As a new boat owner of a not-so-new sailboat, some things are just not convenient or easy to do without a crew. One of those things are “pump-outs”. I was referred to these folks by the Marina at Pier39.They walked me through their service and what I needed to do since I was not going to be at the boat when their mobile boat pump-out was going to service.Extremely friendly staff. They bill you after instead of a credit card up front.Btw, their online booking /scheduling tool is the simplest I’ve seen. 👍🏻 📆
Used this service to have the waste tank emptied. It cost 38 dollars. I paid in full and asked for nothing in return in the form of refund or return service. They were prompt and on time. The only problem was I needed to take my boat to a public pump out to do a proper job. I am super disappointed because pumping out my waste tank is not on my favorite things to doo doo list. Know what I mean? The only reason I would suggest this service to anyone is if your waste tank is overflowing and you cannot move the boat. Then and only then, a careless, rushed job is worth the cost.
Hooked his pumpout hose to my freshwater tank (not my waste tank) thereby contaminating it. Fortunately I was there to see his guy do it. I am not a happy camper.
I was in a jam and needed emergency repairs. Dan was friendly, professional and most importantly delivered on his promise to get it fixed. Worth every penny to have a dependable service like Bay Green. Five stars.
Amazing peeps
