Out of a lot of ice cream flavors, cones, etc. Didnt ring up our order right. Took forever in the drive thru and the dining room is closed. Do not recommend going here unless you have time to waste. The ice cream they did have was freezer burnt, chunks of ice in them. Flavor was decent.

Half the flavors were out and almost all of them were mislabeled, yet the employee seemed very annoyed when we asked what the flavors were. The display was a mess, and they were out of cherries, spoons, and properly sized lids. As others have me tioned, the Dunkins portion is just fine, but the B&R was comically bad.

I went here today and placed my order and I was shocked at the serving size and my wife asked: is that it? because the portion was so tiny it was hardly visible... also most of the ice creams were sold out. Even one of the ice creams that were listed they said it was out. I must mention that the server was great. Despite the great service I will not come back.

I ordered a custom ice cream cake with an image that siad I purple you. And it was supperr cutee!😭😆 Also i apologize to the employee that handed it over to me,she was super nice. When she told me the cake was really cute,i froze and i didnt really know how to reply lol but,Thank you to whoever made it,it came out perfect!💕 Thank you so much,defenitly gonna order here agian!

This is the worst store in the state! They never have more than a few flavors! Never have the monthly flavors! Always out of stock! I hate this location and always have a problem there! Avoid this lousy Baskin Robins !!!!

Was looking for a place I could get me a dessert, don’t have a car at the moment so wanted to walk in, decided to give a call first to save time in case they aren’t letting people in still, but no one answers the phone and after seeing the reviews thought they shouldn’t be too busy but I guess even the phones are too much to ask for on answering them plus the inbox is full so it just hangs up on you, why go to a place where customers aren’t wanted or valued

Wait time in the drive thru was awful. We had 2 people. 2 waffle cones and 1 sundae. No lid for the sundae. Nothing put in the bottom of the cones. Ice cream was dripping out of the bottom of the cone before we hit the first stoplight. No carrier. Too expensive so not a good value and poor service. They looked understaffed for a Sunday Afternoon. My first and last visit.

Always out flavors. How can you be out of chocolate? Drive thru is always slow. At least 4 out of the last 8 times weve been there our order has been wrong in the drive thru. Poor management.

Poor attitude from most of the staff except a young man last night . He was positive and helpful. They do NOT have 31 flavors, didnt have the flavor I always get, and several flavors clearly had freezer burn. They also had no spoons except the tiny sample spoons. How are you suppose to enjoy the large Sunday with a tiny spoon. Also not strawberries for the strawberry Sunday. NOT Baskin Robbins quality or selection weve grown to love at this location. Very surprised to find any Baskin Robbins with less than four stars and now we know why. Management obviously doesnt have good standards and or doesnt care

Went around 9 pm on 3/5/21 and tried ordering a banana royale which I often order and the boy on drive thru said they were discontinued. I tried ordering a banana split and same thing he said they were discontinued too? I ended up ordering a single scoop of rocky road and when I got to the window and asked the young lady if banana royales and banana splits were actually discontinued she informed me that they were not and very nicely said she could still make it and gave us the original scoop we ordered for free on top of our new banana split and was the only good part of the visit!! We then parked in front of the store to eat our ice cream and there were two young boys both were incorrectly wearing masks one had his completely off under his chin walking around the store with no mask on talking in front of the donuts and ice cream which really grossed me out. On top of this the boy with no mask walked out to someone parked in front of the store in a red car talking with them for a while with his head set still on blowing vape smoke into the car window and has his pants sagging so low his butt is out then put his vape back in his pocket and goes back in the store and sits and talks to the other guy worker.

Good service through drive through.

Over several visits, they have routinely gotten the orders wrong and are regularly out of items.

It is impossible to get your order right at this location. Even after repeating the order, something is always left off. Usually the hot fudge sauce, it happened again today. My daughters birthday today, long line, didnt check it out before leaving.

Pretty good. Certainly not the BR I grew up with as a kid. Not many flavors, the Snickers ice cream had freezer burn. The waffle cone tasted a little stale. Other than that the server was friendly and courteous!

This 31 flavors has a problem with keeping stock on hand, they’re always out of gold medal ribbon ice cream, they say it’s seasonal. Today I ordered a banana royale only to be told after it was made they had no strawberry topping...... really!

One worker was very rude; looked at me and ignored me. The store was filthy. Food want properly prepared.

