Beautiful store with a great selection of everything!

My hubby bought these lovely earrings in the San Francisco store while in the city, I had to exchange them the following week in the Berkeley store (with the original receipt and card on hand) for a new pair since the stud came right off the day he bought it. No problem there, but when I got home (Sacramento) and it was time to take them off the same thing happened. What a bummer I thought, since I really liked them & it was a present. So I came back to Berkeley the following week realizing later that I forgot my husbands card with which he paid the original earrings with. I really did not appreciate the comments from the sales representative that she repeated 3 times in front of everyone like a was some sort of scammer on how the owner of the store is doing a favor for giving me a refund for the broken merchandise, that I had to return to Berkeley 2 times at this point & which I had a receipt for. It was a humiliating experience and I left the store embarrassed. I am very disappointed.

Very helpful and friendly staff. So many fun things to buy. Great selection and good prices worth check out if you are in town.

Unfortunate that I wasnt there to shop-I was taking inventory. If I had known about this boutique, I could have done all of my Christmas shopping there. Everything in the store was unique, beautiful, funny and EVERYTHING was 40% OFF!(They closed early for inventory; I was amazed at the number of customers trying to get in there)

Friendly staff, everything they sell is so cute. I stop by here whenever I’m nearby.

Great sale at the end of the year. And they carry Hobo bags in all the new colors! A bit pricey otherwise.

This is one of the smaller Therapy stores in the Bay Area. The staff are very friendly and genuinely nice.

Always find cute gifts and charming locally crafted jewelry. Also nice handbags and cards. OK, so i bought the cat butt refrigerator magnets. A purrrfect gift.
