This place is great! I came here yesterday to find if they have this cactus I wanted for my 2 tortoises to eat and a matter of fact they did! They also have so much other plants and cacti. This place was so good that I came back the next day buying the same exact plant! My tortoises love these and just a little bonus they even have 2 redfoot tortoises there! Great place, great staff, and overall great vibes!

This is a well curated-collection of specimen quality cacti, euphorbia and other succulents. But the prices are beyond stratospheric - in some cases 400% of the prices elsewhere. If youre doing more than just a tiny area, you may go broke getting your plants here. For a good selection of succulents at much more affordable prices, try the Home Depot in San Rafael.

Great collection of planters for outdoor and indoor growing, including specialty pots suitable for succulents, air plants or loose change. Gift collection also: cards, soaps, kitchen cloths. Best place for carnivorous plants because they have knowledgeable staff who grow them. And, needless to mention, they have cactus and succulents from huge to tiny. Finally, the soil collection is the best.

Im what you call a plant guy. I have a lot of strange and exotic plants at home, and Ive gotten a large percentage of them from Cactus Jungle. They carry a great selection of rare plants, cacti, and some houseplants as well. I can get things here that I cant get anywhere else in the whole Bay Area. One thing to note is that the plants they sell are extremely healthy specimens. Its not even a contest compared to other nurseries.The staff is extremely knowledgeable as well, and friendly. I literally come here once a week just to see whats new. Maybe I have a problem? But the solution is more Cactus Jungle.

This is an absolutely amazing nursery that has one of the best selections I have ever seen. I was there looking for lithops, but they did not have any at the time. The owner or manager was kind enough to let me know that they have not been able to get any in for months and that he was growing some himself that wont be ready for a for some time as they take a while to grow. I spoke to nearly all of the employees one on one and they were so kind and great to work with in giving suggestions on what to buy and how to grow them. I will be back! Maybe too often.

The people there are super knowledgeable! Social distancing was practiced and I seen constant sanitizing during my short trip there. They did not make me feel uncomfortable at all and very friendly. I do recommend you repot your plant when you get it home. One my plants had too much dead matter on the rhizomes and the other was super bunches up. Either was I am super excited and I won’t put a star down because of my experience but please repot your plants when you get it home.

Great selection every time I have gone. Great loyalty program. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Always my first stop when plant shopping! They take great care of their plants as well!!

Despite being short staffed, they helped and instructed their customers to maintain safe distance. Plants are healthy, they have a unique way of potting them up using lava rock. Most of their cactus are either too dressed or potted in lava rock, which is a very underrated way of growing plants. Hopefully they make expansions soon.

The best spot for cacti in the East Bay. Everything from 2 inch starter blooms to full grown gorgeously groomed cactus to coffee table arrangements. A great selection of bamboo, house plants, native plants, and veggie/herb starters.

Cute little nursery specializing in, you guessed it, cacti. There are a few Unusual specimens here so check back regularly. Theres also a good selection of cute offering of decor products for terrariums and potting! Say hi to the giant turtles!

Lots of cactuses, courteous and helpful staff, good social distancing measures

Very nice quality and selection of plants, mostly succulents and cacti. If you are there at the right time, you will run into some exotic interesting plants. They also have some collections of pots and planters including terracottas. Staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. They opened another location in Marin few years back, which is also nice.

The plants are beautiful but the people were extremely rude to my boyfriend. Who made a big purchase. Disappointed.

Absolute sweethearts who are informed and so helpful.The place is great. I came with a plant I thought I killed and they repotted it for me and talked me through how to keep them growing (I didnt actually kill it).Helped talk us through soil and fertilizer for other plants.Relatively good prices (not that Id know, but hey).👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Besides the prices being a bit high they have a good selection, my friend and I have gone to many cactus and succulent nurseries and I quite liked the selection they had. They definitely have many different types of cactus and some different succulents (the place itself is smaller than other nurseries we’ve been to but have a better selection than many of the larger ones).

The staff are experts, the collection is amazing, and the set up is beautiful. You can find air plants, hanging plants, and types of cacti and succulents that I have never seen as well as other items to make the best gift ever. I definitely would recommend this place if you want to make a unique gift for any occasion.

Only seen pics of this establishment online, but Im truly impressed with what I see and willing to make the trip to California just to see all it has to offer. This is definitely the place to visit if youre looking for CACTUS plants. 🤗

I believe that an asteroid the size of a food bowl landed in this planet containing molecules of plants from other galaxies but, Cactus jungle thats a great variety of this plants suspicious Ive never seen before the energy was intense and the staff was very friendly. This place is also not far from the famous Punk Rock Club 924 Gilman you can actually walk from it to here. The ceramic pots a nice little gadgets for your garden were an excellent addition to the store, also may I add they have a crystal selection. This place rules. Okay I hope it written a long enough paragraph review so I can get my Google points.

Very spikey and cute, full of wonderful plants, cactus and succulents. Also they carry neat doodads, candles and lotions. Adorable enamel pins, and terrarium kits. Fun plans to visit, great gift ideas, and a good resource for your own garden. Helpful, friendly staff.

This is a great shop! Amazing selection of plants and pottery. All the plants seem very well cared for and are well labeled (always nice to have when looking for something specific). Only complaint is that they are a bit pricy.

Delightful, educational, and the most beautiful cactus, what more can you ask for. Most of all, the sales people are cactus educated. If you are looking for unique and well groomed plants this is the place.

Ok selection of plants. Super rude staff. Asked if there was a discount for buying more, was literally scolded for Not wanting to pay their suppliers a fair price (btw. they use the SAME suppliers as East Bay Nursery, who sells plants at a better price, and offers a discount for large purchases!)
