Brian Lee and Chris Pinya were very professional. They arrived on time and got the job done. The windows look awesome. The person setting the appointments, sorry cant remember her name, was also courteous and helpful. Wonderful experience!!!

Fun place to visit, but I wouldnt want to live there.

This is our second house using Joyce for windows. We have been very happy with every aspect. From the price, to installing ( Mark and Adam did a great job!), to any follow questions. Very professional! I always recommend them.

I worked there for 2 years doing everything I could 100%, 6 days a week . 8 hours a day. Loading semis full of windows and sunrooms . Then building frames and filling frames with foam. They didn’t not make me feel like they appreciated my efforts, and when I found a potential other job so I could negotiate on more pay they felt it a better choice to just cut ties, no negotiation. They did not honor my 2 week notice . I felt hurt, I felt used. I wouldn’t work there again.

1 star is still too much! If you would like to see pictures of the Manufacturing issues, go look at my review on their Facebook page. Had around 30 windows installed in June of 2020. 2/3 of the windows were installed in very very visible manufacturing defects (objects between the panes of glass, stripped screws, broken latches etc etc.) These issues are not the installers fault. While I have a lot of issues with the installer and being lied to by them, Joyce has been just as bad if not worse. Also note, Joyce refuses to talk to me about these issues. Phones calls, emails, and Facebook review and I am still waiting on my windows to be fixed.

Joyce came out and gave a quote we were very happy with. We signed on the same day. A week later, we had not gotten any information so we called our representative Mike Wilson. He said his VP - Brian Smith - would give us a call. He called later that day and said they couldnt honor the quote. Completely wasted our time and now we have to reschedule people to come out to our property. Avoid this company.To address the response from the owner:They are flat out lying - the number associated with this company on this google page is the one that also reached out to me to install my windows. There are also multiple positive reviews that were in regard to installation that have not been asked to be taken down. Not surprised they are trying to eliminate negative responses from such a shady company.

If I could give this company NEGATIVE stars I would!!! The company is a joke.. We scheduled 3months out, they were a no call and no show after my wife took a vacation day to be home.... then the office people tell us it will be a 1 day job... Then they had to come on a Sunday and A Thursday to finish the job...The work looks amazing!! My problem isnt with the work or the workers do the work, its with the management!!!DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!FIND OUT WHO THERE WORKERS ARE AND HIRE THEM CAUSE THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!!

The Sub-Contractors that did the roof were very good.The Sub-Contractor that did the siding and trim on our brick ranch did a very good job. Took him a while but he got it done.Both Sub-Contractors needed to do a better job cleaning up job debris.The Company itself just needs to communicate better and complete the jobs in a timely manner.COMMUNICATION, COMMUNICATION, COMMUNICATION, with their customers will eliminate lot of issues, very quickly.I do appreciate the President of the company coming out at the end of the job. He did a final inspection and spent some time cleaning up debris left by the Sub-Contractors.Overall we are satisfied with the new look of our home.

Windows were installed efficiently and the workers were excellent. They arrived on time and worked until the job was done. Very happy with our windows and have not had one problem. Also had a new screen door installed and we are also very happy with the workmanship and the product. I would recommend this company anytime. Will be getting more work done at our residence and will definitely call Joyce to do the work.

Joyce is an amazing company their products are top notch. Its absolutely wonderful knowing that they have been family owned and operated since 1955. Their customer service is the greatest. The reps are very knowledgeable! I love this company and highly reccommend them.

I will start with Im giving 3 starts only because the contractor that came was great.I out down my deposit in April. They scheduled for July 22nd and 23rd. No one called or showed on the 22nd. I had to make calls for hours to figure out what was going on. The contractor ended up calling me and explaining he had called Joyce the day before and said he was going to be a day behind due to problems at the current job. They came the 23rd. Everything was great. Then we schedulered for Sunday, all was well until the last shower panel had a chip. Thats when things went way downhill with Joyce. I had to make numerous phone calls to joyce on Monday to try to figure out when they were coming. I got no call back Monday. I called the installer he got me an answer in 5 minutes. Still no call Tuesday. Wednesday Angela from Joyce called me, she had been off. She was great in all honesty. They come Thursday finished. It looks great. I told them Wednesday I wasnt paying my remaining balance due to all of thr communication errors on their part. They tried to say i would be in breach of contract. I told them they were because returning calls is something in their control. I have no complaints about the product, the installers, the rescheduling. My complaint is they dont return calls then tried to say i was breaching a contract. When in fact they were not communicating which is 100% in their ability to control. I ended up with $500 off. I wanted $1000 due to my need to rearrange my work schedule and all the time it took me to call multiple people there. But just to be done with them I settled with the $500.

We are so pleased with the service we received from Joyce Maufacturing. They remodeled our kitchen and half bath and it turned out to be exactly what I wanted. I get so many compliments on my kitchen, it is beautiful! I would highly recommend Joyce Manufacturing to anyone else.

