My boyfriend had gone in while I sat in the car on a phone call. He had come out nonstop talking about the lady in there. How courteous she was, how she knew was she was talking about, the selection was amazing compared to other lingerie stores around, etc. I absolutely love coming in here!

Went in here to buy something for my girlfriend and the staff helped me make the right choice for us, customer service is great and i love this place… will definitely be coming back.

The two shop girls were literally so amazingly nice. It can be embarrassing in shops like these sometimes. But, they completely soothed all my nerves. I had to ask for their help because of allergies to latex products and they were super helpful in finding the right products - even going so far as to double check online to ensure safety! They were amazing and I wish I got their names.

Went to Cupids Lingerie January 19th. As we came in the door we said good morning to the lady behind the desk. She didnt reply, or acknowledge us whatsoever. Went to use the restroom (have used it before with permission) and she was very hateful. Were going to buy an item worth $1400 but immediately changed our minds after how we were treated. We will purchase it elsewhere. Also we wont be back after such terrible customer service. FYI we are repeat customers here.

My husband bought me a cute outfit but before he did, he made sure that he would be able to return it in case it didnt fit. The girl assured him he could exchange it but not get his money back. Well, it didnt fit. Not even over my HEAD. I couldnt get it on my body whatsoever. Well, he went to take it back and there was another girl who was going to exchange it, as promised, but their register wasnt working, I guess. THIS time, not only did they not honor their promise, they yelled at him, as if he did something wrong and pretty much chased him out of the store.Lies and horrible customer service. I most certainly would take my business anywhere else.

Surpassed my hopes. Flew in from L.A. to watch my boy Nelly. After the concert we kept the party going and found this jewel. Got my girl a sexy school girl lingerie and I picked up some of the rhino male enhancement pills. They had a doll that looked like a real woman. Asked if we could rent it but they said that was a no go =p To say the least they made my night.

I had a fantastic experience at this store! I bought some new toys for myself, and the lady at the counter made me feel comfortable and welcome! I was a but embarrassed at the toys I wanted, but she didnt make it awkward or weird. Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved coming into this store on Tuesday (5-28-2019). It was my first time in something like this and had no idea what i was doing. (or really even looking for). The girl working ( The name she gave me when asked was Avery) was very nice and approachable. She did not make me feel out of place or embarrassed. She greeted me and asked if I needed help finding anything. When I told her I wasnt really sure what I was looking for and explained this was the first time I had ever been in such a store. She asked some questions to ensure that I find the right product. She was very informative and knowledgeable about the products and customer needs. She presented several products to me and answered every question I had while still remaining professional and up beat about the situation melting all anxiety I had. I walked out of the store having purchased a sync couples vibrator. I am very pleased with the product and with the phenomenal customer service I received that day. When I go back (because I definitely will) it will be because of Avery!!! I have told my friends about the great job this young woman did at helping me and suggested that we all go and find a little something special.

I was not expecting to have a lingerie store in Bentonville, it was a shock to see the store a couple of months ago in the plaza. The atmosphere when I go in is always great. Theyre not harping down your neck trying to make a sale and are willing to answer questions when you have them. The toy selection varies since they always bring in new toys. I know I could spend my whole paycheck there.

This place is awful. Don’t waste your time here! Too expensive, unprofessional, and down right disgusting! Every time I go in thinking it will be different, I’m left regretting stepping in. The girls look like slobs that just rolled out of bed! I was barley greeted, and no one was ever nice or asked if I needed any help. They just stayed on their phones. They are always glued to their phones!!! The music is inappropriate, even for a sex shop. You can sell it, it doesn’t need to be in your music choice so often. One time I went in and one of the girls, who apparently got permission, was drinking. Alcohol on the job??? Really??? Save your money and just shop online. They don’t care about anything it seems. If I could rate no stars I would!!!
