If I could post this with zero stars then I would! Extremely rude woman behind the counter, no professionalism. My UPS packages were dropped off there instead of my apartment. And when we called to enquire she was irritated, rude and asked if she should book us an Uber to get there. All of this right after a Hello. If youre interested in interacting with a civilized, professional person who doesnt hamper your mood then this place is NOT for you.

Have had mail service with them for almost 2 years. Have had my mail forwarded to me out of town, and overall had a really excellent experience here. Would highly recommend their boxes.

I recently openned and closed my mailbox at this place due to the lack of transparency from the owner. I also put in a request to have my mail forwarded back to my residence but it could not be fulfilled. My belief, that she had something to do with it and is holding any mail that may still arrive at her business so she can attempt to try and steal another package from me. That was my experience there.