LOVE my Joyce windows. We replaced our picture windows with windows that open and what a fabulous difference! Cool breezes in the summer and still warm in the winter. We then returned for a few more windows in the kitchen. Well be back for more when were ready!

Great premium products for the long term value of your homes. Lifetime warranties and service. Products are not cheap, and wont be ready very fast. Thats what you get for it being completely custom made for you from top quality materials and producers

I had almost all of my windows replaced the first of May. I live in NC and it gets HOT. I had terrible windows and looked forward to a lower electric bill and to not hear my air running constantly. I loved the sales rep Barry. He was rough around the edges but Very sure of his product. The contract team was top notch as well Matt and Dan were very efficient. I love my windows and I am very satisfied. I will add one thing. I prefer work done during business hours, but the late nights were better than it not getting done quickly. Having said this, I do recommend this company and I am 100% satisfied with my BEAUTIFUL windows.

Joyce Windows is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. I am looking to buy a custom window, that few window companies are able to supply. As a result, my mother has been helping me find window companies that can make cathedral windows. She reached out to Joyce Windows to have them come do an estimate at my house. They supplied an estimate of $3,502 dollars (on June 8th). We then filled out a contract, and I made a deposit of $1052 dollars on MY credit card.From this point on they would not ever get in contact with me (I called the sales guy who came to my house multiple times, and called their headquarters). They would call my mother! She is not the owner of my home, she wasnt involved in the contract, and she did not use her money to pay for the deposit.They then reached out to my mother and asked her to supply pictures of my house and where the windows would go. The estimator should have done this. This was around June 17th.They finally contacted my mother and told her that they would need to charge an additional $800 to install my windows because of scaffolding, which had been included in my original estimate. I am 27 and I consider this a form of ageism, she repeatedly gave them my number and still they did not reach out. My mother then told them that I was no longer interested in the windows. They said they could not refund the money back to my credit card, so they would send me a check. Can you guess who the check was made out to? My mother AND I. I didnt really look at the check until I went to the bank, and it resulted in my having to wait until I saw her again to get her to endorse it. WHY WOULD MY MOTHERS NAME BE ON THAT CHECK?!?!?!? I highly recommend not going with Joyce Windows, they are the epitome of unprofessional.Also note, that the estimator did not have the right contract, so he used a bathroom contract. He crossed out bathroom to write Window.

We had a concrete contractor install a brick and stamped 8x 22 front porch on our house. We contacted Joyce to install rails and a cover on the porch. The job turned out great and we are enjoying sitting on our new covered porch.

This company wasted 6 months of our year with this shoddy sunroom. The back yard was a mess all Summer and we could not use it! They inconvenienced us all year and dont see a problem with it at all. Please take my concerns to heart and DO NOT do business with this company. You will be highly DISAPPOINTED in the work, the time frame, the professionalism and the costs.

I had Joyce put in a new sunroom at our house 2 years ago. We just love our new addition to our home. We use it almost year-round. Joyce came and installed it when they said they were going to and they finished when they said they were going to. We had a few minor things that we noticed when they were done and we called they came immediately and resolve the issues with no questions. I signed up for an estimate from this company at the IX center for mybroof to be replaced.Spoke with the rep on the phone who was a very nice lady, but the manager was VERY rude. Ha came on the phone to verify my address and the appt time. After finding out that I only wanted my roof fixed, he said this wasnt the company for me, and just basically hung up.I guess if you dont get a package, dont call this company. When I talked to the rep at the IX center, I was not told that only repairing my roof was not good enough.

Very good product, great service, warranty can be passed onto next buyer of your home.

They give you a lifetime warranty on their windows but charge a huge service call to repair them. Scam!!

My husband was handicapped, and therefore we did not leave home as much as we would have liked. We had a wonderful back porch that we liked to sit and relax. Because it dropped down from our living quarters, he had difficulty even going there.Our family encouraged us to make it into a glass enclosed porch. It took a long time to decide. When we did decide, we ask Joyce Manufacturing and another company to come in and give us a quote and some suggestions. We decided on Joyce.They raised our porch floor to meet the two doors going into the house and enclosed the whole porch with glass doors and put insulation in the ceiling.That room was my husbands favorite room! We did not add heat, but I did hang blinds when the sun set to the west. They also built a small porch off the sunroom, which was perfect.Joyces presentation, honesty, materials used and their guarantee were the big selling points for us.There were times we had to have our sliding door latches repaired. Even though we lived an hour away from the manufacturing facility, they would still come out and fix it. Now thats committed company.When I ended up selling my home after my husband passed away, the sunroom was a huge selling point for the new buyers. And the warranty was transferrable to them!I highly recommend Joyce MFG for any sunroom or replacement window needs. You wont regret it.
