Very friendly staff. However, I went in to print a poster on a Sunday at mid-day (around 11:30 am) and was told that it would be ready to pick up at 5 pm. I selected this printer due to their same-day availability, and called and showed up in person to confirm they were capable of a same-day turnaround. After being reassured that it was not a problem at all my wife and I went to SF with the intent of returning that day. Unfortunately I got a call around 2:30 pm saying that they had a staff emergency and I wouldnt be able to pick up my poster unless I came in right away as they were closing for the day. Understandable, but unfortunate. I called back and tried to arrange pickup for the next day as I couldnt make it in a short time frame. No one answered the phone after 2 attempts. The next day my wife went in at 9:25 am (should be open at 8:30 per their website) and there was a sign on the door saying summer hours were 10-4 and they werent open. She went back around 11 am and the poster hadnt even been cut yet. She had to wait in the store while they prepared the poster and spent over 15 minutes there. After missing their promised deadline and wasting my wifes time they didnt even offer a discount. I would not use their services again, and would recommend you look elsewhere if you are in a time crunch.

Have used ZeeZee a few times for last minute print jobs and have always had everything come out just as promised. They helped me set up my documents to print correctly. Excellent service with a friendly staff.

Hard working staff, but if they have problems with the printers you have to fill out a lengthy work order form with information already in the email request. Also made the customer before me pay for a wrong print.

Poor customer service: If you are looking for a soft copy of passport photo then avoid going to this place. They scan the photos they take as PDFs and then proceed to crop the scanned PDF to convert to a JPEG. You will end up with a pixelated electronic copy of your passport photo. I ended up going into another shop to take another passport photo. The difference between a scanned-and-cropped passport photo and the original photo shot by the camera is day and night! Go to Metro Publishing on Bancroft for passport photos, they are pricer but definitely worth it since the photo quality is way much better.
