OTR Driver here. I delivered here, here is the protocol at least for dry vans: pull into their driveway, park off to side and go into their office next to their scale, pull up on scales, proceed to docking areas in front of scales, they do not require trailer tandems to rear, get unloaded, use turn around lot to your left, get scaled again empty, go back inside same office get your bol/bill and depart. Unloading here isnt bad, actual unloading time like one hour. Dock area not the best to back into but certainly not the worst either. They also keep the yard free of scrap metal best they can by having their employees operate a drive around vacuum machine all around docking areas, etc.The people here are friendly and do their best to accommodate you. Rest room and break room vending machine area. They give you exiting directions when leaving(see photo of one they gave me below) you can use the same directions to get here, just have to reverse them you might say, a few of the streets in town are restricted to thru truck traffic, thus the directions. No ovnp allowed.
