I received great help from Colleen with ordering and order followup. The decorative wire mesh I received is beautiful. One panel for my custom cabinet doors was a bit flawed, but Colleen and TWP provided excellent customer service and had a no charge replacement out to me within a day.

I ordered my items on a Thursday- paid for 2 day shipping- they didn’t “process the order” until the next Wednesday. Then shipped 3 day to arrive the following Monday. They wouldn’t refund any part of the shipping and wouldn’t refund the order until they received it back from FedEx which they had it in their powers to do- not me. Worst customer service. Don’t buy here buy from McNichols.

Called this place and got very rude customer service who didnt listen and talk over.. then hang up on me.. bravo!
