Our experience with Musicworks has been amazing. They are knowledgeable, professional and yet fun. They provide excellent service. My only complaint is that they send instruments out for service and they cant control the time a repair or service will take.

My son had lost one of the string ferrules from his Fender Jazz Bass so I was searching for a new set of ferrules for him. I searched Fenders website for these and Fender did not have them listed. I ran across Reverb while searching and found these at Arkansas Musicworks. I placed the order on Wednesday and received them on Saturday. These match the originals perfectly. So I had a Schecter guitar with a crackly output jack. Sustainiac/active pickups means 2 9v batteries, and THAT means a really hard to find, 9 pin battery switching jack. Not only did Arkansas Musicworks have this part, but I received it & had it soldered into my guitar 3 days later! Now thats GREAT SERVICE.

You can go in there to find literally anything music related and if they don’t have it, they’ll move Earth to get it for you. Integrity level 10,000! Don’t waste your time anywhere else. Charged me $50 to “fix” my nut on a cheaper Gretsch. Let’s define “fix”: Step 1. Remove truss rod cover. 2. Insert new nut and two small shims. 3. Put strings back on the guitar that are already strung up awaiting your “Lutherie.”(I loosened the strings and pulled them away from the nut area for the “Luthier.”)Hrmph. Hrmph. Huh. Ha. Haha Hahaha HAHAHAHAHAHA. Oh man, so sad. So sorry. Yeah, they actually did that.NO STARS!

I wish I knew or experienced what other people have seen here. I walked in with my wife as the only customers an hour after they opened. Out of the four visible employees milling around, one nodded a hello as we walked in the front doors. Otherwise, there was no interaction from anyone. No one even bothered to notice we were leaving even though we walked next to them and the counter is 20 ft from the door.The guitar inventory was ok, acoustic guitars are less than 1/5 of the inventory and like the balance, was mid-low to low end save one or two items. There is nothing wrong with the quality and price point/selection being on the affordable side but I was a bit shocked given how pretty the property is and its overall size. I was looking for something different and would only really knock a five start review down one notch at worst.The bathrooms are very clean.

They ended up not being able to fix my guitar. Horrible. They scratched the finish on my custom guitar. Didnt put my pickups back on correctly, or even all the way. They also thought my input jack was glued in, when it clearly isnt. Made a passive-aggressive about the guitar. Dont take your instruments here.

I placed this order for my child so my child has for her class. and now my child doesnt have to study. So how much longer will my child have to wait.If you dont have one please cancel my order so I can buy it somewhere else.I am really disappointed with your service. Pretty nice place! First time I have ever been was last week and was surprised at how pretty the inside of the building was and the nice selection overall. They have some beautiful guitars in there that take up an entire wall!My only two complaints is the drum section is cramped in a corner, and I wasn’t approached or asked if I needed help a single time. There was one other customer in the building besides me and there was around four employees by the counter. I walked around the entire store for about 30 minutes and not a single time was I asked if I needed anything.Not a major deal. Nice store and I will be back!

There’s no better place to get music gear in all of NWA. Don’t ever go to Guitar Center. Even if they have to order something they’ll treat you right and get you a good price. They have a great selection of drum stuff. If you need a random hi hat cymbal arm adapter, they got it.I’ve also know a lot of the teacher there and they are some of the best musicians I’ve met, not to mention good and patience teachers.
