The meat case always looks awful. Not many family pack items in it. The produce is probably the best around. The deli makes real good subs that are at an amazing price.

Great market thank goodness it was open we came up for a visit with the inlaws and Walmart was closed for cleaning so glad this store was open and it was very clean well stocked and employees were great help!

Staff is excellent, friendly, polite, helpful. Always a pleasure to shop there

This is a very nice store. It is small so most items may be a little bit more expensive but you can find what you want and the meat and produce is way better than the competitor.

For this being such a small town with such few options, the Berlin marketplace is kind of an oasis. The prices are decent, the people are local and friendly, and the parking isn’t too bad - depending on what time of day you show up.

This is a small grocery store that may not have everything but a nice selection of about everything you would need. Friendly and helpful deli. If youre not up to dealing with the large box store this will be a nice change.

Deli meat is over priced. Ground beef is high priced. Deli baked cookies and deserts are competitively priced. The wait time to cash out is reasonable and they only have 4 cashier lines but two are always open and they will even carry your groceries out to your vehicle. As compared to some super stores that have a dozen cashier lines but only open two and let you wait 30 minutes to get to the cashier.

Their was only one person to serve multiple customers at the deli at 11:30 lunch time. It was too busy for One person, social distancing impossible when a line forms.Not the empoyees fault, she was trying, but each person had multiple requests for items. I wanted a little tub of mac salad for my lunch.

I didnt have a good experience at the Berlin Marketplace. I went to the Deli that wasnt good at all. I went to the Deli asked for 1lb. of New England Roast Beef. The lunch meat that I got was Ham.

Clean store, great selection of products. Great meat selection. Competitive prices and sales to make meals for family. Cashier who waited on me did her job efficiently, but extremely slow and did not speak at all but cashier in next line over was very welcoming to her customers and social while she was able to move customers her quickly while making them feel like they were welcomed and appreciated.

So glad I found this place. Way better and closer then walmart. I got a premade Italian sub from the cooler near the deli. Was so huge!! Fresh bread so good. Diced onions and peppers and loaded up with meat and cheese got $10!!!!!! Fed me twice . Hubby and son ate some. I even stopped before I left berlin for another the next day to take home and eat . I didnt think prices was bad at all. The salads at the deli was excellent as well we ordered.

The clerks are friendly, but not pushy. The selection is diverse, often healthy, and cheap. For parents, theyre are small shopping carts which are perfect for children to push around. For a grocery store smaller than Walmart but larger than a gas station, it couldnt be better.

I experienced an unpleasant odor upon walking in. There were a lot of people in there and its a small store. I did get some great deals and the bakery rolls are nice and fresh.

Great place. A lot to offer for a small type grocery. Always found whatever we needed/wanted. Prices are good and the employees are very accommodating.

Overpriced items because there the only grocery store in town, and they dont carry enough organic food. Besides that there employees are friendly and nice. A chubby stocker there with an afro-like hairdo showed me where everything was and significantly improved my shopping experience, he is a great employee and I look forward too seeing him every time.

Over priced. Limited selection. But thats what happens with very little competition. And they are not nearly as expensive as some grocers in the North country. My first and last time shopping there ( except for emergencies).

Not really a place for me. Go there when I dont want to go to Gorham. Prices are, eh, ok. Some are cheap but quite a bit expensive. Its ok for some things.

Best meat around, deli just so-so, not as many offerings in the bakery as there used to be. Ive heard complaints about the prices, but I usually shop sales and use coupons, and I have no complaints. Clean store, friendly staff who actually seem to enjoy working there. A very nice alternative to the Walmart Supercenter in Gorham.
