Many popular items are available for purchase in this store. Anyone can see them, touch them, and ask questions before buying them. The store staff members are knowledgeable and friendly. Personally, i am not a fan of the Amazon online store because they bankrupt many businesses that were operational for many generations. In this particular case, it is a physical store. Therefore, i salute them. We need more actual stores just like this one.

Great prices even for non Prime members

Its was great! Enjoyed walking thru. Parking was easy for a weekday. Got books for my grandson and a Ninja Foodi for my wife. She had been wanting one but wouldnt pull the trigger till she saw it at the store where she could touch it and see it. Didnt leave without it! Downside: it is small. Upside, it wasnt crowded when we arrived at 2:30pm.

I’m a fan. Their product selection is some of the best selling items on Amazon. You’ll find a little bit of everything here and of course Amazon products (ie. kindles, echos). If you’re looking for a last minute gift, this spot is always a good option.I also often times choose to return items here that I purchase online.The employees are always helpful and friendly.

It’s a small store, but packed with Amazon best sellers and helpful staff. Well worth the visit, especially if you’re an Amazon regular. There are only 3 of these stores in America, so if you’re nearby, drop in.

Also carries kitchen goods, baby and pet accessories, and a good selection of books and games. Helpful staff, decent covid precautions. You can return online items here and sometimes youll get a discount code for sameday purchases. 2 free parking lots nearby helps in a congested area.

This store is an unexpected mess. Inventory is random. Where you go when you don’t know what junk to get. Totally not a 4 star store.

Great concept for a store: it’s a brick and mortar shop decided by how well products perform on Amazon.com with reviews to entice you. Still, the prices and selection can’t quite compete with the website itself.

Its a trash store which is indicative of the company. Its funny because things on amazon are usually a very good price but in the store they are sold way above market value.

This is a pretty neat place. I actually like having an Amazon store because you can SEE the product. The staff was pretty quick and friendly with some knowledge on the books I purchased and the electronics I was interested in.

This store was so easy and convenient. I went to actually return a package which was the easiest process Ive ever experienced. There was no box and no return label needed just process the return on online. They send a code that is emailed to you and then you drop off the package

I loved this store, we did Black Friday shopping. There wasn’t any line, everyone asked if they could help us . We shopped untill we dropped and 4 star had everything we needed . C

Super easy returns. No repacking, no label printing, no shipping. Take the items to the counter and the clerk scans a QR code from the Amazon app on your phone. Done.

Staff is always easy to locate, and very helpful & friendly. Returns are a breeze - just let them scan the return barcode from your phone. No box, label, or any shipping items required. They will even recycle the original shipping box if you need to dispose of it. The store is also very pet friendly, and my dog has been made to feel very welcome on every visit. Even though its a small store, Ive never had an issue with people keeping socially distant while shopping or in line. Overall positive experience both pre and during pandemic.

I feel like this store has never really captured what I go to amazon for, which is cheap basics. There’s a wise selection of stuff, but it’s never particularly deep. It’s high quality stuff, clearly, but generally not what I’m looking for.Definitely a good place to pick up a gift, though. There’s probably something in there for everyone you know.

Came here to return an online order and really liked the store! To be honest I didnt return my online order and this store came up as an option on the website I would not have known this store was here. The staff were super friendly and the store was full of popular products. And Prime members get 20% pretty much everything! Whats not to like?

What an awesome store! (If you like corporations like Amazon taking over the world that is). They have a ton of items and I do believe they are all rated four stars and up on the website. Whats even better is that some of the items are slightly discounted if you have prime! The pros about this store is that you can see what items other people like and at least you are guaranteed a decent product.

I came here twice, both times to return an Amazon package. Both times they served me quickly (no line) and it took like a minute. Super fast. Theres parking right outside too, so youre in and out quickly which was what I needed. They also sell stuff, but I didnt look around. There were several other people there shopping though.

Idk if I’m allowed to give 5 stars to somewhere called “Amazon 4-star” but okay. There was tons of stuff ranging from yoga mats to kids toys to books and technology. Sections were sorted by whats popular in the bay or by Christmas top sellers. It was definitely an interesting idea for a store and theres plenty of selection. I would probably come back and recommend this location to others.