I love their French crullers!!! No one does them like they do! The service was great. We went during off hours so the place wasnt busy at all.

First of all, the store is very filthy! Bad customer service! Rude night crew and not very helpful! This Dunkin is very convenient for the city of Bernalillo, please look over this matter and resolve the issues!

Great donuts and ice cream but service was absurdly slow. Its a new location so Im going to give the employees the benefit of the doubt but I waited in line over 10 minutes. My boyfriends donut box was folded wrong and they almost fell out of the bottom if we hadnt caught it in time.

I didnt know it was even possible to be a bad Baskin Robbins until I stopped at this one. I paid $7 for large shake, got back on the highway, and realized there was a full cup of blended ice in my milkshake. Thats not how milkshakes work. So, on the return trip, later that day, I stopped and very politely explained my milkshake incident to the manager, who acted like I was somehow putting him out for expecting a $7 milkshake to be, you know, an actual milkshake. No offer to replace it or anything like that. The whole thing was very weird, in a bad way. Ill never stop there again.

Service was terrible, everyone was unhappy and unhelpful. Had to beg for decent customer service, asked for our own drink carrier, were charged for an item that was unavailable. The woman who helped us at the Baskin-Robbins counter acted like she couldnt be bothered, complained when she had to go in the back to pull a flavor that was gone. Save yourself the trouble and go to Sonic, its right up the road.

I ordered an Energy Cold Brew, and it was horribly watered-down. Even with the shot of espresso it tasted watery. My friend ordered a regular Cold Brew, and it tasted like water. The color of both drinks was comparable to iced tea.

Wanted to go inside and pick a donut and have face to face customer service and was told they were short staffed and locked the door...for months we have had subpar food shoved at us from windows and now doors are being closed...🤬

I was so excited for this location to open so I dont have to drive so far for my morning fix. Unfortunately the people working here are slow, rude, and honestly gross hanging out the back door with a cigarette isnt my idea of a clean space for food to be made. Also the selection of donuts was really poor. Should be called Dunkin 3 bagels and a pumpkin donut.

At this very moment, I am sitting in the Baskins Robbins in Bernalillo, NM and enjoying good ice cream but listening to the manager discuss an employees strengths and weaknesses in front of and audible to every client in the place. Totally inappropriate and unprofessional! :-(

Was pretty excited to have a Baskin Robbins in Bernalillo but that soon subsided after going numerous times for them to not have many items. Told the Baker forgot to make them and they arent equipped to make banana royales. And if you dont have 10-15 minutes to wait dont stop at the drive through and order a drink. Well it was a good thought to have it there anyway...

Good Ice Cream, fresh donuts, a little messy

This location is horrible. We have gone 5 different times, they dont have the ice cream requested and we are talking regular asked for ice cream mint chocolate chip, cookie dough, every other ice cream shop has these in stock at all times. Dont bother looking at the web site they never have the specials they offer (cookie dough ice cream sundae ect..) if you want ice cream in Bernalillo I suggest you go to Walgreens and make your own, youll be better off. We wont be going to Baskins Robbins in Bernalillo again. We do love Duncan Doughnuts that is in the same location, they are great.

If you like multiple flavors of ice cream and youre not exactly sure which one to go with Baskin-Robbins is definitely a great choice although their quality of ice cream is definitely not the best their prices are usually pretty fair for the quantity that you get my top favorite is still Cold Stone ice cream

Drove from Rio rancho to bernallio so my kids could spend the last of their Christmas money on donuts for their last day of Christmas break. Staff was very nice but when we got home the donuts were all stale. Then when we went to call and complain we could not find their # anywhere. It is not on the receipt, not online, we even called another of the Albuquerque dunkins and they didnt have it.

Zero regular style donuts available at 9am on a Tuesday. Only a handful of Bavarian cream and donut holes were available. Very disappointing.

Horrible service! Waited 20min in line for icecream to have a couple walk in and not even be there five minutes and get waited on first. I walked out and not going back.

Had sighs up after product was not available. Asked why sigh wa up employee got mad. Employees on cell phones. Non verbal, non friendly, long wait time, very miserable experience even for the children.

Not a huge selection but its Baskin-Robbins so its delicious.

Waited 15 minutes and the ice cream we received was melted when they handed it to us. Umm. What??
