My email file became corrupted and I could not send or receive mail. The problem was resolved in less than a day with all old messages retained. The cost was very reasonable. This will be the place I turn the next time I have computer issues.

Computer crashed. Would not start Windows. Thought there wasnt much hope, but at least wanted to save my files. Christian replaced the hard drive and restored all my files and programs. Everything is the same as before except that my PC runs better than it has in years. Very Happy.

Had a catastrophic hard disc failure. CS was able to recover all of my data and also installed the newer version of the operating system. That was a year ago and everything has run fine since then. Im a self employed consultant and need my notebook everyday. So I was pleased when it was ready in less than 48 hours.

Tried to upgrade my Ram for my Gaming PC, turns out i couldnt do it by myself. I couldnt get display on my computer and I just needed a troubleshoot. So I went to Tech and they really helped me out. They upgraded my Ram from the Ram i gave them and they gave a full diagnostics, just in case if I had any other problems with my PC. Really good service and Christian really gave me good advice about my Save data.

Got very practical suggestions after checking the issues of my laptop

Recently had a laptop repaired here, they replaced a damaged screen. It ended up being a nightmare, trouble getting the correct part caused delays, customer service was terrible. the laptop was in mint condition when it went in, just had some bad pixels. On getting it back it was a completely different condition, the job was very sloppily done, function keys no longer work, the fan is loud now, never could hear it before, lot of damage. Not sure what happened, but will never use this company again. Very expensive repair. The screen was $88 from HP, I checked, but they charged me $300... Live and learn.

I had a dell laptop I purchased in early 2017. Over the last year it had slowed down and took forever to boot up. I was ready to throw it through the window.I dropped off the laptop and wanted to see if they could replace the drive with a SSD drive.Upfront they told me they needed to check the pc. I ok’d it. They ended up replacing the drive, cleaned the pc operating system and installed a 1 year virus scan/malware program.This took a little over a week. I got it back, and it works better than expected.I thought the price was fair, and I am very happy with my laptop again.I plan to use them for any future computer repairs!
