I was in the store on 06/26/2020, I was struggling to find a nut. I went to the front to ask for help and the gentleman Mark was super helpful. He did not hesitate to help and was happy the whole way until I checked out. There needs to be more people like him. Thanks again Mark!

Staff was great, But i purchased a table to be delivered two drivers attempted but could not fit unit in vehicle ordered was canceled and I was refunded table price but not delivery, seems no one knows how to handle. Went and picked up table myself, today I unpacked and it looks like a fork lift went through and damaged the top piece. To make matters worse I had drove 29 miles to the Edgewood store and they could not find the table. Most dis-organized store I have ever seen, told me to go out back and see if I could locate. Pallets everywhere of what looked like stock orders to be put away. This was my first shopping experience with TS. Might just be my last.

They need more communication among staff and get more people who can fill propane tanks. The last few times I have needed propane I have called in advance to make sure someone is available to fill my tank. Two of the last three times I have gone to fill my propane tank there has not been someone working that day, even after talking to someone at the store to find out when a qualified employee would be working. Employees that answer the phone do not know enough to answer customer questions correctly. From now on I am going elsewhere for my propane.

Sheila usually is my cashier checker. She is a major reason I love to trade with this store. Always cheerful & knowledgable! Love the store, too. I buy horse & chicken feed and other miscellaneous items there.

Placed an order online to minimize the expose to the virus but they just cancelled it without any comments. Made a phone call to figure out whats going on and they said its out of stock, I already confirmed its in stock online though. Went through this kind of similar situation a couple of time. Finally I got their approval(?) to come pick up my order in my fourth of fifth trial. When I went there to pick up my order, they just gave me only one I placed an order for 3. They shouldve let me know they have only one so I can cancel this order ended up wasting my time and gas. Dont understand how they could survive with this terrible system.

I highly recommend this location! Jeff was so helpful and knowledgeable, it has made my visits here much more frequent and beneficial. Have a question about a project or item? Ask these guys and girls and they will help find the answer! I appreciate to opportunity to do business here!

Waited in line to checkout for 15 minutes. Finally gave up and left. Store was not busy. You have to do better than that if you want my business. In and out of Big R in under 5 minutes!

I went to Tractor Supply recently, I was very pleased with my experience. I was automatically asked what I was looking for and directed where it would be. A very charming employee, Yatziri? (she had a tough name) helped me find grain free dog food + treats, a new leash, collar, and bed. She was very funny and bodacious, her laughter was rather contagious. I’ll definitely be coming back for more dog food and anything else ;)

I love Tractor Supply... I end up spending more money than I expected every visit because of all the good prices. And now that the stores are able to open up more. Cant wait to go back and loose my self for a couple hours in the store, because of all the interesting products.Only down fall is an employee by the name of Lisa who runs her mouth about personal business. Having the biggest family in the Bernalillo area, There has been numerous friends and family who have approached me on how they were at Tractor Supply and Lisa starting complaining to them about Ive taken my son away from them. First of all she shouldnt be talking to anyone of her personal business, while shes at work. Secondly I have a hudge family. And a lot of them started going else where just not to have to hear her complaining every time they walk into Tractor Supply. So while Im not trying to make her lose her job. I really feel like someone has to make her leave her personal business at home.Because of her nagging, your store is missing out on a large amount of business in the Bernalillo area. We would like to feel comfortable again when we walk in your store. Not worried about having to put up with your employee.

Great customer service. Employees treat you like they have known you for years. I wear a kilt all the time, so I guess they recognize me.☺. When I really need any welding supplies this is my quick stop. We buy all our dog food here also

If you want to legitimate country store within range of Albuquerque, then this is a good place to consider. When I needed baling wire and I didnt want to drive all the way to Texas, Tractor Supply Co was the only game in town. Its a little bit big for his britches in terms of the website and branding stuff they got going on. However, once you get inside the store, the folks working there are regular folks. And the stuff they sell there is what youd expect to find in a country store.

Update: this refers to Fuller Lodge in Los Alamos, NM, not the Tractor Supply Co.There are two parts to this attraction & part of it is the art center which I didnt see. I was there in the other part for a small wedding which was held in the beautiful main lodge structure built of huge natural pine tree logs. There was room for several tables & a dance floor for the reception. Its well worth a visit if you get the chance to stop by.

Awesome place for anything work related... From Carhart clothing to Justin boots and everything in between. They carry a lot of farm and ranch supplies too. I would recommend their stock and their service.

Very helpful workers when they have experience with animals. I have to get my horse food from there and they are also very helpful with taking your things to your vehicle.

I walked in looking for a gate opener (sliding gate) because I had heard that they carried gate openers. But all they had there where swinging gate openers. But thats not what I had a problem with... 5 minutes after I walked in, I caught one of the employees eye balling me, so I thought to myself, I could be wrong but lets make sure, so I decided to purposely walk down every aisle and act like I was looking around, waiting for him to say can I help you sir. Sure enough every where I went I would see him out of the corner of my eye trying to act like he was straightening out stuff (I literally caught him popping in on me 8 times) this whole time not once did he bother to ask if I needed assistance. Talk about POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and PROFILING. finally after 35 minutes of being in the store and three different employees looking right at me and not asking me if they could help me find something. I thought to myself forget this, Im out of here.I drove to a fence and gate store, I spent my money there.NEVER WILL I COME BACK & I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY SPENDING THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE.

Great products for low prices. Nice clean environment and a relaxed shopping experience. Staff is knowledgeable when asked about a product. The layout appears to be that of other tractor supplies. One problem I found was that chick days at my tractor supply in el paso lacks the actual baby chicks for sale. Other than that this place has always been my go to place for needed items.

Tractor Supply combines elements of feed store, hardware store, auto-parts store, and garden store, and even sells low-cost but sturdy and durable outdoor/work apparel and boots.The local stores are staffed with knowledgable people prepared to explain and advise, and they are backed by deep online warehouse resources. When TSC cant fill the bill, they know who can. And roaming the store is way more fun and interesting than spending time in a Lowes or Home Depot.

I really like this store. They have a wide range of feed and hardware. They employees are always friendly and helpful. Thier prices seems to be competitive but I really dont have to much to go on as I havent shopped around for the feed I get.

I was surprised at how much they had and the value of everything in stock. From pet food, farm equipment, batteries, power tools, safety equipment, electric fences, tools, etc. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. The staff was also knowledgeable and super friendly. I will be shopping there more often.

The cashier dont anything about the products. She just checks out the product. She askedIs there anything i can help you with? AhAsk her if this was the right hook for a chain i purchase, she looked at it and said I think so im not really sure. I knew it was the right hook size, since she asked i asked her that question. The cashier should know what she is selling to customers.Ive shopped here before and had no problems like this before.

Not a bad location. You can get what you need and they dont have shipped here and they usually have most everything in stock. Every now and then you get an employee with an attitude problem but for the most part theyre alright.

Love this TSC. This is, by far, the friendliest and most helpful TSC. Ive been to others (the one on 4th street completely ignored me and disregarded me multiple times), this one makes me feel welcome and always has what I need. I drive farther to go to this TSC.

Theyve got everything I need for a small home urban farm. Staff was somewhat helpful but the store is easy to navigate so not too big a deal.

The only thing that can make Tractor Supply better would be if they had opened one in Rio Rancho. Cant wait until they decide when theyre going to open their new store, and hope they consider opening their new location in legacy Rio Rancho near Southern and 528.
