Weve used this Midas for my mother-in-laws car repair for years, and recently I had my muffler and oil changed there. The staff is friendly and professional. In every instance, theyve given prompt, quality service, and the prices are reasonable/within range of whats expected. Be sure to ask if they have any coupons or promotions running on the service you need.

I was down the street on Ogden Ave a couple blocks eating lunch at a nearby Mexican restaurant and noticed my tire was flat as I was leaving. I walked over to this Midas and was greeted kindly and professionally by an employee at the desk. The owner was there and also assisted me by contacting a local tow. When my car was brought back to the Midas, a mechanic plugged and patched my tire for a reasonable $25 and tacked back on with a couple screws some loose plastic with the undercarriage. These guys are straight shooters. Didnt try to upsell me on anything. They just helped me out in a time of need. Theyve earned my respect and loyalty. Ill be back for all my future vehicle maintenance needs.

This location is very easy to get to being right on the corner of a busy intersection. It was a clean office and the staff were very friendly.

We have been customers of the Midas on Ogden Ave. in Berwyn for many years. They have always provided excellent service. They are also very nice in their dealing with the customers. They explain the car issues and options well. Service is provided with pretty quick turn around and prices are reasonable.

Went for oil change only. And came out with a quote of almost $1000.. one tired needs to be repair but they want to change all for because they say that how it goes. Dont believe on this. I also brought a car for mechanical issue and and oil change expertise did the mechanical service without any experience. It costed me $900 repairs

Had creeking noise, Ron & Bill inspected my car it needed a minor adjustment and my car was ready in under an hour. My noise is gone!! Nothing like fixed right the first time. Its nice to deal with people that care, thank you Ron and Bill.

Very good experience in this store. I wanted to replace all brake pads. Honda dealer and other repair shops charge so expensive. Then I fund out Midas much cheaper than others via Internet. Easy to make an appointment. The owner is very nice, gave good suggestions, flexible and allowed me to see and take pictures and video for every steps. So far so good now. I will consider any car service in this store the first in future.

So true as Oscar, the mechanic and Bill, the manager looked at my 1994 Toyota Camry, easily diagnosed the problem and needed repairs. Great fast service I happen to drive by and call the wrong one to see if they can take walk ins. I was surprised it only took 45 minutes and was able to beat the time i needed to leave by.

Ive been bringing my vehicle to Midas on Ogden in Berwyn for years. Theyve been very helpful and have been clear on what needs to get fixed immediately and what can wait. While some repairs have been more expensive they have been right on point with repair estimates Ive researched on-line. Its because of this and their consistent dedication to try and find the lower cost for my repairs that I will continue to give them my business.

Have never had anything but a good experience with these guys. Bill and Juanita are always helpful, even going out of their way to pick me up and drive me home while my car is being fixed. They all take the time to explain everything to me and let me know whats immediate and what can wait, even fixing a problem that the Ford dealer caused after a supposed recall fix. If I could give zero stars I would. I went in for an oil change. And I get the car back and with no working brakes. They said my brake line broke and needs to completely replaced and is going to come out to $950. A 30 dollar oil change turns into a $950 job. Oddly enough my brakes were working fine when I gave them the car. They refuse to take responsibility of it or even offer a discount seeing how all of this happened while the car was in their care. I would highly recommend not going here. Unless youre looking to get some scheme pulled on you.

These guys are the best in the area. Not only were they the best price for what I needed done, but they tightened up some parts that a previous mechanic from a different shop left loose. No extra charge! They also looked at what the other shop recommended that I should come back for, and told me it was unnecessary work. They really saved me money by doing that. This is my go to place in the area for as long as I live here.

Received coupon on mail for brake check made appoint at 930am but that was changed to 11am i arrived before 11am and returned back to Midas after 1210 or so to see how car was doing when i arrived my car wasnt moved from parking lot so i left dissapointed i used to go to Midas years ago for my prevous cars took a day off to do this and other errands sadly my time was wasted there wishing best of luck to others

This is a great establishment. Friendly, super-capable staff who talk sense about car maintenance and they aren’t out to raid your wallet.

Estimates are not free and they will not vocalize any estimates until you pay their fee. All I wanted to know before they saw my car was what the average estimate for rear brakes on my model of vehicle.

I brought the love machine in again today because it was making a strange noise. They figured it out and fixed it quickly and inexpensively. Il be back soon for more work.

They tried to make me do $2500 worth of work that I did not need struts and a bunch of other work when I told them I am going to get a second opinion the manager became upset and said we dont have to do all the work at once upon the second opinion from a mechanic down the street said the struts are fine

This place stinks they sell you into things your car does not even need, you see only two mechanics really working as the rest are just pretending to be working so they can charge you for labor by the hour, never trust Midas from Berwyn. Go else where, lesson learned!

Ive been here only once and its gonna be my last time too, there is manager I dont remember his name he is a big scammer, I got a coupon from Midas official site for this station which says I will get synthetic oil change for the little bit cheaper than regular oil change after making appointment and going. there were some other guys who checked and told that this coupon is valid and I can get synthetic oil change then the manager guy came and told me that I cant get synthetic oil I can only get regular oil, but the coupon clearly says synthetic blend I also showed it then he said every oil has some synthetic in it even regular oil has some thats why its says like that then I argued with him then later he started telling that we dont have those kind of promotions here that coupon belongs to a different place, then I still want my oil change to be done so I asked him to go with regular then they have a promotion that if we take a oil change they do tire rotation for just $4.99, I asked him to add that too then he said they have no time to do it beacause they dont have enough time to do. Again asked manager guy then he said I didnt come on time I actually been there on time they asked me to wait at there sitting room then he wasted my time by explaining to cheat me and now blaming me, its very clear he was showing attitude because I argued with him, pls dont go here 1 of the worst place

STEER CLEAR! THIS SHOP IS UNFORTUNATELY RAN BY THIEVES! YES, THIEVES! THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME OUTRAGES PRICES FOR REPAIRS MY TRUCK DID NOT NEED! STATED I NEEDED AN ALTERNATOR, NOT TRUE! I TOOK ALTERNATOR OUT AND HAD IT TESTED AT 2 DIFFERENT SHOPS AND WAS TOLD IT WAS FINE! THEN THERE WERE THE OTHER REPAIRS I ADMIT MY TRUCK NEEDED. BUT THEY WERECHARGING ME WELL OVER $100 ON ANY SHOP IN THE AREA AND WELL OVER THE NATIONAL AVERAGE FOR THE REPAIRS. I KNOW BECAUSE I LOOKED INTO IT, COULDNT BELIEVE THEY WERE TRYING TO CHARGE SO MUCH! I just bought my car here for the service engine light appearing, and i mentioned that there was a little rattling noise but not like it is now that i got it back...they check it out, taking there time... come back to me and broke something under the rear of the car and come up with números things that are suppose to be broken or need repair, totaling over a $1000, smh, crazy, no good... at least give the car back the way you get it, smh... $$$ hungry