They didn’t take my return, because their address wasn’t showing up on my phone on the amazon’s page. There’s another amazon store was keep coming up I guess on Bancroft Ave. That is really annoying. It’s not Amazon’s representative’s fault but I’m not a happy about it.

They have a lot of planners and books and electronic products, some fun kitchen and decor items, a small collection of stuff for kids... not a huge selection, but its fun to get things in store and you show your Prime account and get Prime sale prices.

Love that this is here. Makes returning Amazon purchases no hassle and so easy. No box or label needed. Just setup return online and give them the produce, scan a code on your phone and your done. Bonus they say give them up to 2 days to process your return, but both times I returned through this store got my return payment within 2-3 hrs or leaving the store.

Its Amazon live in living color. I love, you get to see and touch your items before you buy. You can also return items ordered online. There is limited parking. Everytime I went I was able to find parking.

Four stars for four star.Jokes aside, its an interesting idea, having a brick and mortar for a curated selection of items. But more than likely wouldnt ever go out of my way to go there due to it not seeming to focus on any one thing. Seems it really wasnt thought out just a hodge podge of random items. Think it would be better off focusing on big ticket items and other things people would want to see before buying. Is nice and simple for returns though.

I wanted to like this store and it is a good product showcase and place for returns but there have been too many issues.(1) The staff doesnt know the Amazon products well (e.g. gave me wrong information on what streaming services are supported).(2) They sold me Amazon products for more than the Amazon website and wouldnt adjust the price so I had to drive back and return the items. Edit: When I talked to customer appointment they created an RMA. When I tried to return the items in person to speed up the return they wouldn’t let me return them.(3) The staff is generally friendly but I did have a very unpleasant experience with a staff member who was offended because I didnt notice them talking to me from 10 yards distance while I was chatting on my phone.

I needed to return an item to Amazon. This store takes returns, no need to repackage and ship. They just scan the emailed return QR Code off your smartphone. Very convenient service Amazon 4-star offers.

Almost random collection of stuff, but its all pretty good I guess?

How much of this stuff is toys for adults - shiney object distractions? How much of this stuff do I not need? Most of it. Retail therapy for bored middle to upper class people. If you want to feel like an alogrhythm-led product of the Amazon juggernaut, ( you ARE the product as well as the consumer) this is the place for you.

We just stumbled upon the store while visiting the Fourth Street Shopping District. Came in handy for a buying some gifts for 2 of our Godkids.Place has types of products sectioned off with signs. Upon checking out, one is directed by the cashier to open your Amazon app where you will find your barcode to check out with. Easy checkout, then again we just had 4 items total and there was no wait in line.Not bad for a first visit.

Convenient place to easily refund your amazon purchases

Ok... Im walking down 4th street and lamenting the loss of 1000 Cranes and a few other stores and I see the Amazon 4-star store. Really? was my honest first thought. I was a bit taken aback seeing it as I walked by without going in. I did some shopping on the street, ate lunch, and was walking back to the car when I passed by again. I paused, and thought, how bad could it be, Sharper Image bad, or Seen on TV bad?. I like Sharper Image..., so I went in. Wow, I dont know what to say except I owe an apology to Amazon. Its a great store. I didnt have much time and could only spend 10-15 minutes in the store. I could have spent much more time going through each section. I did do some serious buying, so maybe I couldnt afford more time...The store is broken into sections and each section is a topic (kitchen, electronics, etc) and each section has an impressive array of items. Its hard to describe, but they did do a pretty amazing job of stocking things (at least) I would be interested in buying in each section. Final word on the store. The staff was AMAZING. I dont think you could find a group of nicer, helpful, and or more pleasant people. Amazon did an unbelievable job with the people.

Bought a defective wireless d link camera a few months ago, i was not aware of the 30 only return policy. You have been warned. Test any electronics the day you buy it, dont wait several months like me. Now i have a useless d link camera!
