Great place! I took my Samsung Galaxy s8plus to have the battery replaced after Version told me it was impossible to replace, it couldnt be done, I would have to buy a new phone. Which was a lie. The gentleman replaced the battery right in front of me and did a great job! It only took about a half hour. I definitely recommend this place!!

Not a satisfactory experience. Brought an apple watch in for a screen replacement after phoning to obtain a price. They advised me it would be ready in a few hours. I called several hours later to see if ready and they advised it would not be done for a few days because they had to order a part. I decided since they were ordering a part I had better re-verify the price that they provided and they confirmed the price. The next morning they called that it was ready. I went over to pick it up and they handed me my watch in the condition shown in the photo. I asked what they thought was acceptable about returning my watch to me with a replaced screen containing scratch marks and scuffs on it. It was clearly used and in poor condition. They called the person who performed the repair and that person said he followed the instructions given by the boss. She then called the boss and the boss said to knock $20 off the price which I wouldn’t agree to since I wanted a screen without flaws. I was told he would call me in 2 days. I left the watch at the store. The boss called me the next day and said it turned out the part needed would be double the price of what they quoted me. I realize it’s an expensive part so that’s not the issue. The issue is they should have told me this before replacing my screen with a used and unacceptable one. He provided me 3 options: pay the higher price to get a screen in new condition, take it as-is at the quoted price and he would throw in 2 additional items to protect the screen from breaking again, or get the watch back as I brought it in. I opted for option 3. I went a few days later to pick up the watch and was handed it back with the screen fully dislodged and glass shards sticking out. It was in much worse condition than when I even brought it in originally. I brought the watch for a proper repair elsewhere (which charged me $10 more than this place) and they found a critical component inside the watch was missing. So not only did they return the watch to me in awful condition, it never would have worked again without this component. In addition, not a real friendly or professional environment. Sorry can not recommend. This job was really botched.

Absolutely horrible. My phone was ready on a Saturday, I didnt recieve it til the following Wednesday. They werent returning any phone calls and store was closed for days. Not how a business should be run. Dont let me get started on how my Google accounts were being hacked....

Sent my father to Verizon in New Providence saying they would be able to help him.... ended up costing him double then just getting another phone

Happy with the repair. brought phone in to fix a reboot issue, turns out motherboard need to be swapped. they charged about 95$, when the phone was ready in a week the staff gave me the wrong sim tray, and it got stuck in the sim reader. A week later they fixed it by swapping the board again at no cost. honest mistake, they were responsible and friendly. i asked for my old board back b/c of data left over on there and they gave it back to me. Would recommend these guys!

Horrible service they don’t any speak English They order a part for my lab top never call to let me know if it arrived . When it arrived they lost the part allot of confusion and no communication with the customer. I waited 2 weeks . Finally I told them give me back my deposit I will go somewhere else. They might repair cell phone but other repairs like lab tops and other electronic they suck .

The costumer service here is amazing, great prices and amazing products!! The am employee helped me fixed my phone and I swear it’s like it’s brand new, he can fix anything ! If you need you at phone fixed this is the place to come.

Employee there wasn’t wearing a mask and had what seemed like a soar throat, Went through phone, fitted the wrong screen protector, and took 45 minutes + to fit one screen-protector and a case.

I have been to iFix in Berkley Heights several times over the years, Employee is knowledgeable and courteous. Never had a problem with the repairs.

Got my device repaired here took no longer then 20 minutes. The repair they did for me on my screen came out great! Phone looks brand new!! Thanks to these awesome techs and there wonderful customer service. Definitely will be coming here again for any other future repairs.

I went to the Apple store to replace a broken iPhone screen. Apple said they couldnt replace the screen and instead said I needed a new phone. I felt like Apple was much interested in up selling me. I said no thank you and went to I Fix Your Cell in Berkley Heights. They quickly and efficiently replaced my screen and for a much more reasonable price than what Apple was orginally asking for.

Thanks for the $60 refund.Lets go over the facts:The tech at the Berkeley Heights location gave me an iPhone 6 screen for my iPhone 6s, resulting in bricking the phone.When I brought it to your attention, you denied any responsibility and forced me to buy a new phone for $600 out of pocket.$60 does nothing to cover the $600 I had to pay out of pocket to cover your shops mistake.2 stars because the techs are generally decent people. To Alex, the owner - honestly I expected better from you. $600 lesson learned, I will not go here again.
