Excellent customer service. Called to order my boss, who lives nearby this store, a gift (Im located in NY). The owner worked with me to select several scotches within my budget, she sent me a photo of the basket she created and was even able to deliver the gift same-day.

Nice selection for a midsize store, prices are reasonable, the guy who owns the place will work with you if you are buying any fair quantity. He knows his stuff too, can recommend good wines.Not overwhelming and thats key. I dont want to walk into a store and be bombarded with 15000 random wines, I want to come in, see the very best wines at each price range, and go.Sell all sorts of beer and liquor too, give it a try.

The customer service is appalling. I felt uncomfortable as I was grunted at by the check-out person who did not appear to want to be at the store or serving me. Prices are 20-50% greater than comparable Trader Joes wines. I had hoped the move from Kings to an independent store would make them more competitive. Alas not. I went three times over the course of 12 months in the hope I was wrong. Its simply a terrible, over-priced experience.
