I have ridden up north for over a decade on an ATV in the summer and 2021 is my first year on a sled. Since I live in Central NH, I dont have any relationship with any dealer or shop up north yet. I made a call to Dalton Mountain Motor Sports on a Friday to ask if they had any carbides in stock for my sled since my dealer near home was out of stock. They confirmed they had some in stock and I mentioned I was going to be riding by on my sled the next day and THEY SAID THEY COULD INSTALL ON THE SPOT! That was unexpected and I not only thank them for the fast service but the great advice too! Thank you so much you friendly bunch of people! Now I love my sled it rides 100% better! Glad to be building relationships up north!

Hands down the best service I have EVER received!!! If I could give more stars I would! I came from 2+ hours away in Southern Maine to service my sleds here because of the incredibly quick turn around they quoted(along with good reviews online!) When I got there, I found everyone to be incredibly friendly and SO helpful! Even with the long drive from home, I will be using Dalton mountain motorsports for ALL my ATV/snowmobile service needs!

On the website it lists that they do rentals. The woman that answered the phone was incredibly rude when I asked for information about the rentals. Being a new rider, she informed us they dont rent to people that dont know how to handle the equipment and suggested to call someone that would show or train. But couldnt actually come up with a name or other group. I wouldnt do any kind of business with these folks. Sorry for asking about information on your website, maybe you should add that you dont rent to new riders.

I have been there a few times and asked lots of questions. To which i got great, informative answers. I havent purchased yet but when I do I will drive up from central mass to do so.

Disappointed Local Customer. Repairs went two weeks beyond estimated time. Several Items stolen from storage compartment. Wouldnt do business there again.

Great customer service. Service department litterally dropped what they were doing to fix my coolant leak on my renegade. I was back on the trails in just over an hour. Highly recommend

Rented an ATV here. Pricier than across the street and they make you top off the gas which logistically isnt the easiest thing to do. Machine was nice though.

Ive now been in a couple times to Dalton Powersports in Berlin. One day we were riding and one of my atvs broke down, we were able to limp to the shop, and even though that they did not have the parts in stock, the mechanic there was able to temporarily fix the problem so we were able to ride the rest of the weekend. On top of it, he was very busy in the shop and took time out of his busy day to help us out. The other time that I was in I was asking about a new model, but was not sure if it would fit in my trailer. They were kind enough to let me test if it would fit in the trailer. Although it did not fit, It was a very gracious gesture. I would highly recommend Dalton Powersports as they have excellent customer service

Thanks to Mike and Dalton Mountain motorsports I am a proud and happy owner of a 2019 outlander 850xt-p! After dealing with several dealerships from NH,CT,NY,and even NJ, it was this dealership that made things quick, easy, straightforward, and honest. Couldn’t find that anywhere else. Being from CT, I did most of my buying through emails. Responses to my concerns and questions were answered quickly and I never felt like there would be a surprise cost or change throughout the whole process. I drove 5 hrs. And I would do it again. Even on the purchase day my trade in value remained where I was quoted and I was shown the areas that needed subtracted from the range quote. My new ATV was Inspected, tested and a complete run down of its operation and important features was shown to me. Paperwork and loan approval was simple and hands free with the exception of signatures. If your looking for a Can Am Product and don’t feel like haggling over set up fees and rebates Vs Distination fees and processing fees Vs MSRP, then I can highly Recommend Mike in sales at Dalton Mountain motor sports of Berlin!!!!
