. The employees were all in great spirits be one gentleman (in a plaid shirt/ looked like management maybe) and lady following up to check inventory were very nice in asking everyone they walked past if they needed help and had awesome attitudes with everything going on! They are more stocked than Walmart and all the employees seem at least not absolutely miserable and if they are, are awesome at faking it which says so much! Will go here from now on instead of Walmart.

By far the friendliest staff around. It is a nice store and very clean. The best people I have ever worked for even. They treat you with respect. Like a human being not just another worker. The bosses take time in learning your name and work with you on your scheduling. Shopping is easy and very fast with everyone being so well trained in where the items around the store are located.

Love this store.. but.. it sucks when they are SUPPOSED to open at 6 and you get there at 15 after 6 and they still havent unlocked the doors. So I left as well as 2 other customers that were waiting.

Well laid out store. Competitive prices. Harps has a discount card for everyone, not just employees. Their produce is much better quality than the superstore.

Harps was my go to place for fried chicken. Not any more. The chicken is often greasy and does not have that crunch you are looking for. The strips are often piled high resulting in a soft exterior. I remember coming home and picking out my first piece out of the box. My hand was covered in grease. I was so angry I packed up the box and went back to the store. I had to wait for someone to show up at the customer service desk. I picked up a piece and squeezed it and showed how the grease oozed out of the breast. This did happen a long time ago. I go back every couple months to give it another try. Sadly, I am always disappointed. Harps had great fried chicken. I will continue giving them another try. I sincerely hope they can figure out and fix their operational issues.

Everyone is so friendly here. I enjoy shopping here for the things I cant get anywhere else or cant get nearby. I especially like the bulk food items in the back of the produce section. Ive never bought the Frog legs from the freezer section, but I love to know they are there! Oh and the pre-cut fruit is amazing! Unlike some other grocers, I do not taste any preservatives in it. It always tastes fresh and delicious! Sometimes, products are worth paying a little extra. :)

Harps is the upscale, customer oriented, grocery shopping experience in Bentonville. Immaculately clean as well! The bakery is fantastic! Produce and meats great. The deli is really good as well. My sister from Miami was amazed at the variety of items that she does not see in her city.There are a few specialty items I need (avocado oil is one of them) that I cannot find there, but Harps is my go to store.

My choice day in and day out. Well trained, knowledgeable, willing to go the extra mile, friendly, shelves stocked to meet your needs, not a computer model that cannot predict that Christmas supplies are larger than 3 packages that fit the shelf and are only ordered when a truck load from that company is needed. They take care of you!

Many times they have great produce, but not always. Love their deli section. They have Crispitos, yum!

Best Deli Fried Chicken you will ever find. I use to think Kroger had the best Deli Fried Chicken, but after finding this place I stand corrected. The chicken is fresh and has a double breading. If you are looking for good fried chicken at a reasonable price, check Harps out

Clean and well organized market. Friendly staff and I went there off peak (2:30pm) and only one cashier was open. Person in front had a lot of groceries and someone saw it and promptly rang me up with my three items. Thats service!
