This store really deserves no stars when it comes to any customer service.Walked in and there were two other people who appeared to be contract electricians, I guess. I was the only other person in the store. I waited for more than 5 minutes listening to them BS about their vacation time etc. The one person behind the counter did not ever acknowledge my presence at all when I was standing right in front of him and the two other guys. Unless you are a regular contractor with them doing business, will you get any attention or service. This is the second time this has happened to me at this store. I should have know better to even think that I would receive any good normal customer service from them. I would not recommend this place... ever! Lesson learned.

Never seen a place that cares less about their customers... Took 10 minutes to get anyones attention in an empty store. Finally one of the guys spoke to us and it felt like he was doing us a favor the whole time. Go someplace else, there is definitely better out there...

If you need it, these guys have it,.. catering to contractors and DIYers, Cooper in Bergenfield is the place to go,..and Im here often!!Come in, and get what you need FAST!!!!

Cooper Corporation are bunch of jerks but the people at my local store are great they give you the respect that you deserve as a long-time client as opposed to the cooper corporation treating you horribly
