So my data was not working on my phone and I went to US Cellular because that was my carrier at the time. They told me that the sim reader broke and that I basically needed a new phone. So I bought the iPhone X not knowing any better that I could fix it by myself. About 4 months later I was with my friend and she told me to take the SIM card out of my current phone and put it in the one that they said was broken so I did thinking that she was being ridiculous and within 10 seconds the screen said phone activated. So basically I bought a new phone when it was not need and wasted my money that I earned. I was extremely dissatisfied and unhappy that this happened. Wish I could say I had a better experience:(

We purchased a signal booster for $300 to see if we would get signal in success NH. Our phones get the same service with out it! And they would not let us return it. We had bought one at Radio Shack a few years earlier that worked and we had 30 days to return it. We will not shop there ever again!
