Really nice service and cheapest price in East bay. Their assistant Sara was so kind and contacted few times and offered cheapest price. I spend 35minutes to replace my driver side window. Great team, goos quality and great service. I called to other places to get quotes and Paramount was the cheapest and same day service. Highly recommended...

Paramount is great! I just got my front windshield done with them. They were very prompt responding to my quote request and answered all my questions. I got scheduled that same day and the technician drove out to me and got it done in ~45 minutes. Their price was super competitive, even with OEM glass. Thank you :).

Was able to get a fast quote and book an appointment next day via a 3rd party site. Came in in the morning and they were done with job in 20 minutes. (Just the rear passenger side vent window no gluing needed) Good service and good price compared to other online quotes.

After the glass was installed, the door lock didnt work right. When we took it to the dealer, they said the door lining had been misplaced and glue was all over. Avoid this place if you want to get it done right.

I cant say enough good things about them. They had the glass in stock and were able to put it in 2 hours after I called. They were WAY cheaper than Safelite. (Safelite wanted $400.....Paramount did it for $201.) Lito had the window installed and the broken glass vacuumed out in less than 30 minutes. They were great.

Very expensive one online and found cheaper places

In the middle of a roadtrip I had my rear window (trunk/hatch) smashed in SF. After calling a dozen autoglass shops, Paramount was the only place that could get my Foresters untinted rear hatch glass in stock the next day. They were incredibly courteous and professional, starting with the phonecall in which they patched in a Geico rep to get the insurance claim taken care of ahead of time. Rolled into the shop at the appointed time the next morning, the technicians were very friendly and helpful. Rolled out an hour later with new glass. They saved me a ton of hassle on a road trip and I cant recommend them enough!

These guys are really good. I had both my windshield and rear side glass on my Honda done by Paramount. Their prices are truly reasonable and they are very courteous. They will replace my girlfriends Solaras windshield next. Hans was even so nice to help me repair a few chips on my windshield. I called around for quotes to replace my broken rear hatchback window, and they had the lowest price in the neighborhood. Service was through, quick, and friendly. Fingers crossed for no more car break-ins, but if it happens Ill be coming back here.

The. Worst!!! Twice had to cancel because they could not get here in the promised timeframe. The first time, the tech thought he could get from Richmond to Lafayette midday on a Saturday in 10 minutes. Seriously? In what Bay Area decade? So they were going to be 20 minutes late, at best, outside of their promised window, after I had already waited for 3 hours, and I had to get to work. So I agreed to give them a second chance and rescheduled.Yep, once again after waiting, they called last minute and said the technician couldnt arrive in the promised time frame, which was first thing in the morning this time (between 8-9 am).You have two jobs: 1) repair auto glass, and 2) arrive at appointments. Ill never know if you can do the first since you cant even manage to do the second.

Great service. i was referred by a friend to this simple business. these guys have the cheapest prices on brand name windows(subaru, etc.) i called them at 2:14pm. i’m writing this review at 3:35pm. they replaced my rear view window in under 2 hours.

When the glass cracked on my 2012 Honda after a rock hit it, I made an appointment with another company to replace it. Then I found that that company would not use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) windshield glass. So I got a quote from Paramount Auto Glass, 725 Folger Ave, Berkeley, CA 94710. That quote, which they emailed to me, was in the amount of $290.92. The quote stated, Orig. Manufacturer Glass Provided and OEM Glass. After I scheduled the appointment with Paramount to have the new windshield installed, I checked with my insurance company. Then I spoke with Bessie at Paramount, who told me that an OEM Honda windshield would cost $1,111.93, including $935.79 out of my pocket, and that an after-market windshield would cost $355.88, including a $100 deductible cost to me. That is bait and switch, plain and simple. Im having another company replace my windshield.
