After my latest experience here I felt compelled to write a review. Ive never been so blown away by customer service and salesperson knowledge. Theres some smart people who really know their stuff and they are happy to share that knowledge.Also, their inventory is awesome: you got your weird stuff, your cool stuff, your quirky stuff, modern stuff, crafty stuff all at a wide range of prices. You are bound to find something you like here.

Beautiful selection of mid-to-high end lighting, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Good LED options too. They have a nice mix of floor, wall, ceiling, decorative, and outdoor lighting. It makes me wish I had a bigger house! They really pack a lot of selection into a relatively small store. Berkeley Lighting is so much more pleasant than Home Despot. I mean Depot. Its a standard stop whenever we need new home lighting.

Berkeley lighting is the best. All the people are extremely knowledgeable and the quality cant be beat. Its expensive, however. Tip: if you go in with your designer or interior decorator, they usually get a substantial discount.

Large unusual selection of lighting fixture. Salespeople are nice, friendly and very helpful.

A hard-wired pendant lamp in my house stopped working a few weeks before Christmas. I was thinking Id need to order a new one when I walked in here - but they tested it, diagnosed, and fixed it on the spot. Stunningly awesome service here.

It was a pleasure to work with. We did our entire indoor/outdoor lighting of our remodel with Berkeley Lighting and I can say that their prices were very competitive. For those of you who like shopping in EU, I advise Dubai (duty free zone) where you can buy your lamp for $52.

Excellent customer service! I went there to buy some recessed cans today and didnt realize there was a parking lot on the side of the buiding that I could use. My order came in a big box and though I could probably carry it since it wasnt super heavy, a staff member that was helping me (I believe his name is Andrei) offered to help me carry it to my car without me even asking. Not sure if he noticed my pregnant belly or that is just how nice all the staff here are... Either way, I was very happy he offered! He helped me carry the box to my car which was parked around the corner and across the street! Sooo nice!!! Definitely coming back here for my lighting needs!!!
